SOME ASPECTS OF DIRECTING STUDENTS TO THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Annotation: The importance of education and training given in the education system in the formation of mature, healthy, independent-minded individuals in all respects cannot be overemphasized.

The role of the education system, which is now subject to prepare the younger generation for active participation in the restoration of society in the conditions of technical and social development, has grown more than ever. In this regard, it is the task of the present schools at all stages of education to integrate the strong knowledge of the foundations of science into the students, to educate them with high consciousness, to form universal morality, to prepare the younger generation for marriage and labor, to consciously choose the necessary professions.

Innovative education involves learning in the process of creating new knowledge - through the integration of fundamental science, the educational process itself and production. It brings with it new foundations of developing education, as the main modernizing factor of education. In relation to the pedagogical process, innovation means the introduction of new things into the goals, content, methods and forms of education and upbringing, the organization of joint activities of the teacher and the student. The goal of innovation activity is a qualitative change in the student's personality compared to the traditional system. This becomes possible thanks to the introduction into professional activity of didactic and educational programs unknown to practice, which presupposes the removal of the pedagogical crisis.

Innovative activity in education as a socially significant practice aimed at moral self-improvement of a person is important because it is able to ensure the transformation of all existing types of practices in society.

When choosing a teaching style, the teacher's beliefs have a greater influence than his knowledge, because in the learning process they influence everything he does in the classroom, beliefs to accept new ideas, so I completely revised my teaching methodology before and after. The modern requirements of society for the teacher are such that the teacher must constantly engage in self-education, expanding the boundaries of their capabilities. He should be able to

change quickly and be able to apply new approaches and technologies in the classroom.

Widespread introduction of new forms and methods of teaching, including modern information technologies, to ensure the possibility of individual development of each child.

The development of students' interest in the profession from school times is one of the pressing problems of today.

Choosing a profession is an important step in the life of a person, the success of the younger generation in the whole life largely depends on how correctly the profession is chosen.

One of the great ones who was interested in the study of science and art from ancient times said that the study of science and art is one of the most necessary things for Man. To understand the essence of anything, to know the good and bad side of the world's events, to properly understand the value of man, to properly organize the comfortable life of the family, in short, to be perfect in a strange way, knowledge and introspection are one of the necessary crops.

The fact is that in the past, parents knew well that if a child is not taught labor from a young age, is not interested in labor, cannot live an independent life when he is older, remains lazy and unemployed. Therefore, they took into account not only the material aspect of labor, but also the educational, moral and spiritual significance of the child in attracting him from his youth to various socially useful and productive works. Parents are those who, depending on the age and sexual characteristics of their children, consider the assignment as the main rule in labor education. Girls are taught to do household chores, to sew and sew clothes, to cook food, to keep the house clean and tidy, to do laundry, to write a table when the guest comes, to collect. And the children of the son contributed to heavy work in fasting, chopping wood, chopping Earth and other chores. Our grandfathers in the past made valuable comments about the need to interest the child from youth to Labor. In their opinion, the main thing that parents pay attention to in the upbringing of the child was to teach the child useful labor from an early age, to accustom him to work at a young age. Those who have a habit of saying something from the time when the child's language has come out and walked, observing its implementation, it is understood that the work given to him should be of great educational importance, even if it is not unimportant or big work, the benefits that come from him. Such works have formed in the child a feeling of love for work and the desire to sneak into it, work on hand. From the proverb "forty skills to a young man are also few", it is known that a person is required to have not one but several professions during his life.

It is necessary to develop effective forms and methods of labor education for children in preschool institutions, general education schools. It is envisaged to introduce students to the environment, giving them concepts on professions,

as much as possible to introduce them to the concepts of beginners on the market economy.

Basically, from the adolescent age period, there are more and more duality in the selection of a profession in students.

It is at this age that the question of what specialty I am the owner, as long as they torment them. Then it will be necessary to understand the essence of the profession. In schools "who am I?" it is of great importance to organize essays, trips to historical cities, meetings of students with experienced professionals.

It is known that the goal of directing students to the profession is to prepare the growing younger generation for a conscious free choice. In the process of orientation to the profession it is necessary to take into account the individual characteristics of each person, the need for full-fledged provision of labor resources from the point of view of the interests of the national economy.

The correct orientation to the profession will help the person to find his place in life. In order to prepare students for independent labor activity and achieve their correct selection of the profession according to their abilities, the pedagogical skills, knowledge level, didactic and gnostic abilities of the school teachers are high, the conduct of circular and additional auxiliary courses, the lectures on vocational training in schools, the conduct of conversations, discussions, meetings, the organization of professional visualizations, interest The work on professional orientation of students in the school is carried out by the head of the spiritual and moral affairs of the director, the head of the class, the school psychologist, the specialist in professional orientation and the teachers of science. Their main functions are as follows:

-To create a positive attitude towards labor.

-To understand the composition of professional activity.

-To know the characteristics of the person required by the profession.

-Ability to objectively assess their capabilities and abilities.

In the right direction of students to choose a profession, we recommend that the following work be done:

-to give complete information about professions in school;

- organize tips on the profession;

-organize meetings with advanced professionals, veterans of the profession;

- round tables, Organization of evenings;

-propaganda on radio, television and the press, etc.

When the work of choosing a profession at school is considered to be the main problems of the educational and educational process, our young people find their rightful place in life and grow up to be useful individuals to society. In conclusion, we must say that the orientation of students to the profession constitutes the whole content of the family and school educational process. The importance of the chosen profession in finding its place in the life of the students, having developed ways of eliminating the problems that stand before

us in the direction of the profession in the teaching profession and having followed the given recommendations correctly, is manifested in how important it is.
