With the development of modern science and technology, electrical automation engineering has also developed expand. In the traditional sense, the wiring of the electrical automation control system is complex, the cost is high, maintenance is difficult, and failures can easily occur, and these factors seriously affect the efficiency of the system. The application of PLC technology in the field of electrical automation greatly simplifies installation and operation improves process and work efficiency. Therefore, PLC technology began to play an increasingly important role efficient and stable operation of electrical automation engineering.

RESEARCH ON APPLICATION OF PLC TECHNOLOGY IN AUTOMATION ENGINEERING

Аннотация: with the development of modern science and technology, electrical automation engineering has also developed expand. In the traditional sense, the wiring of the electrical automation control system is complex, the cost is high, maintenance is difficult, and failures can easily occur, and these factors seriously affect the efficiency of the system. The application of PLC technology in the field of electrical automation greatly simplifies installation and operation improves process and work efficiency. Therefore, PLC technology began to play an increasingly important role efficient and stable operation of electrical automation engineering.

With the development of society and economy, electrical automation began to be widely used in many industrial areas, from industries involved in just basic construction activities to aerospace hi-tech there is no shortage of electrical automation, and it has found its widest application in heavy industry energy production [1]. The improvement and efficient use of electrical automation can be comprehensively improved work quality and work efficiency, to maximize the economic benefits obtained by enterprises [2]. A number of standards are designed in China to ensure and improve the better development of electrical automation versatility of related equipment [3]. Electrical engineering and its automation technology in the 21st century continuously improved and updated, efficient integration of computer information technologies and electrical automation can comprehensively improve the quality and operational efficiency of all electricity

automation system, thereby enabling it to become one of the important guarantees for its long-term development of the Chinese economy [4]. In traditional electrical control, most components of the electrical system are controlled in the form of relays. connection, but relay control has slow response time, high average repair rate, complex disadvantages wires, low reliability, high power consumption and poor flexibility [5]. Therefore, the automatic control system It is urgently required with its wide application area, powerful functions and ease of use. Programmable the logic controller appeared in response to this demand and was widely used in the field of automation control which greatly contributes to the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness levels for industries adopted this automation [6]. The working principle of PLC is basically the same as a computer and it also performs some task control through the execution of certain user programs. in terms of A PLC controller is different from a relay control system in performing tasks . in the case of PLC, cyclic scanning method is used. During this method, signals are selected in each process the runtime of the program, and then the execution and processing of operations on the signals. The effect is shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. Analysis of Figure 1 shows that when PLC used to control the pressure of the CNC machine to press the rivets when the control time is between 0 s and 10 s, the rivet pressure curve exceeds during the preparation process. However, with The increase of PLC automatic control time, the rivet bearing pressure curve starts to maintain a smooth state, and almost no ripple. Before the PLC is used, the pressure swing of the rivets will have a large amplitude and the curve will change a lot. Table 1 shows the effect of temperature changes on automatic control during rivet prossesing.

Therefore, when the breakdown layers of the heat load of the electrical automation system are different, the effect of the PLC Automatic control of CNC machines is tested. The results are shown in Table 1. Analyzing Table 1, it is concluded that multiple thermal load disturbances can have some effect on automatic temperature CNC machine control. When using a PLC to control the temperature of electrical automation the system has no obvious effect on PLC automatic control when the disturbance coefficient is 1.0-1.6 and Automatic control of CNC machine

temperature response time is short. But with growth there is a violation of the electrical automation system with too much heat load, there is a deviation in the PLC. automatically controls the temperature of the CNC machine, but the maximum deviation value is 1.49°C, and the percentage of error is only about 0.001. The results show that PLC has a better effect on temperature electrical equipment control and higher accuracy.

Conclusion. The application of PLC technology can effectively improve the various problems existing in the traditional electrical automation control system, as well as play a role in controlling material waste and saving costs. which can promote production efficiency and economic benefits by electrical automation enterprises. Using the built-in model PID control algorithm enhances the adaptability of the controller changes in the electrical automation system model better meet the control requirements of stability, precision and realizes the heat source of the system, which allows effective and efficient operation according to speed and minimum resource consumption.
