Updating the system of national education leads to the search for new approaches to the organization of the educational process. Informatization is designed to ensure that the education system reaches a qualitatively new level through the effective use of electronic educational resources in designing the educational process, changing the interaction of subjects of the educational process, organizing and managing students' independent work.

In this regard, the ability of a teacher to create and apply electronic educational resources in education is an important component of his competence in the field of information and communication technologies. It is important for the future informatics teacher to learn how to search and select electronic educational resources in accordance with the educational order, to determine the feasibility of their inclusion in various types of lessons and at different stages of the lesson, to evaluate the results of students' activities with their use.

Today, updating the content and interface of modern electronic educational resources is not always correlated with the ever-changing requirements for educational tools. As a result, the problem of preparing the future teacher is being actualized, not only to use the didactic opportunities of educational resources, but also to create and adapt them to a certain type of training activities.

Purposeful information technology training of teachers should ensure their readiness to create and use electronic educational resources, as an important and

necessary component of professional and pedagogical competence.

Analysis of normative documents and curricula of pedagogical universities showed that the preparation of future informatics teachers for creating and using electronic educational resources is limited to the study of general mathematical and natural science disciplines, as well as individual sections of the general professional discipline "Theory and Methods of Teaching Computer Science". At the same time, the content of these disciplines most often does not have a targeted unity, which negatively affects the readiness of future informatics teachers for professional activities, since the content of these disciplines does not involve students in the process of creating electronic educational resources, and practical training is extremely insufficient for the formation of relevant skills .

Analysis of modern requirements for information technology training of a competent informatics teacher, as well as the study of literature and research results in this area indicate the existence of contradictions between:

- the increased requirements for the level of information technology training of future teachers and the lack of orientation of the higher education system towards their implementation;

- didactic possibilities of electronic educational resources and insufficient substantiation of the conditions of their use in the educational process;

- the need to form the information technology competence of the future computer science teacher and the insufficient focus of the educational process at a pedagogical university to include students in the process of creating and using electronic educational resources in future professional activities.

The contradictions listed above actualize the problem of research, the essence of which is to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the preparation of a future informatics teacher to create and use electronic educational resources in their professional activities. In this regard, the research topic "Pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future informatics teachers to create and use electronic educational resources" is defined.
