STUDY ON LOGISTICS COST OF YUCHUN LOGISTICS CO., LTD

In recent years, logistics has developed rapidly and is highly regarded by various industries in China. Reducing costs while increasing the efficiency of logistics distribution has become an important research topic. In this study, the logistics business of Yuchun Logistics Co., Ltd. is presented in detail, an analysis of the control of logistics costs, existing problems and defects were identified, an analysis of the reasons, proposals were given to reduce the company's logistics costs.

В последние годы логистика быстро развивается и высоко ценится различными отраслями промышленности Китая. Снижение затрат при одновременном повышении эффективности логистического распределения стало важной темой исследования. В данном исследовании подробно представлен логистический бизнес Yuchun Logistics Co., Ltd., анализ контроля логистических затрат, выявлены существующие проблемы и дефекты, анализ причин, даны предложения по снижению компанией логистических затрат.

Yuchun logistics company and logistics business introduction
Yuchun Logistics Co., Ltd. is located in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, China. The company was established in July 2018 and officially operated. Yuchun logistics company operation time is only about two years, two years since the company has been continuous progress, continue to find problems and solve the problem.

The company has three sections: regional distribution, special line transportation and logistics park. Over the past two years, the company has covered a total of 59.735 million kilometers with a load of 14.53 million tons, and the average fuel consumption of vehicles is 37L per ton of kilometers.

Experts identified nine good logistics companies and Yuchun logistics company scale as the reference logistics companies, in terms of business and value are in the local equivalent of a business logistics company to do the best. So, we will compare nine good logistics companies and Yuchun logistics company. The logistics costs of the main components are: management costs, storage costs, handling costs, transportation costs, distribution costs. - Employee's lack of centripetal force and cohesion: enterprise employees are the backbone to promote the development of enterprises, so enterprises must pay attention to the centripetal force and cohesion of employees in order to develop steadily in the fierce competition.
- National policies, laws and regulations affect transportation costs: The development of logistics industry cannot be separated from the support of national policies, and national support and preferential policies for logistics directly affect the level of logistics costs.
Solve the logistics cost problem of Yuchun logistics company countermeasure and suggestion
In view of the reasons for the logistics cost problems of Yuchun Logistics Company, combined with relevant theories, the following suggestions are put forward to reduce the logistics cost of Yuchun Logistics Company:
1. Integrate logistics resources to improve the effective use of logistics resources
- Integration of logistics customer resources. Retain customers, grasp customers' satisfaction with the company's service, give transportation concessions, accept the reasonable opinions of old customers, and give full play to the active role of old customers in pulling new customers.
To develop new customers, it is suggested to start from improving the visibility of the enterprise. And to keep up with the trend of The Times, the use of the Internet and media to strengthen the publicity of the company [3].
- Integrate freight vehicle resources to improve the loading efficiency of freight vehicles [4].

First of all, the integration of freight vehicles should start from improving the load rate of vehicles. The most appropriate freight vehicles should be selected according to the size, shape, volume and quantity of goods. Secondly, the most efficient stacking method should be implemented by maximizing the loading capacity or tonnage of freight vehicles.
- Improve the utilization rate of refrigerated warehouse [5]. First, to further expand the market, looking for new customers; the second is to outsource the refrigerated warehouse; the third is to find nearby manufacturing enterprises or self-employed, to provide warehousing services for them, collect fees.
2. Strengthen the logistics operation management and standardize the operation process:
- Strengthen transportation management to reduce transportation costs.
- Strengthen loading, unloading and handling management to reduce loading, unloading and handling costs.
3. The introduction of logistics cost management talents to enhance the ability of managers:

- Enhance the ability of managers
4. The state should strengthen policy support to improve laws and regulations related to logistics. Due to the lack of specific logistics policies and regulations related to road conditions and haze weather in China, the logistics and transportation costs of Yuchun Logistics Company have increased:
- The state should improve the road transport policy.
- The state shall establish an annual enterprise green logistics award evaluation system.
- The State shall establish the ETC system for freight vehicles throughout the country.
