To recommend physical culture departments of higher educational establishments using the conception of involving students of the main medical group into the kinds of sport on the basis of the held forming pedagogical experiment effectiveness using handball at a higher educational establishment. Keywords: handball, students of higher educational establishment, educational-training lessons, pedagogical experiment
Introduction. Regular sport lessons are very important for a healthy way of life formation, its quality improvement [2]. Adequate physical loads are important for functional reserves of an organism formation [6,7,8,9]. Recently handball became popular enough among students [3]. The experts define handball as a kind of sport, which help to develop all main physical qualities of a sportsman: endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination [2]. Team games help students to master communicative skills of interaction in a collective [4]. Nowadays many factors prove the necessity of further effectiveness increase of physical culture educational process at higher educational establishments, the control of which traditionally comes to administration [1]. In practical activity the emphasis is placed on normative-base part of curriculum fulfillment not taking into account students' motives and needs in different kinds of motional activity [5]. However, the effective use of handball means during the process of physical upbringing among students of higher educational establishments is restricted by insufficient methodical base for the lessons organization and realization.
Research methods and research organization
60 students from the main medical group (18-20 years-old) took part in the experiment. In order to study the problem of handball use in the program of physical culture lessons at a higher educational establishment the following methods were used: scientific-methodical literature analysis and summarizing, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, the results of medical check-up, conclusions made by handball trainers.
During the research we used the following means: the programs for work with electronic tables Microsoft Excel 2007 with macros supplement XLSTAT - Pro (Microsoft, the USA), software package for statistical analysis Statistica10 (Stat Soft Inc., the USA). The research works were held on the basis of Astrakhan State University and Astrakhan State Medical University. Research results and their discussion.
In order to stimulate an active interest of students in handball in terms of the forming experiment we tested the conceptual program, which is based on the results of some sports clubs and handball fan-club
"Astrakhanochka" and which, according to the hypothesis of the research, provides the effectiveness of the process of involving students into handball.
The main peculiarity of the experimental program is its orientation to the following conditions creation:
- in order to develop conceptually substantiated system approach to involving students into handball;
-in order to develop the group of leaders, who organize and realize popularization of handball and students involvement into handball;
- in order to increase the level of students' physical and functional readiness and form a steady interest in handball.
The program of involving students into handball was realized step by step.
The first, information-motivational, stage provided students' interest formation and stimulation in handball (1-5 courses). This stage realization was through the volunteers movement according to the following scheme: handball fan-club creation "Astrakhanochka" -fan-club thesis creation- the plan of work creation-the members and supervisor of the fan-club affirmation.
At this stage students visited handball competitions of different level: tours of super league, major league tours, tours of teams-alternates, tour "Student League of SHR (Student Handball of Russia)", competitions of masters and veteran steams, competitions in terms of the festival "Handball Day". Also "round-table discussions", meetings with the Olympic champions and the leading players of
Visiting different competitions is a necessary form of getting acquainted with the essence of handball as the phenomenon of objective reality, the skills of observation formation and the ability to define the peculiarities and specificity of this game, compare and analyze what is seen.
At this stage students faced the problem of not knowing the rules of the game, the rules of judgment and the history of handball in Astrakhan.
The absence of necessary theoretical knowledge caused the introduction of the second stage of the program. At this stage students were to master the knowledge, techniques of handball and increase their physical readiness. The content of educational material was formed through the prism of work with sports clubs "Handball".
The program of the sports club "Handball" provides the work with students of the 1st-4th courses of Astrakhan State University.
During the program introduction the work is held with the students and physical culture teachers.
The following groups of students and teachers are defined in order to fulfill further work:
-group of leaders — students for lessons at sport clubs;
-group of mentors — physical culture teachers for the leaders' work at sport clubs monitoring.
These groups have special training.
The program of a sports club "Handball" is realized in the following order.
Astrakhan region handball teams.
The first stage of the program introduction is the work with the leaders and mentors, who are to cooperate during the program of sports clubs "Handball" organization. For this purpose mentors and leaders were taught the work according to the program of a sports club "Handball".
The second stage is the work of the leaders and mentors with students at a sports club "Handball" during 32- hour cycle 2 times a week.
The third stage is test at the beginning and the end of the program for the analysis and making conclusion of the work.
The content of the program includes three units, which are oriented at the set objectives realization:
- educational, directed at knowledge in the sphere of handball history, the rules and judgement of competitions. This unit realization goes during the process of theoretical and practical knowledge;
- physical, directed at motional skills and abilities of the game development and physical qualities improvement. This unit realization goes during the process of practical lessons and competitions;
- functional, directed at health improvement.
Educational-training process is formed from theoretical course and practical knowledge. During theoretical lessons the information about the essence and importance of this kind of sport at a modern stage, the information about the history of handball appearance and development is given, the basis of technique and tactics of the game are characterized, the methodology of initial training is revealed.
During practical lessons students master the technique and tactics of handball, improve physical and technical-tactical readiness, master necessary professional- pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities and develop them.
The effectiveness of the created conceptual program of involving students into handball was determined according to the dynamics of changes in the level of students' technical and functional readiness for handball and also according to the dynamics of handball theoretical knowledge level.
The formation level of knowledge diagnostics, concerning handball, was held with the help of the answers. The results of answers analysis at the stating stage of the research helped to get the following data: high level- 0 students, the average level - 5 people, a low level - 15 people, a very low level - 40 people.
At the final stage of the pedagogical experiment this questioner was held one more time. Its results showed that 7 and 20 people have a high and the average level of knowledge. 23 students had a low level of knowledge and 10 people had a very low level of knowledge (picture 1).

Picture 1 - The dynamics of changes at the levels of theoretical knowledge about sports
game handball
It should be noted that the positive dynamics at the levels of theoretical knowledge about the game is seen among the students, who had a very low level of knowledge. In a quantitative sense it is presented like 40:10, it means that at the stating
stage of the experiment 66% of students had a very low level and after the forming experiment only 16% of students had a very low level. Considerable changes were in a quantitative sense among the students of a low readiness (15:23), it means that the increase
was 53%. Speaking about the average level , we have a sharp increase from 5 to 20 students; as a positive result of the forming experiment we can mention a high level among 7 people (12%).
Before the beginning of the experiment we determined the initial level of functional readiness among students according to the results of Letunov test. The same measurements were held after the forming experiment.

of Letunov test)

before after
Normotonic 10 40
Hypertonic 7 0
Hypotonic 22 12
Dystonic 16 6
Stage increase of maximum arterial pressure (AP) 5 2
As it is seen from table 1, at the beginning of the experiment most students-45 people (75%)- had hypertonic, hypotonic and dystonic level of reaction. Such kinds of reactions are characterized by insignificant increase of the maximum AP as the reaction to the load and the decrease of the minimal AP, which proves insufficient adaptation of cardiovascular system to physical load. 5 students (8,3%) had a stage increase of the maximum AP. This type of reaction proves functional state worsening and is the index of sluggishness of the systems, which regulate blood circulation. Only 10 people (16,7%) had normotonic type of the reaction to the test. An important criterion of normotonic reaction is a quick heart rate and AP renewal till the level of rest and it proves sufficient training level.
At the end of the experiment it was stated that the indices of functional readiness level had a positive dynamics, it means that as a result of visiting a sports club 67% of students had normotonic type of the reaction to physical load. No students had hypertonic level of functional readiness, which is characterized by insignificant increase of the maximum AP, as the reaction to the load and the decrease of Table 2 - The results of special rea
the minimal AP, which proves insufficient adaptation of cardiovascular system to physical load.
One of the indices of readiness to go in for handball is students' physical and special readiness. Before the experiment we tested the students and determined their initial level of special readiness. According to the results of the throwing readiness it was revealed, that at the initial stage of 75% of students (45 people) coped with the set objective at a low level, 10 people fulfilled the task at the average level, which is 16,6% of the respondents.
It should be noted that 4 people had a very low level (6,7 %), 1 student had a high level (1,7%).
After the held forming experiment there were considerable changes of special training indices (table 2) in the studied group: 44 students had the level of the high and the average level (73%), the normative of the low level had 23% of the respondents, 2 people had a very low level, however the average index of their effectiveness increased from 2 to 4 accurate throws.

Ball passing into the aim 10 21 16 14 16 17 18 8
30 mrunning with dribble 5 15 10 25 28 10 17 10
Let's see the dynamics of special readiness by the example of the high level results. As the results show, a positive dynamics got all content parts of a high level special readiness. There was almost 22 times increased the number of students, who are able to fulfill the exercises for accuracy with the result of a high level. Lower is the result of ball passing into the aim- 2 times increase and threefold increased the result of a dribble at 30 meters distance.
Conclusion
Thus, it can be said that the results of the forming experiment, where the influence of the conceptual program on involving students into handball was checked, showed the integrity and adequacy of students' readiness formation for handball process.
The effectiveness of the forming experiment analysis, held according to the dynamics of changes in the levels of technical and functional readiness of students for handball and also according to the dynamics of the theoretical knowledge level about sports game handball, showed a higher level of knowledge, motional skills and functional readiness of students in terms of initial indices.
For the success in educational-upbringing process the attitude is important,
which is formed in terms of inner needs, motives during the process of knowledge, skills and abilities, values mastering. The experimental program was created for the use in a sports club "Handball", but, in spite of this, the main principles, theses can be successfully used in other sports games. It is enough to make some changes and additions, conditioned by the specificity and peculiarities of the planned kind of sport.
