All-Russian physical culture-sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (RLD) presents state standard of students’ physical readiness and is one of the most powerful mechanisms of motivation formation for a healthy life style. Materials. The work presents the results of sociological survey among 235 female students in direction 44.03.01 Pedagogical education, which conditions motivation to lead a healthy life style and fulfill state demands of RLD complex. Research methods: scientific literature analysis and summarizing, questionnaire survey, normatives tests estimation of RLD complex among students on the basis of RLD complex tests of the VIth stage using created online-technology www.rosinwebc.ru, merit badges calculation, comparative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. As a result of sociological research, the desire of students to take part in RLD complex normatives fulfillment was revealed. It was stated that RLD complex normatives fulfillment should be held in a form of festivals, sports holidays, involving student’s amateur activities and performances of famous sportsmen. Statistical results of 235 female students showed the following: 4,8% of the respondents are ready to cope with RLD complex normatives receiving “gold”, 7,3% respondents receiving “silver”, 16,8% – receiving “bronze”, 71,2% of respondents are not ready. At the same time, the received statistical data analysis showed that a great percentage of female students are able to cope with state demands of RLD complex, but can’t cope with one or two tests, which prevents them from fulfilling the normative in order to get RLD merit badges. Conclusion. As a result of the held research it was revealed that the strongest motive among female students for physical culture lessons was the desire to improve own body shape and look nice.

INTRODUCTION

Nowadays a set of measures directed at physical upbringing system development is taken in the Russian Federation. These measures take into account health of population and human potential development. All-Russian physical culture-sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense", first of all, is directed at regular physical culture lessons and sport popularization, as one of the parts of a healthy life style. This complex is also created to solve the problem of insufficient involvement of educational process participants into normatives fulfillment.

Physical culture lessons became socially approved form of a person's activity in society, which helps to influence personal motivation and motivating needs formation of each person, who trains, stimulating and encouraging a person's multilevel potential in the sphere of physical self-development [3].

The held research works prove, that only good physical fitness helps to fulfill kinds of tests of RLD complex [4,5]. Great attention in the mentioned aspect of activity solution is given to motivation among RLD complex participants [1,2,6,7]. Proper motivation for a healthy life style helps to manage mediated activity of students effectively, increases their activity and

independence, responsibility and discipline during the process of mastering skills and abilities, directed at state demands of RLD complex fulfillment and gives positive preconditions for educational process change at a higher educational establishment [8,9]. It should be noted that exactly motivation is the beginning of an active, serious, positive attitude to a healthy life style formation and training for demands of RLD complex fulfillment.

The aim of the research is to reveal students' motivation for a healthy life style and the normatives of RLD complex fulfillment and also estimate students' physical readiness state according to state demands.

The objective of the research was to reveal students' prevailing steady positive inner motives of a healthy life style in general and RLD norms fulfillment in particular.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Research methods and research organization. The research was held on the basis of Surgut State Pedagogical University in order to reveal urgent motives, directed at a healthy life style formation and taking part in state demands of RLD complex fulfillment, among 235 female students according to direction 44.03.01 Pedagogical education.

The questioner survey included the questions, which determine motivation for a healthy life style formation and state demands of RLD complex fulfillment. The received results of 235 female students according to the normatives of the VIth stage of All-Russian physical culture-sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" were handled with the help of online-technology www.rosinwebc.ru [10].

RESEARCH RESULTS AND THEIR DISSCUTION

Research results. The results of own health subjective estimation among the respondents were the following: 20,4% respondents mentioned, that their health considerably improved, 28,5% of respondents answered that their health improved a little, 30,2% of respondents consider that their health didn't change 18,7% of respondents mention that their health became worse a little, 2,1% of respondents think that their health level considerably went down.

The results of answering the question "How often do you go in for physical culture independently?" among students were the following: 8,2% of students mentioned that they go in for physical culture every day, 21%

- 3-4 times a week, 35 % - 1-2 times a week, 17% - 1-3 times a month, 18,8% answered that they don't go in for physical culture independently.

The results of answering the question "Did you attend exercise rooms or fitness-clubs

during last 6 months and how often?" among students were the following: 3,8% of students

said, that they attended then every day; 29,8% - 2-3 times a week; 16,2% - 1-2 times a

month or even less; 44,3% of students said "no"; 6% of students didn't know.

The results of answering the question "Do you smoke and how often during last 6 months?" among students were the following: 17% - Yes, every day, 4,7% - Yes, 2-3 times a week; it should be noted that 77,3% of students said "no" and 1,3% said "don't know".

The results of the question about drinking alcohol (including beer) during last 6 months were the following: 4,3% - 2-3 times a week,49,8% - 1-2 times a month or less, 45,1% of students said "no",0,9% of students didn't know.

The results of answering the question "Do you have any chronic illness?" among students were the following: 21,7% - Yes, 73.2% - No, 5,1% didn't know. The results of the question about nutrition regimen were the following: 22,6 % of respondents follow the regimen, 51,1% of students said "No",26,4% of students were not sure.

The results of answering the question "How often did you eat at fast-food establishments during last 6 months?" among students were the following: 19,6% - 2-3 times a week, 70,6% - 1-2 times a month, 8,2% - not a single time.

The results of the question about keeping a healthy life style were the following: 35,7% of students think they keep a healthy life style, 48,9% of students think

they don't keep a healthy life style, 15,3% of students didn't know.

Answering the question about the importance of "healthy life style" notion students had the following popular variants: 1) helps to feel better; 2) makes me more attractive; 3) keeping a healthy life style principle makes me better than others; 4) keeping a healthy life style principle makes me physically stronger.

Students had to estimate "I keep a healthy life style" statement according to 5-point scale. According to importance the answers were the following: 1) in order to feel better and be less tired; 2) in order to be more attractive; 3) for diseases prevention; 4) in order to fulfill RLD complex tests; 5) as my friends do so; 6) as my family does so; 7) as it is fashionable; as stars and celebrities do so; 8) as it is necessary for my work.

The results of answering the question "Do you know anything about modern RLD complex development?" among students were the following: 78,7% of students said "Yes", 21,3 % - "No".

According to receive by us results, all respondents know about RLD complex. In our opinion, such kind of high level of information awareness of students proves necessity to revive this physical culture complex.

and acquaintances); the third and the 4th place belongs to social assertion (to get certificate of honor), (award a commendation to my family); the fifth position took entertaining assertion (take part in RLD festival and get acquainted with new people); further statements were material (reduced price subscription to fitness-club, exercise room), (to get money for the badge), (to get badge from a celebrity hands), (to be on the board of honor), (my older relatives have RLD badges).

During the survey concerning the attitude of students to All-Russian physical culture-sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" and its normatives fulfillment the following results were received: 34% of respondents mentioned, that they have a positive attitude to RLD complex introduction and agree to estimate own physical readiness; 18% of respondents mentioned, that they have rather positive attitude; 26% of respondents mentioned, that they have neutral attitude; 8% of respondents mentioned, that they have rather negative attitude, than positive; 8% of respondents answered, that they have absolutely negative attitude and that they are

not ready to fulfill the noramtives; 6% of respondents didn't know about RLD complex.

It was stated that 97,2% of students have negative attitude to additional kinds of tests in RLD complex and only 2,8% of students think, that it is necessary to introduce additional kinds of tests in RLD complex.

According to the received results of RLD complex popularization at educational establishment, 52,7% of respondents mentioned demonstration stands with RLD complex tests and normatives; 68,2% of respondents mentioned different held physical culture-mass events; 1,8% of respondents said that other work was held.

During the survey it was revealed that only 37,3% of respondents were ready to realize information- propagandistic activity concerning RLD complex introduction among coevals, 62,7% of students were not ready.

The received results analysis about state demands of the VIth stage RLD complex fulfillment, presented in picture 7, showed ambiguous level of physical readiness.

Statistical results of 235 female students showed the following: 4,8% of the respondents are ready to cope with RLD complex normatives receiving "gold", 7,3% respondents receiving "silver", 16,8% -

receiving "bronze", 71,2% of respondents are not ready. Also it was stated that a great percentage of female students can cope with state demands of RLD complex (even get "gold badge"), but can't cope with one or two

tests, which doesn't let them fulfill RLD normative in order to get a badge.

CONCLUSION

As a result of sociological research students' desire to compete was stated. RLD complex normatives fulfillment should be held in a form of festivals, sports holidays, involving students amateur activities and performances of famous sportsmen. Conclusion. As a result of the held research it was revealed that the strongest motive among female students for physical culture lessons, the desire to improve own body shape and look nice, was directed at aesthetic component. As a result of the held survey it was stated, that the most part of students go in for physical culture and sport not regularly -1-2 times a week, at the same time, a half of respondents don't use services of sports establishments. The most difficult tests are the normatives, which determine the level of endurance, speed-power and power abilities. The received results of RLD complex demands fulfillment prove the necessity to realize systematic physical culture and sport lessons in order to achieve a corresponding level of physical readiness and get RLD complex merit badge.

Annotation. In the opinion of the leading specialists in ecology, it is possible to find the way out of ecological crisis only if people change their attitude to environment, change consumer attitude to environment for nature protecting one. Fundamental change of the interaction with environment character is connected with the level of morality increase during the process of its spiritual values mastering. Ecological awareness and ecological culture formation is presented by state declaring the necessity to change consumer attitude to environment for nature protecting one, spiritual values of nature mastering. It proves the necessity to organize a purposeful ecological education and ecological upbringing activity in all parts of a national education system. Materials. The author sees the way of the country transformation in developing the system of education and upbringing, which provide axiological attitude of people to environment formation. The article presents theoretical substantiation of the necessity to reorient society from material values of nature to spiritual ones, which have a positive influence on moral sphere of a personality, on a personal
