Objective: To discuss the effect of scalp penetrative acupuncture on cerebral branched chain amino acid and monoamine neurotransmitters in rats of sports fatigue. Methods: 48 big rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with a control group (A), a model group (B), a scalp penetrative acupuncture group (C) and a traditional acupuncture group (D). Determine 5-HT, serum free tryptophan and branched chain amino acid after 4-week exhaustive swimming. Results: Exhausting swimming time in two acupuncture groups were significantly extended compared with model group (p<0.05). Both the acupuncture groups have advantages of reducing the 5-HT within sports fatigue big rats brain issue, reducing F-Trp level with serum, increasing content of BCAA within serum and extending exhaustive swimming time(p<0.01). And the result in scalp penetrative acupuncture group superiors that in traditional acupuncture group with significant difference (p<0.01). Conclusion: Scalp penetrative acupuncture has the function of reducing the 5-HT within sports fatigue big rats brain issue, reducing F-Trp level with serum, increasing content of BCAA within serum and extending exhaustive swimming time. And that maybe related with the mechanism of antisports fatigue by Scalp penetrative acupuncture.

Sports fatigue is a common problem in athlete and soldier training characterized by body can't last it function on specific level or can't last on predetermined sports intensity. The prevention and treatment on sports fatigue is a hot spot in sports medicine. Many research findings reveal that TCM has advantage treating and preventing sports fatigue. This article is to observe the effect of scalp penetrative acupuncture on cerebral branched chain amino acid and monoamine neurotransmitters in rats of sports fatigue by establishing rat models by exhausting swimming, and to discuss the protective mechanism of scalp penetrative acupuncture treating exercise induced central fatigue.

1. Materials and methods:

1.1 Experimental animal 48 healthy Wistar big rats aging 8 weeks, weighing (200±10) g. Provided by HLJ university of TCM.

1.2 Agents and instrument Agents: 5-HT, column C18 (4.6mm*150mm). Instruments: electron balance, water bath, swimming pool (55cm*55cmx40cm), stopwatch, ultrasound grinding homogenate machine (JY92-ZD), high pressure liquid chromatography(LC-6A), fluorescence spectrophotometer(RF-5301PC), uv detector(LPAD-6A), refrigerated centrifuge (TGL-16G) and high-speed centrifuge (AnkeABL-SOB).

1.3 Experimental methods:

1.3.1 Animal grouping48 big rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with a control group (A), a model group (B), a scalp penetrative acupuncture group (C) and a traditional acupuncture group (D).

1.3.2 Model establishing Models were established by exhausting swimming. Control group were given adapted training for 1 week with regular feeding.

1.3.3 Treatment Group C and D were given acupuncture 1h before model establishing. Rats were bound and fixed before acupuncture. Group C: Acupuncture on double Baihui penetrating Taiyang, double Zusanli, Shenshu, Guanyuan Group D: Acupuncture on double Zusanli, Shenshu,

Guanyuan. Needle in both group were remaining for 15min, and establish model 1h after acupuncture. Group A: Regular feeding without any treatment. Group B: Normally establishing model without any treatment. Swimming training were lasted for 4 weeks with 6 days each week, 30min/day for the first week and 30min more for each next week.

1.4 Observation indexes

1.4.1 General condition Activity, psychosis, coat and skin, urine and faces, and body weight were observed.

1.4.2 Exhausting swimming Practice exhausting swimming at the end of the 4th week to record swimming last time, Exhaustive swimming standard was 10 seconds after rats sank into water without outcrop for 3 times.

1.4.3 Specimen collection and the determine of 5-HT, serum free tryptophan and branched chain amino acid 1% pentobarbital sodium was injected intraperitoneally (40mg/kg) into every rat and fix it on the board. 4/um paraffin sections were taken to collect hypothalamus issues. hypothalamus issue samples were precipitated with 10% perchloric acid500^L, 0.37mg*mL-1. The tissue were homogenated, centrifuged and 20^L supernatant was got and inject into high performance liquid chromatograph to determine the content of 5-HT. Serum free tryptophan and branched chain amino acid were determined by high performance liquid chromatography combining with uv detector.

1.5 Statistical methods Statistical methods was standard deviation of sample means and SPSS13.0 was used. Single factor analysis of variance and t test was used among groups, p < 0.05 shows significant difference.

3. Discussion

Sports fatigue is an inevitable physical change on a certain active process. The experiment has established a generally accepted model about fatigue-exhaustive swimming model. The models were successfully established because rats have showed loss of food and water intake, withered hair, weight increasing, less activity, eyelid ptosis and loss of appetite and energy, and these phenomenons are similar with the symptoms of sports fatigue [6] . The mechanism of sports fatigue was complicated which related with stack of metabolite, endocrine dysadaptation, energy exhaustion, and the injury of oxygen free radical.. Some scholars suggest that it has relationship with neurotransmitter and neuro-modulators within central nervous system.

In traditional Chinese medicine, sports fatigue is within the category of overwork, which means tiredness through long time hard work. Impairment of qi caused by tiredness can make one tired and thin. Several ancient literatures has suggested that tiredness caused damages to the Qi, bones and bodies. Acupuncture can dredge channels and collaterals, improve blood circulation, scavenge free radicals and regular immune function and endocrine disorder. Baihui is on the top

head, belonging to the crossing of Du and bladder meridians, it can restore consciousness and nourish yang qi of the whole body. Taiyang point can dredge channels and collaterals and drive away the outer disease. Modern researches show that Baihui can enhance the motor center of the brain. Scalp penetrative acupuncture is a method witch acupuncture through points and meridians to reinforce stimulus. This research suggests that scalp penetrative acupuncture has the function of reducing the 5-HT within sports fatigue big rats brain issue, reducing F-Trp level with serum, increasing content of BCAA within serum and extending exhaustive swimming time. And that maybe related with the mechanism of anti- sports fatigue by Scalp penetrative acupuncture.

Clinical Observation and Mechanism Study on the Neck Massage Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Yu Zhiguo, Liu Xudong No.1 Chinese Message of Heilongjianguniversity of Chinese Medicine, Harbin, China.

Abstract: By adjusting the balance of middle neck muscle tension to reduce the stimulus at sympathetic nerve and to decrease the hyperfunction at it, and then through the vertebral plexus to relieve spasm of vertebral artery contraction. The technique treatment at neck central muscle group makes the central rigid neck muscles which are damaged recover smooth blood circulation, accelerate muscle aseptic inflammation metabolism, then remove the mechanical pressure at internal carotid artery, improve the blood circulation of internal carotid artery and vein near. Blood running smoothly internal carotid artery instead and substitute for the blood supply of vertebral artery to the head in a considerable degree. Alleviate the vestibular labyrinth of ischemia and vertigo which caused by the vertebral - basilar artery functional problems .The vertigo symptom relief.

Keywords: neck massage; vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

The subject of massage as a wide range of applications and significant effect in practical medicine, is under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, a discipline also has its own characteristics, but for the greatness of the Chinese medicine theory is that the cause of vertigo and its mechanism is very complex, many factors are associated with cervical diseases, while the neck lesions both bone and joint or internal soft tissue and spinal canal, can make the sympathetic nerve stimulation. Through the vertebral artery plexus shrink vertebral artery spasm, causing vertebral -basilar artery functional problems, lead to the vestibular labyrinth of ischemia, vertigo symptoms. Main show is turned to have a sense of rotation, swing, the feeling of float, loss of position sense, and cataplexy, syncope, and so on.

Investigating and analyzing system of the history and current situation of massage theory and its foundation could found the reality of this theory. Comparison of massage science basic theory and basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine shows the present TCM basic theory of medical massage clinical guidance as to the lack of a better targeted. Improving the basic thorny of science of Chinese massage is one of the emphasis conclusions. From the principle, method, technique is put forward in the face of the disciplines basic theory of hierarchical reconstruction proposal.

Materials and methods

Observe the curative effect of neck massage in the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy and the effect of TCD through the summary of clinical experience, and to explore its mechanism of action. The undergraduate course rooms over the years, 120 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into the neck massage in the observation group and the traditional massage method in the control group, 60 cases in each group.
