Abstract: in total there are two types of modern translation - it is oral and written. Oral specializes in working with simultaneous and consecutive translation. That is, the translator immediately translates speech or dialogue. This may be necessary during business meetings, speeches of important foreign guests and specialists, etc. And, here, the translation of documents and texts from the sender's language into the recipient's language refers to the written one. So range of coverage of texts of the written type is much wider. The following article gives specific ideas about the features of written translation.

A written translation is a work when the text of the original in one language and the translated text on another are fixed on paper, and it means that you can work with them more than once. It is important to note that the source for this type can be oral, but the main thing is that the result should be captured on paper or in text format.
There are several types of translation, each of which represents a separate small branch of work:
Literary translation. The most popular and common, which is used to translate artwork, essay or creative articles. It requires the translator to understand the text, the ability to convey it with all the difficulties.
Legal translation. Legal contracts and documents are a frequent task for translators. In addition, law firms often become clients of professionals, and have a lot of written foreign documentation.
Technical translation. Translation of articles and papers on scientific and technical topics, as well as assistance in oral communication with a foreign production officer. Requires special knowledge in the field of technology, is considered one of the most difficult types of work with text works. In order for any of these types to be correct, the translator goes through several stages of working with text. First, he reads the original text, paying attention to all the details, as well as speech and style.
Written translation of texts involves a number of features, one of which is its necessary accuracy. If the meaning of the original and its translation do not match or the events and the information presented is distorted, then the work cannot be considered complete.
Another feature of this type of translation is the perception of the final text in a foreign language. That is, any work, whether it be an article or a book, after a written translation should be as complete as the original. In this case, of course, it is imperative that all the rules and norms of the letter be observed. Thus, each carrier of either the original language or a foreign language should take the text not as a translation, but as the most ordinary work.
Written translation is a thorough transfer of the semantic load conveyed in the text. At the same time, the grammatical structure of the text fabric acquires the qualities of the one to which it is translated, so it will differ from the original grammar. Technical translation has a major difficulty in that it requires adherence to an accurate transfer of the meaning of the text, and this must be done using forms that will be available to the recipient's language. Therefore, if you hope for a high-quality and adequate work, then you should contact specialists who can understand the context and meaning of the original text. Accordingly, computer programs will not be able to carry out such a translation.
Translation services may be necessary if you need an accurate translation of a document, fiction text or some other source, which is based on written speech. Given the wide demand for this service, it is necessary to highlight some features of written translation of documents. First of all, you should pay attention to which documents can be translated: fiction texts of various genres, educational literature, scientific articles, manuals, business documents, contracts, letters, references, personal documents. In some cases, it may also be essential for a notary to certify a written translation of documents. This is significant to confirm the evidence that both the translation and the source text have similar content. For large translation agencies it is in order to have a large team of linguists who are responsible for the high accuracy of the translation of texts in narrow areas.
At the same time, translation is carried out from any language, of varying complexity and specificity. To order a translation of a document, it is not necessary to do it yourself, for example, you can send the text by mail, or you can leave a request on the official website of the agency. After that, just make a payment under the contract and, as a result, get a high-quality translation.

При обучении аудированию не всегда и не все протекает так гладко, как хотелось бы. Как и в любом другом виде обучения при обучении аудированию появляются свои трудности. В некоторых методических работах приводятся упражнения для обучения аудированию, но они не всегда могут быть эффективными из-за слабой осведомленности педагога о психологических и лингвистических сложностях аудирования, а это ведет к тому, что одни и те же упражнения могут на практике выполняться по-разному и не достигать желаемого результата.
Недостаточная разработанность вопросов обучения аудированию не случайна. В какой-то степени это обусловлено тем фактом, что аудирование до сих пор рассматривается как побочный продукт говорения. Безусловно, аудирование очень тесно связано с говорением и находится в определенной зависимости от степени автоматизации речевых образцов в громкой речи говорящего. Справедливо и то, что чем более автоматизированы в речевой практике речевые комплексы, тем легче понимание их вероятностных сочетаний в объеме в монологической речи. Однако, отсюда не следует то, что обучение говорению означает и обучение аудированию.
Предположение о том, что при работе с устной речью по темам одновременно с навыком говорения развивается и навык аудирования, неверно прежде всего по той причине, что вольно или невольно преподаватель иностранного языка адаптирует свою речь применительно к уровню языковой подготовки учащихся, упуская при этом и то, что особенно характерно для естественной речи носителя языка. А поскольку при этом имеет место и несовершенство произношения самого педагога, то расхождения между звуковыми образцами в речи учащихся и в тексте диктора - профессионала становятся довольно значительными.
При аудировании фраза как одна из единиц восприятия понимается в результате распознавания информативных признаков. Наиболее информативным признаком принято считать интонацию, так как она обладает «воспринимаемыми качествами», благодаря которым аудитор может сегментировать речь на синтаксические блоки, понять связь частей фразы, а, следовательно, и раскрыть содержание. За интонацией, как полагает В.А. Артемов, закреплены такие речевые функции, как коммуникативная, синтаксическая, логическая, модальная. При восприятии речевых сообщений распознается коммуникативный план высказывания, причем интонация является одним из основных структурных признаков, по которым различаются коммуникативные типы предложений: повествование, вопрос, восклицание, побуждение. Выполняя указанные функции, интонационный слух вырабатывает одновременно индикаторные признаки, которые необходимы для успешной деятельности кратковременной памяти. Если под интонационным слухом принято понимать способность воспринимать интонационную структуру фразы и правильно соотносить ее с интонационным вариантом, то под фонетическим слухом понимается умение различать звуки речи и идентифицировать их с соответствующими фонемами.
