Annotation: In techogen Civilization, Social Development is accelerated, ecstatic development is exchanged with intensive development. It is new ideas, high values that change innovation, creativity, activity. In their influence, the traditional customs and values change, transformation is threeraydi, some can be forgotten. The need for scientific rationalism in the system of values is also associated with technological civilization, since at the core of the idea of changing the world there is an understanding of the worldfrom a scientific point of view. On the basis of this lies the belief that a person, according to his Purpose, will post the secrets of nature and social life. This trust is strengthened by scientific and technical discoveries.

The main function of technology and technology is the purposeful establishment and realization of relations between nature and man. As a result of this process, it is necessary to serve the development, spiritual perfection of man. So the task of technology and technology is wider than the acceleration of production. Technical and technological means are valuable as measures. True, we can learn the technique or technology separately, but the peculiarity is relative, without the purposeful activity of a person, it does not cost anything. Technology and technology are an integral element of the existence of human activity, life and social consciousness, which form the basis of any civilization. They are characterized by continuous development, such as Labor, consciousness, creative search.
Technology or technology cannot be good or bad in itself. It depends on what purpose they are used for. And the goal is achieved by a person. The technique and the way it is applied are defined by what purpose it expresses, the use of which is determined by the human spirituality. If the spirituality of a person who uses technology and technology is formed on the basis of humanism and noble intentions, then with the technology in his hands, Technology serves the well-being of society, the maintenance of peace in this society and, ultimately, the leadership of a person towards happiness. If they are used to evil intentions, they will lead to the fact that man and all mankind, as well as our land, will find pleasure or disappear altogether. Examples of this are many.
Techno civilization was formed in connection with the development of science, means of production, Forces of production, techniques and technologies, the division of Labor and the deepening of social relations, the development of material
and spiritual wealth. This means that the quantitative indicators of social development can be attributed to the degree to which a person develops the weapons of labor that affect the objects of Labor and the improvement in the technologies of their application. Because a person influences the object of labor with the help of Labor weapons in a certain order, creating material and spiritual blessings for society. From this point of view, "today science and technology are making its judgment on the organic and inorganic nature. In the field of inorganic matter - this is construction equipment, electronics, thermal equipment, physico-chemical equipment, energy equipment and technology, etc. In the field of organic nature, this is a technique of agriculture, as well as biotechnology that allows the introduction of Whole biology into the scope of the subject of technology. At the same time, there are techniques of thinking, arguing, studying, memory techniques, painting, playing musical instruments, as well as people, Production, state management techniques .
In technogen civilization, man is regarded as an overly active subject that constantly changes the world . The subject is directed to the transformation of the external world, mainly nature, man is the ruler over nature. According to such an approach, nature is considered as a space for the active manifestation of the subject, a person can take from nature everything he wants to fully satisfy his need.
Technogen civilization can add to its values the following:
- respect of social processes as a sign and criterion of development;
- recognition of a person's personality as a higher value (autonomy) of rights and dignity;
-the use of spelling and technical discoveries intellectual transformation into an indicator of development;
- development of human consciousness in the field of spiritual, artistic aesthetics and metaphysics;
- global connections, equality and tolerance become a way of life;
- appreciation of private property and free labor;
- social relations in management and decision-making of democratic values in the family.
In general, technologyogen is inherent in civilization as follows: the legislation of social dynamics is manifested more closely, which is reflected in economic crises, which are repeated from time to time; the relatively low pace of social development is accelerated and accelerated, the place of extrasensory development is occupied by intensive development; the system of machines is widely spread in the influence automation; the system of means of production ("mass production") develops, in which the cost is low, and the productivity of production is high; a person is understood as an active-working being, a person's transforming activity -his main function. Also applies to the field of social relations, the ideal of an active and working attitude of a person to nature; rational thinking, aimed at theoretical understanding of existence, dominates, knowledge is used to develop them for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of Labor weapons; the object of nature exists, the legally developing and functioning being, when a person knows it, is understood
that as an intelligent being he can establish his control over nature; social relations become non-existent, that is, the means of active transforming activity of man become a goal. There is a mass culture indifferent to the mechanized, standard, national originality; in society, relations with the person who has dominated so far are subject to social relations, a new system of values is formed; science is considered an important condition of human transforming activity, a factor of progress and prosperity; the dominance of the idea of future-oriented social development, the expectation of changes that ensure that all people live a happy life and the movement towards increasing the achievements of civilization are becoming increasingly popular in society; unlike the traditional civilization, techno civilization emerges very quickly from the circle of one or more societies, it acquires an expansive feature, Innovation is the main value of innovation .
Social progress has brought into being not only the conditions necessary for a person to live in a number of conditions, but also the creation of material and spiritual wealth, but also the spirituality of members of society, as well as biophysical and biochemical poverty of elements of nature. According to the law of dialectics, these two processes dictate each other and deny each other. This is the conditions of existence of existence. Taking this into account, we must take into account all the technologies with the weapons of production, as well as the negative aspects that they can bring as a result, during the transformation and improvement of the relations of the individual living in society and society with nature. For example, Stepin noted that the idea of changing the world and subjugating man's nature in the culture of techno TS civilization at all stages of its historical development process, until now it has been a leader. This idea was considered an important structural element of the "genetic code", which determined the existence and evolutionary development of technoogen societies, and at the present time remains the same.
The technologicalogen civilization, which is the product of social progress, creates a number of convenience and various blessings on the life of mankind. This is the positive aspect in it. At the same time, there are negative, negative aspects in it that exactly these aspects motivate the people of science to research, to express different theoretical views, conceptions.
Technoogen the unpleasant consequence of civilization is seen in the violation of the balance of relations between society and nature. It is named after the ecological problem in science.
The concept of " Ecology "was first mentioned in the book" general morphology of organisms", published in 1866 year by the German biologist Ernest Gekkel. According to gekkel, the evolutionary development of any organism is affected not only by pure biological, biophysical, biochemical and other processes occurring within the body, but also by the external environment actively affects its development.
So far, the development in the field of technology, the discovery of new energy sources, the emergence of new mines and chemicals, the interference in processes in nature without thinking about the consequences, all have created an incredibly
alarming situation in the field of Environmental Protection. After all, as President Islam Abduganievich Karimov said, loyalty to our independent state, economical use of its natural resources, this is also one of our spiritual nationalities. To eliminate environmental inconveniences, to preserve the purity of our Mother Nature as an eye patch, to preserve the health of the people living in this time, this also means spirituality from above.
Man has always been afraid of earthquakes, floods, thunderstorms, floods and similar natural disasters. Within the last decade, natural disasters have replaced technoogen disasters, and thoughtful thinkers have become more afraid of the second, that is, artificial nature, created by itself. Because, the industrial and postindustrial development of society has an open egoistic character, the pursuit of material wealth and a way of life with all its amenities, the corruption of the Earth, and especially the destruction of the natural world of the biosphere, is creating an artificial world. This is due to the fact that the biosphere and the nature of a person with its constituent parts are radically changing. As a result, there was a risk that the Earth and all man kind would be covered by techno destruction.
Technogen is an intermediary in the system of "society - man - bioenvironment" in civilization. Therefore, in addition to technical and technological contacts at the industrial and postindustrial stage of historical development, more sociotechnical,sociotechnical, biomedical-technoeconomic, scientific, cultural and other relations are also characteristic of the technological society. Thus, technoogen society manifests itself as a system of techno, which develops on the basis of technogenesis. In turn, the sum of the systems of national techno-societies forms techno-civilization-zasia in separate regions, the sum of which consists of the techno - civilization community. At present, a number of philosophers describe and classify the modern stage of development of western civilization as a purely technological civilization. Also what are the main signs of technoogen civilization, what awaits it in the future? How does it affect society and the individual? With the development of technology civilization, mankind faces a number of worldviews, economic, cultural problems. What are the ways and goals of solving them? Why do postindustrial society need spiritual values that are not related to the development of technology? Such pressing issues are also of great importance.
Well, in the process of rationalization of human activities, he created labor weapons, improved the technology of their use. The intensity of the process of rationalization encouraged the discovery of fertile soils in the agricultural and professional spheres. Scientific and technical discoveries, which began in the xvii century, are a product of rationalization of labor, activity, productive activity.
Conclusion , it is worth noting that the moral criteria of the eastern and Western technoogen civilizations are related to the relevant social relations. The change in social relations leads to a change in both the worldview prints and the moral criteria associated with it. For example, in the early periods of the formation of civilization in the West, the discipline of organization structures, sacred statehood traditions, the idea that society is governed by the world, a scientist who is above nature, comes from the hierarchical stratum of the spiritual. Even in the East, in the later higher
stages of civilization, moral norms are developed, which are specially regulated by the higher layer of knowledge. As a result of new changes in the structure of society, new moral values are created.
The essence of the crisis of techno civilization in the current period is determined by the fact that it has entered the street completely by creating self-destruct schemes, and in this way it has no future. In this situation, the active communication of scientists about new forms of civilization development plays an important role. Here the solution of the problem is not from the rejection of scientific and technical development (and the return to traditional societies and patriarchal uklands), but from turning it into a humanistic path, which, in our opinion, is appropriate.
