TECHNOLOGY OF USING ELECTRONIC RESOURCES TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF SPECIAL EDUCATION

Annotation: This article provides detailed information on the technology of ensuring the quality of education, the effectiveness of education using electronic resources in the special education system.

Keywords: Special pedagogy, education system, electronic resources, technology, theory.

One of the main tasks of special education institutions is to provide students with the knowledge created throughout the history of mankind, to create appropriate conditions for regular learning in the basics of science, to select the necessary information and teach them to read independently; satisfaction and interest. The tremendous development of computer and software products has opened up a wide range of opportunities for the application of information technology in the natural sciences. Computer technology develops the ideas of programmed learning, opening up completely new, yet unexplored technological options for teaching that are related to the capabilities of modern computers and telecommunications. Sharing a single information hyperfield provides creative collaboration between teacher and student in the acquisition of practical knowledge.

When talking about the role of e-learning resources in the educational process, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the current state of the education system, and for them, it is very important to provide appropriate methodological support for independent work. According to them, the structure and method of presentation of teaching materials in electronic form should vary depending on the specific form of their use. Finally, it is important to ensure that a large number of teaching resources are available to a large number of users, as well as to support an individual approach, active teaching methods and feedback. Practice of pedagogical activity, lectures, practical classes, encyclopedias, dictionaries, maps, diagrams, illustrations, sets of problems and exercises, methodical recommendations on their implementation, questions for self-examination and The use of various e-learning materials such as tests is becoming more widespread. The full use of e-learning resources in the learning process will result in:

❖ Receives, understands, collects memory, but does not consciously recall it;

❖ Analyzes, compares, summarizes, performs practical actions on the model in direct collaboration with the teacher;

❖ Independently search for solutions to problems, independently identify ways and means to achieve the expected result.

The higher the quality of e-learning resources developed with modern programming tools, the more effective the teaching process. In order to implement this process, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of education, it is necessary to design and plan lessons at the level of modern requirements. The pedagogical collaboration between the student and the teacher in the lessons using e-learning resources leads the student to indifference during the lesson, independent thinking, creative research, and maintains a constant interest in science.

The essence of pedagogical technology is a pedagogical process aimed at accelerating the educational process, accelerating the acquisition of students and their results, to ensure the achievement of positive results. Today, the growth of scientific thinking, as well as scientific technology, is rapid and intensive. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to keep pace with modern knowledge.

Extensive use of electronic resources in the classroom creates new and unique opportunities for teachers and students, associated with interactive textbooks. Knowing modern programming languages for interactive tutorials created by the teacher, we need to make them interesting for students. The rapid integration of computers with other teaching aids, such as projectors and electronic whiteboards, increases the amount of information that can be presented using visual aids, allowing the teacher to make better use of class time. Today, the use of modern programming languages, such as Delphi, Mathlab, MathCad, Maple, Mathematica, Cilar, organizes the quality of the teaching process. As a result, the effectiveness of the lesson increases and students' interests and attitudes change.

Improving the quality of teaching in education inevitably depends on how new teaching methods are used. In new teaching methods, the student must be constantly researching and moving, that is, receiving, processing, and applying the knowledge gained to solve specific problems. The use of information technology in the form of lectures, internships, laboratories and independent learning is rapidly gaining momentum. For example, the use of virtual stands in the laboratory is the basis for the quality of the training.

The rapid development of computers and software has opened up a wide range of opportunities for the use of information technology in education. Learning materials can be prepared in the form of multimedia systems and made available to the public through computer networks and media. The widespread introduction of computer technology into the education system requires a review of the teaching materials of all forms of education. Multimedia e-learning materials will need to be developed for each form of teaching. Information technology is rarely used in practical and laboratory classes. But research in the

field of teaching technology shows that it is in these forms of teaching that the potential for improving the quality of teaching lies. The fact is that traditional teaching methods do not always involve the group in active work and control their mastery. Electronic study material allows you to view, study, edit and write text, graphics, audio, animated materials on a computer screen for more in-depth study.

When the electronic form of the training material is integrated into the existing local area network, it will be possible to solve tasks corporately and exchange information. Computer-assisted computer and software tools in the classroom allow students to take an individual approach to a topic, form their own ideas, and become more active. The teacher server allows the computer to monitor and record each student's learning process and how well the assignments have been completed. Sharing a single information hyperfield provides a creative collaboration between teacher and student in the acquisition of practical knowledge. The organization of such training requires the teacher to have knowledge and skills in the creation of electronic resource programs, as well as the availability of technical means to provide a user interface in the classroom.

Modern teaching technologies are a complex integrated (whole, interdependent) system, in which the skills and abilities identified on the basis of educational objectives are the acquisition by students of theoretical knowledge, in which they acquire certain spiritual and moral qualities. is a well-regulated set of elements of pedagogical activity aimed at upbringing. The full use of e-learning resources in the learning process will result in:

❖ Receives, understands, collects memory, but does not consciously recall it;

❖ Analyzes, compares, summarizes, performs practical actions on the model in direct collaboration with the teacher;

❖ Independently search for solutions to problems, independently identify ways and means to achieve the expected result.

The higher the quality of e-learning resources developed with modern programming tools, the more effective the teaching process. Knowledge of interactive teaching methods is a special form of communicative activity in which learners are involved in the learning process and have the opportunity to explain what they know and think. The pedagogical cooperation between the student and the teacher in the lessons using e-learning resources leads the student to indifference during the lesson, independent thinking, creative research, and maintains a constant interest in science.

The analysis shows that the research is mainly focused on improving the use of information technology in educational institutions, the development of innovative potential of students, the development of didactic support of the educational process aimed at the development of independent creative activity. and little attention has been paid to implementation. This requires a

comprehensive study of the formation of students' ability to use modern technologies in the process of developing independent thinking skills in higher education.

In short, e-learning materials guarantee high quality and effectiveness in all forms of teaching.
