Abstract. The work is devoted working out regression's model of influence of massage on weakening and regenerative response of an organism. The given model is constructed on the basis of experimental data on monitoring of the cores and derivative indicators of heart-vascular and nervous systems directly after carrying out of manual or hardware massage.

The comparative analysis between influence on an organism manual and hardware massage is carried out. It is established, that manual massage operates locally and renders more necessary effect rather than hardware which can be used in definite purposes.

The constructed model considers parameters of a masseur which local an effect can have on a site of a massed skin.

Keywords: regression model, massage, organism.

спецiальними прийомами: погладжування, розтирання, розминання, вiбрашi.

Introduction. The purpose of the work is to study the reaction of the functional systems of the body to the manual and apparatus massage. To achieve the purpose of work were set the following tasks:

1. Analyze the main existing techniques of massage. Find their advantages and disadvantages. To choose the most optimal techniques of manual and apparatus massage for the experiment;

2. To monitor the main hemodynamic parameters before and after the massage and identify the causes of possible deviations of the indicators after the massage;

3. To conduct a comparative analysis between methods of massage, based on experimental data, to construct a regression model of the influence of massage on the human body.

Objective. The object of research in this paper is the process of changing the functional state of the organism.

The subject of the study is the methods of massage and monitoring of indicators before and after the

massage.

Materials and methods. The research methods are based on comparative analysis of monitoring trends before and after sessions, statistical analysis of scattering and classification of results, as well as regression analysis of research.

For the analysis of the effects of massage on the body, manual and hardware massages were used in the experiment.

Manual massage was performed according to generally accepted requirements: all the stages of the massage were used - stroking, rubbing, kneading, vibrations with different power effects on certain points of the human body.

In the future, for the experiment, we will use the terms for massager 1 — apparatus massage No. 1, for massager 2 — apparatus massage No. 2.

The experiment involved 35 people aged 18 to 30 years with the normal type of distribution of cardiointervals.

After each of the types of massage, the main indicators of the cardiovascular and nervous systems were monitored.

After carrying out manual massage in 68.5% of the surveyed, the type of distribution changed from normotonic to parasympathotonic, which suggests that the massage relaxed the body systems.

Rates of PAR and IPB for people with a normal type of distribution of cardiointervals are within the normal range. PAR figures on average for all people are the same and amount to 10-17 rel. units

For those examined with the parasympatho-tonic type of distribution, the sensitivity of the nervous system is characteristic. The limits of PAR for the parasympathotic distribution is within the normal range, but the sensitivity of the CNS 1, 3, 10, 20, 24, 27 and 31 patients was very high. During the manual massage, the parasympathetic NA was completely relaxed.

After the hardware massage No. 1, the type of cardiointervals shifted to sympathonia, this indicates activity of the sympathetic NS.

Another group of experiments was associated with apparatus massage No. 2. After this type of massage was performed, the type of distribution of cardio-intervals did not change. It can be assumed that this type of massage has no effect on the CAS. Only in the examined (1, 6, 20) parasympatotonic type of distribution is observed. Earlier it was found that in the surveyed data, the reaction of the body to various types of massage causes the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system.

Analyzing the classification of results between manual and hardware massage No. 1 there is a strong dispersion of results.

After a hardware massage, CV increased by 3.5% compared to manual massage. This suggests that manual massage has a relaxing effect in contrast to the hardware.

It can be concluded that manual massage in comparison with other methods has a tonic and relaxing

This effect can be attributed to the fact that the fingers affect certain acupuncture points. Since the diameter of the finger pads is relatively small compared to massagers, there is a direct impact on the point.

This effect can be attributed to the fact that the fingers affect certain acupuncture points. Since the diameter of the finger pads is relatively small compared to massagers, there is a direct impact on the point.

During the massage, several stages are used: stroking, rubbing, kneading and vibration. Each of these stages has several techniques. It is natural to assume that this procedure can be carried out thoroughly, reliably and efficiently only with the help of a manual massage. Unlike manual, hardware can only be carried out for a specific stage of massage. So massage No. 1 is used for kneading and vibrations. It is known that the skin needs to be prepared and soothed after and before each stage of the massage. Thus, this type of massage can only disturb the nervous and vascular system, which was proven earlier. This type of massager can not be used for circular, zigzag movements. Massager number 2, on the contrary, can be used only for stroking or for use in places of the neck, face, head.

We have developed a mathematical model that reflects the versatility of the approach to massage.

Input values can affect the potential points and the overall condition of the body. The input characteristics were selected: the size of the massager (diameter, diagonal), the massager material, power, the number of possible projections of the massager.

Then the general condition of the body:

where f (9) is a function of the general state of the organism, depending on the potential of the acupuncture point;

P - coefficient depending on the type of material chosen; a is the normalization factor for the size of the selected massager; A - the selected size of the massager; P - power of the massager;

n is the number of working projections of the massager.

Conclusions. 1. An analysis of existing methods of massage, both hardware and manual. In this

study, the main stages in the conduct of manual massage; the differences, advantages and disadvantages of hand and machine massage are analyzed.

2. Monitoring of the basic hemodynamic indices of the human organism before and after conducting of manual and apparatus massage was carried out. It was found that manual massage is most effective for relaxing after loads, exercises, and also for therapeutic action in the prevention of certain types of diseases. Using a hardware massager? irritates the nervous and vascular system, unlike the hardware massager, which practically does not have any effect on the functional systems of the organism..

3. A statistical evaluation is carried out on the basis of comparative analysis. The scoring and classification scores confirmed the previously established dependencies in monitoring on the effect of massage on the basic hemodynamic parameters.

4. A mathematical model of a universal massager is proposed based on experimental data that takes into account the size, material, degrees of freedom of the massager, the power that may change during exposure to acupuncture points. The model can be used for further research.
