Introduction. Respiratory pathology is commonly associated with cardiopulmonary diseases. For this reason, patients with signs and symptoms belonging to cardiopulmonary diseases frequently seek medical attention in pulmo-nology helth care units searching for specialist´s advice. In this context, it can be stated that cardiopulmonary disor-ders are frequently intricated with lung diseases. Methodology. The present study refers to the statistical analysis of two groups of symptomatic patients with known cardiopulmonary disease, who came to the pulmonology specialized medical services for medical consult. As a first investigation, chest radiography was carried out as a standard targeted screening. For this study we randomly chosed two groups of symptomatic patients who who came for medical consult to the specialized pneumology unit in two distinct calendar periods. The data analysis of this study was done by gender and age group. Results. The results of the study were plotted comparatively for all patients in the two study groups. The ren-dering of the results was done using sectorial graphics. Thus, information regarding the vulnerable gender to respirato-ry diseases was shown, regarding patients who have been diagnosed with cardiopulmonary disease. At the same time, data regarding age groups with known chronic cardiopulmonary pathology vulnerable to lung disease were plotted. Conclusions. The data presented in this study and the obtained results render information on respiratory pathol-ogy associated with cardiopulmonary disease in chronic patients with various cardiopulmonary disease.

Key words: cardiopulmonary disease, patients, symptoms, disease investigations, statistics

Pulmonary pathology is associated with cardiac pathology in certain circumstances, so described cardiopulmonary pathology [6, 7, 15]. In this context, patients seek medical attention for symptoms such as dyspnoea, cough, chest tightness, accompanied by headaches of various types, and oculomotor vestibular disorders [2, 13, 16]. On the strength of these signs and symptoms, patients seeking medical specialist, pulmonologist profile for medical facilities [9, 17, 19]. A consultation approach in medical profile is pulmonologist physical exam conjunction with subjective data, plus routine imaging investigation and exploration of respiratory function by performing spirometry [3, 18, 23]. Of course in cases that require laboratory investigations will be done on sputum examination, throat swabs or, as the case, pleural fluid analysis [10, 11, 14].

From this point of view, patients are presenting to physicians specialized units pulmonologist and medical professionals who work in these facilities profile of specialty laboratory, medical imaging, functional explorations [1, 12, 20]. Clinical and laboratory investigations mentioned above, cardiology exam may be added as an extensive variety of pulmonary pathologies are confounding belonging cardiovascular disease [4, 5, 22].

Of course that in certain circumstances and in the context of cardiopulmonary disease, it must work with cardiologists in order to have

highly professional with a medical specialist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment [8, 21].

In this context, the present study aims at presenting and statistical analysis of health data on patients' with cardiopulmonary pathology that have shown that symptomatic medical imaging services in the medical ambulatory with Pneumology profile. For this purpose selected two groups of patients were symptomatic chosen from two distinct time periods. In this context, this paper presents comparative statistics for the two groups of patients, accompanied by medical explanations regarding cardiovascular pathologies that which led by addressing acute symptoms patients to medical pulmonology ambulatory.

Following consultation specialist clinical and medical laboratory investigations, it was observed that patients belonged cardiopulmonary pathologies requiring additional cardiologic examination. Comments on patient diseases from this study are in contextual imaging observation particularities belonging cardiopulmonary diseases.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

The present study brings together medical data and statistics shows two groups of symptomatic patients with known cardiopulmonary disease, which were presented in the medical ambulatory with pneumology profile. Following the examination which included the conventional chest x-ray investigation, statistical data can be compared for two groups of patients. Statistics from

this study provides analysis by age groups and by gender, to patients with cardiopulmonary disease from the present study groups.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

We analyzed the data from the two groups of symptomatic patients who presented as sympto-matics, in the Pneumology medical ambulatory. Patients showing symptoms of acute respiratory pathology belonging. Known history of cardiac pathology and symptoms related functionality with respiratory patients fall into the category of patients with common pathology, of heart and lung.

For the first group of 20 selected patients were patients of both genders from urban residence areas, with different ages, symptomatic of a given period of November 2015. Of the 20 patients, 5 were male and 15 female (fig. 1). Considering age groups, a male patient, falling in the age group 40-50 years, 3 patients fall in the age group 51-60 years, of which two male and one female, 9 patients in the age group 61-70 years, of which 1 patient male and eight female in the age group 71-80 years 4 patients in which one male and three female and in group aged over 81 years, 3 patients were included in the first batch of trial (fig. 2).

Figure 2 - Patients by age. First group

Given that patients in the first study group, although they had to consult a physician from pneumophthysiology specialty or for routine X-ray standard, according to symptoms and to radiolog-

ical expression and contextual history known as ill with cardiovascular diseases, in the which is going be describe the radiologic characteristics for each of the 20 patients selected for the study. Also will be described associated diseases, in case of cardiopulmonary patients are knowing with others types of diseases. In the second group of patients selected for the study, 20 patients were included from December 2015, with both genders, from urban residence area, known with acute respiratory symptoms and also known with diseases from cardiovascular pathology. Of the 20 patients, 14 were female and 6 male (fig. 3).

Patients belonging to the age group 40-50 years, 5 patients aged 51-60 years ding break of 4 women and 1 in which man, 61-70 years old ding break the 8 patients and 6 women and 2 men ding the break 71-80 years old, 6 patients, of which 3 women and 3 men, this group of patients not having sick who belong to the age group over 80 years (fig. 4).

Figure 4 - Patients by age. Second group

According cardiovascular pathologies associated standard chest radiographs describes the calcification of the aortic button, scroll aorta, increased heart left or increased overall heart. It is also seen on standard chest X-ray, changes related to associated pathologies. These consist of emphasized drawing peribronhovascular drawing, Pacemaker, fibromicronodulare disabling in-

juries, ascensions of the right hemidiaphragm, basal pahipleurita, In view of the results described, patients were submitted to acute respiratory symptoms, known cardiac diseases like hypertension confirmed, cardipatie ischemic heart failure branch block, valvular pathology.

In addition, some patients elect for this study were known to have diabetes, dyslipidemia, implant pacemakers, mitral valve, stents. Also, some patients were presented for signs and symptoms of respiratory diseases as viral and bacterial pneumopathies. In this context, it existed in all patients selected for the study group, a few with known history of lung disease that could be shown as sequelae of standard chest radiographs. Of the patients selected for the study, it is noted that the most affected are women. The ages vulnerable to disease, are between 61 to 70 years and after this, from 71 to 80 years old. It is notes, however, the incidence of pulmonary pathologies and also of the cardiovascular pathology, to the age group 40 -50 years. Associated diseases are described, at any age segments, as a result of increased incidence of different diseases.

CONCLUSIONS

Pulmonary pathology, is often confounding with heart diseases, so medical investigations and treatment for diagnosis purpose, require interdisciplinary medical team, with specialist physicians pulmonologists from laboratory, medical imaging specialists and cardiologists. Currently cardiopulmonary pathology is common and of course from this point of view, favors winter exacerbation of the symptoms of chronic cardiopulmonary disease that requires medical reevaluation.
