THE CONSERVATION OF THERMAL NETWORKS

В статье рассмотрена технология консервации тепловых сетей в летний период.

In the article there is an idea of know- how ofpreservation of thermal networks in years period is reviewed.

In summer period warmer networks of enterprises, the heating of cities blocks, the centra] heating of settlement don't work, are in reserve filling by water or if necessary of outflow the part of tubes can be in a sem¡submerged condition in atmosphere of high realization of repair works - empty. If the networks remain with water, because of relative humidity. The metal of tubes in this case is subjected of intensive corrosion. Slime and the solid corrosion products which are generatrix on a surface of metals during activity, have rather small-sized pores, and at a drainage of water it in them lingers over. In outcome at idle time the metal appears by wetted at the expense of a capillary condensation in depositions

at damp below than dew point. In such conditions also processes of corrosion rather fast develop, as the water filling in a pores, is an electrolyte. In this connection all thermal networks not working in summer period are necessary for depreserving. Now conservation of thermal networks of a part of habitation quarters Pavlodar carry out by solution of silicate of natrium. The silicates of natrium and potassium are received at fusion of silicon dioxide with diabrotic alcali:

SiO; + 2NaOH = > Na, SiO + H20
