This paper deals with the use of information and computer technology in teaching learning English. It discusses means of ICT, which are often used in educational process. The authors of this article pay attention to use computer technologies, both for studying of separate subjects, and for self-checking of the gained knowledge.

the Uzbek people, who once again has established itself in its difficult history as a mature nation that can build an independent state and occupy a worthy place in the international community. The success of Uzbekistan in the sphere of state and social construction is obvious. Proof of this is the holding of such important events as election. According to its results, it is clear that the people of Uzbekistan fully supports the country's leadership's strategy, aimed at building a democratic state.

It is very important that the country has set course for diversification of economy with the transition from monoculture of cotton production to the development of other industries, including high tech, industrial production, development of infrastructure and services. Investment in the social sector has been increased.

It is impossible not to note the progress in the reform of agriculture. The policy of country's leadership, aimed at the promotion of the national agricultural industry, food self-sufficiency, was very effective. Cars produced in Uzbekistan by technical characteristics are not inferior to their competitors and become more and more popular among the people of Kazakhstan. It was noted that our national army had become a school of bravery and courage hardening young people's willpower and bringing them up in the spirit of devotion and love for the Motherland thanks to large-scale military reforms was being implemented under the leadership of our country's First President Islam Karimov. In our country, special attention is being paid to training military personnel and to improving the system of military education.

Thus, what are the conditions created in the country and especially for the young, so that she could live happily, to dream, and most importantly, to implement their plans.

Now high professional educated young generation, students - future computer programmers are required. The competence-based paradigm in the higher technical education changes system of values and assumes existence of the concept of education and introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies. In pedagogics, the technology is understood as set of means and methods of reproduction of theoretically based processes of training and education allowing to realize successfully set educational objects.

In recent years the question of using new information technologies in training foreign language is even more often brought up. It is not only new technical means, but also new forms and methods of teaching, new approach to training process. The main objective is a formation of communicative culture of the student, training in practical acquisition of a foreign language.

Modern computer technologies are used in all fields of activity of the person today. Training of the expert in any field of knowledge includes at least obligatory user preparation computer literacy

becomes one of components of modern understanding of the educated person. For this reason today it is necessary to pay attention to use new information technologies in training in foreign languages.

Training by means of the computer gives the chance to organize independent actions of each pupil. When training in audition, each pupil has an opportunity to hear the foreign-language speech, when training in speaking each pupil can say phrases in a foreign language in the microphone, when training the grammatical phenomena - each pupil can carry out grammatical exercises, trying to obtain the correct answers, etc.

Using ICT in teaching English are effective pedagogical remedy of studying of foreign-language culture and formation of communicative skills. It is necessary to notice that use of ICT promotes training process acceleration, growth of interest of pupils in a subject, improve quality of digestion of material, allow to individualize process of training and give the chance to avoid subjectivity of an assessment. Lessons of a foreign language with use of ICT differ in a variety, keen interest of pupils in a foreign language, efficiency [1, p. 256].

Treat the means of ICT that are most often used in educational process:

1. The electronic textbooks and grants shown by means of the computer and a multimedia projector.

2. Electronic encyclopedias and reference books.

3. Exercise machines and programs of testing.

4. Educational resources of the Internet.

5. DVD and CDs disks with pictures and illustrations.

6. Video and audio equipment.

7. Multimedia presentations.

8. Research works and projects.

The transferred funds of ICT create favorable opportunities at lessons of English and for the organization of independent work of pupils. They help to use computer technologies, both for studying of separate subjects, and for self-checking of the gained knowledge.

Modern programs demand from the pupil concentration, memory tension. Not each student is capable to work in such mode. Psychological features of character, type of perception of the child becomes the reason not of success. At the same time modern requirements to the level of education don't allow to reduce the volume of information necessary for the pupil for assimilation of a topic of the lesson.

However, at the organization of a lesson with use of computer programs, information is provided to pupils colourfully issued, with use of effects of animation, in the form of the text, the chart, the schedule, the drawing. All this allows explaining more visually and welling a training material.

Use of information and communication technologies at lessons of English promotes increase in motivation of pupils, effective assimilation of a training material, formation of complete system of knowledge, allows to increase rate of work at a lesson without prejudice to assimilation of knowledge by pupils. Effective use of ICT doesn't require long-term additional preparation. These technologies open opportunities for teachers who look for in these technologies additional resources for the solution of the professional tasks.
