ABSTRACT
Nowadays, there is a growing interest in the use of interactive methods, innovative technologies, pedagogical technologies in education, one of the reasons for which to date students are taught only ready-made knowledge, and the use of modern technologies requires them to think independently. teaches to search, analyze and draw conclusions.

That is why today in the education system special attention is paid to the effective use of modern computer and information technologies. This means that in the educational process, teachers who teach students in various disciplines to use modern means of information technology, first of all, to increase the level of knowledge and skills in this area, technical support of the education system, full access to the Internet effective result can be achieved only through. One of the main ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the education system is the use of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process, including multimedia training courses, ensuring interactive interaction between teacher and student, multimedia involvement of highly qualified personnel in the development of training courses and textbooks. We know that today it is difficult to imagine the quality and efficiency of education without modern computer and information technology. The National Program of Personnel Training emphasizes the importance of creating modern educational technologies aimed at solving the problem of mastering the content of education at the stage of development and introduction of a new generation of didactic and information support of the educational process. independent learning, as well as the development of distance learning technology, its tools , mastering, accelerating the teaching of students on the basis of new pedagogical and information technologies and distance learning technologies are among such urgent tasks. Another important factors in increasing the effectiveness of education today is the use of technical means. This, in turn, increases interest in language learning and the quality of the lessons taught, making students more active in the learning process. If the methods are chosen correctly in the learning process, the desired result can be achieved in a short time. The continuous improvement of the education system, the organization of lessons on the basis of pedagogical innovations, the successful implementation of which is one of the urgent tasks facing higher education institutions, are important tasks for professors and teachers of higher education. Modern technology has witnessed many changes around the world and these changes have improved people's living standards and well-being. Since technology has been applied to various fields, the whole world has become a global arena and people can perform all activities very efficiently in a matter of seconds. True, with the introduction of the latest technological innovations in the field of education, the field of education has also benefited more. In the current generation, there have been dramatic changes in the attitudes and teaching methods of modern students. When learning a language like English, they do not accept traditional methods and approaches to language teaching. But they are very interested in the latest styles, methods and approaches to teaching English. The same situation can be observed when teaching English to second or foreign language learners. Thus, some modern English teachers have understood the situation in a timely manner and they are adopting new technologies in teaching as well as implementing the latest methods and approaches. For English learning to be fun and exciting for students, teachers should always strive to master innovative technologies and stay abreast of current IELTS trends. At the present stage of development of science, technology, international trade, various types of business communication, knowledge of foreign languages is not only a necessity, but also a need for specialists. There are many traditional methods of teaching foreign languages that are quite effective. However, the modern development of society requires the search and use of more advanced methods and technologies. Knowledge of several languages is becoming the norm. For fast and effective teaching of foreign languages, innovative methods are needed, aimed at the formation of practical skills of a qualified specialist who is able to solve professional problems at the level of foreign language communicative competence.
At present, when teaching a foreign language in higher educational institutions, classical methods are most often used. Namely:
1. Direct method.
2. Grammar-translation teaching method.
3. Audiovisual and audiolingual methods.
4. Communicative method.
Technology has brought a new dimension to education. In this digital age, there is no option for chalk and blackboard, and digital or smart or interactive whiteboards have been installed in their place, so the teacher's workload has been reduced and student concentration has been increased. As a result, there is a positive attitude among students in relying on content, with teachers encouraging them to use a computer, laptop, OHP, mobile phone, tablet, and so on. able to encourage them in a positive way using existing technologies such as. In addition, teachers are using digital texts and real materials in their classrooms to stimulate students 'interest in the point of learning. In recent years, the issue of using modern technologies in the educational process is growing. It is not only new technical means, but also new forms and methods of teaching, a new approach to learning. Our main goal in learning a foreign language using modern technologies is to improve the quality of teaching students in a foreign language, the formation and development of their communicative culture, how to effectively use technology to learn practical skills. We are in a world where computers dominate the world today. Just as technology plays an important role in business relationships, entertainment, music, movies, and almost every aspect of our daily lives, it also plays an equally important role in education. Studies have shown that 90% of students have access to some type of computer or mobile device at school, at work or at home. Thus, it is not surprising to see that the evolution of classes and teaching methods is being debated in the direction of technology.
Technology is also more useful in training successful teachers. In fact, successful teachers are those who have high levels of interpersonal and interpersonal relationships, and they have a real opportunity to meet children, no matter where they are, and to hear their words sincerely. In addition, successful teachers need to have a deep understanding of the material being taught and its humility, favorite personality and their interactions, and to communicate and respect their students. In addition, successful English teachers need to make the most of existing technologies, use classrooms as well as interesting materials downloaded from the Internet for their students.
