The article describes the main directions of the training process organization among weight-lifters. The article presents strength training content analysis in kettlebell lifting and the research results of the authors concerning the content of strength training in kettlebell lifting, the roles of special strength endurance. The article considers the questions connected with the training process of weight-lifters taking into account their somatotype. We consider the nature of the energy supply systems of muscle activity. The absence of methodical recommendations concerning the training process organization has negative influence on the effectiveness of athletes in kettlebell lifting during competitions. Meanwhile, weight-lifters have different length of arms, legs and torso. This requires individualization of the training process, as well as individual training tasks. Therefore, the solution to the problem of athletes’ physical readiness increase in kettleball lifting based on the technique of their movements optimization, taking into account their somatotypes, becomes extremely important. This article presents the full content of weight-lifters’ strength training, taking into account the athletes’ functional state and somatotype. We defined the technical features of exercises with kettle balls fulfillment. We considered the questions concerning individual-typological approach use in the training process of weight-lifters, taking into account their somatotype, connection between somatotypical characteristics of weight-lifters’ constitutional indices and the possibility to achieve high results in sports activity. Materials. The article describes the research results of authors concerning the content of strength training analysis among weight-lifters and the role of special strength endurance in the training process. Research methods. Information sources analysis and summarizing. Results. The authors prove that the degree of strength endurance demonstration depends on the level of weight-lifters’ physical and technical readiness. They also prove that weight-lifters’ physical and technical training should be organized taking into account their somatotypes. Conclusion. It was revealed that weight-lifters have different length of arms, legs and body. It demands individual correction of movements technique fulfillment. That is why the solution to the problem of athletes’ physical readiness increase in kettlebell lifting on the basis of the technique of their movements optimization, taking into account their somatotypes, becomes extremely important. Scientific novelty of the research is in content of weight-lifters’ strength training analysis. Practical significance is in individual training tasks introduction into the training process of weight-lifters taking into account their somatotypes.

Abstract: The article describes the main directions of the training process organization among weight-lifters. The article presents strength training content analysis in kettlebell lifting and the research results of the authors concerning the content of strength training in kettlebell lifting, the roles of special strength endurance. Introduction

Nowadays there is a range of research works concerning the problem of strength endurance development among weight-lifters. It is mentioned that with the qualification improvement in kettlebell lifting the role of special strength endurance increases and the degree of maximal power increase is hardly realized. Some works offer general information concerning the exercises and methods of weight-lifters' strength endurance development and the ways of the load dosing in the training process. At the same time the questions concerning weight-lifters' training process organization, taking

into account their somatotypes and directed toward their strength endurance development, are not discussed.

Materials and methods

During kettlebell lifting competitions most of all we see athletes' strength endurance demonstration. In this connection we can underline preferential strength endurance demonstration during kettlebell lifting competitions.

Its degree depends on the level of weight-lifters' physical and technical readiness [Barshai, 2018, p.205-210].

Weight-lifters' physical and technical training should be organized taking into account their somatotypes.

In strength training it is important to create the content of training in weight-lifters with different somatotypes. It is necessary to take into consideration the definite parameters of such training: intensity, duration, speed and muscular contraction localization, taking into account weight-lifters' somatotype, gender, level of physical and technical readiness [Grankin, 2015, p.23-28]. These parameters can show the effectiveness of exercises, directed toward the level of strength endurance development of the definite weight-lifter.

It is necessary to search for the exercises, for the stresses development of strength endurance in weight-lifters taking into account their somatotype [Karlenko, 2008, p.39-50].

Practice shows that more effective strength endurance development in weight-lifters provides the following: maximal means and methods diversity, duration of work with kettle balls and rest. In kettlebell lifting it is necessary to use a directed work connected with strength endurance development from the very beginning of training and individual-typological approach in the training process.

Thus, all mentioned above proves the expediency of an individual-typological approach use to the training process organization in weight-lifters, taking into account their somatotype and constitutional characteristics [Kostyunina, 2017, p.118-126].

Results and Discussion

The research results of some authors prove high effectiveness of an individual-typological approach to the training process organization in weight-lifters. It is based on the indices of body, extremities length and aerobic capacities integration.

Kettlebell lifting demands high level of energy supply mechanisms connected with athletes' strength endurance development [Pronin, 2021, p.228-232].

For muscles work improvement it is necessary to take into account somatotype of athletes. Exercises should be repeated great amount of times. There should be not long rest between the exercises and the techniques of their fulfillment should correspond with the athletes' somatotype. The intensity of training with the kettle ball should have an aerobic or mixed character depending on somatotype of athletes [Pronin, 2022, p. 344-346]. It is reasonable to use aerobic or mixed character of

muscles activity energy supply systems in kettlebell lifting. It is demanded by competitive activity of weight-lifters. The athletes with a low level of strength endurance development don't achieve high sport results.

In order to develop strength endurance among weight-lifters different exercises are used (not only exercises with kettle balls). Exercises with a partner, using training simulators and "to excess" trainings are used. The most effective are the exercises with a kettle ball. The necessity to use the exercises with a kettle ball in the training process is conditioned by their high effectiveness [Pronin, 2022, p.260-265].

In order to develop weight-lifters capacities different preparatory exercises are used during strength endurance development. These exercises are directed toward flexibility improvement. It was revealed that with the athletes' qualification improvement, greater volume of competitive and preparatory exercises is used for the frequency of kettle ball lifting increase during the training [Pronin, 2022, p. 35-36].

At different stages of the preparatory period of training it is necessary to define a rational ratio of load volume and intensity in order to develop strength endurance. It was stated that in kettlebell lifting during athletes' strength endurance development it is necessary to develop their power and strength endurance simultaneously [Gomonov, 2000, p. 165]. Power indices increase among weight-lifters provides their muscle system improvement. Good functional abilities of muscle system among weight-lifters are the base for further sports results improvement, training level development [Melnik, 2008, p.276-280].

Conclusion

The absence of methodical

recommendations concerning the training process organization has negative influence on the effectiveness of athletes in kettlebell lifting during competitions. Meanwhile, weight-lifters have different length of arms, legs and torso. This fact demands individual correction of movements fulfillment technique. Therefore, the solution to the problem of athletes' physical readiness increase in kettlebell lifting based on the technique of their movements optimization, taking into account their somatotypes, becomes extremely important.
