Why we devide them two groups because their learning ability is not the same. But when we teach like this people, we need their parents too. And what parents should do and should not do?
If parents want to see their children's success in English language, they should work hard with their children and teachers as the same time. Parents should pay attention to their children's physical and sipiritual conditions. Most of deaf students reckon only their parents and in this process their parents are playing an important role. But many people think that their children can not learn any second languages because of deaf. If you enthusiastic and give them chance to learn.tey can easily learn with your help. But after some period they wait result of children but for disability students need more time than other healthy students. That's why parents always try to help to their children to learn. That's why in learning not always related to teacher. There have some significant rules to parents of the deaf in order to teach other languages Estableshing a routine Using sign language alphabet Playing some interesting game Using everyday situations
Work with teachers and psychologist as a partnership
On the other hand, there have some methods for teacher too. Teacher play important role as parents because not all parents do not know English very well. And most of teacher does not want to teach deaf students there have reason for this. For instance, it is hard to explain without any voices and for them teacher should explain individually. And it makes more difficulties for teachers. Whereas there have some teacher who is succeed in this process. Most of teachers utilize flash cards, pictures, videos with subtitle because they can read till this process. Also there have rules for teacher too;
Teach always with smile
Using always pictures related to theme
Talk with them their sign language alphabet

teacher and it makes them self-confident too. Also if teacher is with good mood, student can ask what they do not understand.
Utilizing always pictures
Why is it important at the lesson? If they are healthy people, it is ok, not to use pictures related to the lesson. Though they are deaf, we can not explain orally, firstly, we can not improve their speaking skills, firstly, we explain the common things, daily communication things to them. And they can not hear and we can not speak in that case we utilize pictures on the paper or on the screen. If we utilize and explain in their own sign alphabet, it would be more useful for them. Whereas, in one day we can not explain only one topic we should divide to three or four lessons. Because it would be hard for them to understand learn by heard in one lesson. Teaching with pictures make them to learn easily and understandable.
Talking with their sign language alphabet
Teachers should more practice finger spelling letters together with their students. Because, sign alphabet is the only way to communicate with deaf children. When their parents begin to learn this alphabet, teachers should and try to teach their students too. If teachers give help children to doing homework, children feel more free themselves.
Playing games
Children learn naturally when they are having fun. Flashcards are a great way to teach and revise vocabulary and there are many different games which you can play with flashcards, such as Memory, Snap or family games. Also watching films, cartoons and short videos with subtitle it would be useful too. And say to their parents, they should also try to talk during a day with simple situation helping of translators. For instance, talking about clothes when they are getting dressed, practice with toys or furniture. Also when you are cooking or going to markets, try to ask what is it? And it will be helpful their study too.
Results. Following by these methods hard hearing and deaf pupils could achieve more success in English. Also their teacher and parents have the opportunity to teaching their English. It would be great chance to occupy new language.
Discussion. To sum up, as the healthy children have opportunity to study foreign language, it should be chance to deaf children for it. If we support them, even it must be very small detailed, deaf children can achieve success in their study.
