Аннотация. В статье описана конструкция газораспределительной решетки для сушилки с кипящим слоем, позволяющая минимизировать неоднородности слоя, возникающие у решетки. Даны основные соотношения размеров конструкции.

On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental researches of process of formation of the inert fluidized bed in the apparatus with the above schemes of gas distribution devices in this work was chosen and implemented so-called double-coupled grating [1].

The need for such an array is due to the fact that the laboratory facility for investigation of continuous drying process that operates in batch mode: start-up, the output on the given mode, carrying out the drying process stop. When you stop the machine, part of dried product (fine fraction), remaining in the column is deposited on the lattice (as shown in figure 1) [2].

Given the small size of the particles of dried product in comparison with particles of inert, dried product falls under the grille and into the radiator, which is unacceptable. The use of double grates with offset holes presents design helps prevent this effect or to minimize it [3].

To reduce this phenomenon, developed in a laboratory setting, we built a special sublattice of the gas distribution device, reducing the amount of stagnant zones in the region of connection of the gas distribution grid and the walls of the apparatus (as shown in figure 2) [4].

The formation and behavior of the fluidized bed in the apparatus of conical and spherical shapes when the ratio H/D = 1 are similar in the investigated velocity range for the selected type of inert.

For cylindro-conical and cylindro-spherical columns was observed under specified impact on the lower part of the base layer the lower part of the column. For devices with a conical bottom part with a small diameter column (D = 80 mm and H/D > 1) was observed spouting mode, and for devices with a spherical bottom part of the channel translating [5].

In cylindrical apparatus, the channel translating was observed only in case of small height of the inert layer (H/D < 1). For other ratios of H/D the behavior of particles in the zone of the primary fluidized bed was similar with columns of conical shape [6]. It should be noted only a more intense move-

ment of the particles of the fluidized bed on the walls of the column down to machine conical form [7].

Thus as the basic form of apparatus for carrying out the drying process were selected cylindrical and conical device with the chosen type of lattice and the gas distribution grid.
