RESEARCH OF METHODS OF REPAIR OF CEMENT CONCRETE

PAVELS

Annotation. The article describes the process of repair of surface layers of cement concrete coatings, preparation for repair of the coating surface, the process of eliminating the migration of cement "cream", materials for repair of the surface layer of the coating, preparation for repair of the coating surface. works, methods ofpreparation of the mixture are described.

INTRODUCTION

At present, the Republic pays great attention to the construction of cement concrete pavements. As noted at the meeting chaired by President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev on October 2, 2019, "Asphalt-concrete is still used in road construction in our country. The service life of such roads is 10-15 years, and they will be repaired in 4-5 years. Although the construction of cement-concrete roads is 15-20% more expensive, the service life is 2-3 times longer and the maintenance costs are 3 times less. " Taking into account the growing volume of cement production in the country, the head of state instructed to gradually transfer the newly built and reconstructed roads of state importance to cement concrete pavement.

Materials and methods

In preparing the article, the methods of studying and nationalizing the experience of foreign countries, studying and directing the possibilities of technologies, logic and generalization were used.

The main part

Cement concrete will increase its strength in 100 years, so our cement concrete roads can serve in good condition for 50 years. Therefore, this article describes the process of repairing the surface layers of cement concrete coatings, preparation for repair of the coating surface, the process of eliminating the migration of cement "cream", materials for repairing the surface layer of the coating, preparation for repair of the coating surface. The work carried out in the field, the methods of preparation of the mixture were studied from a scientific point of view and recommendations for their implementation were given.

The analysis of (Pdh) D.Makhkamov, who conducted the research, showed that the repair of the surface layers of cement concrete pavements should include the following:

1. Preparations for the start of repairs.

2. Preparing the coating surface for repair.

3. Coating repair process (technology).

4. The process of eliminating the migration of cement "cream".

5. Work on preparation of the surface for repair

6. Preparation of the mixture and instructions for this process.

7. Spread the mixture over the defective areas of the coating.

Preparatory work for the start of repair work should include:

a. Get acquainted with the design estimate prepared by the project institute or specialists and approved by the customer;

b. The project is to ensure the delivery of materials and machinery, equipment (finger and diamond disk cutters, diamond cutters, wire pistols, metal brushes, sprayers and bleaching machines) to ensure the implementation of the technological process specified in the estimate.

c. Explain the methods of repair technological processes to the workers involved in the repair of the surface layer of cement concrete pavements. [2]

d. Instruct on the observance of labor protection and safety rules and record in a special journal with personal signatures.

e. Create a reserve of warning, prohibitive and commanding road signs to ensure road safety.

Experiments have shown that when preparing a cement concrete surface for repair, the following should be done:

• Organization of traffic in accordance with MQN 37-07 (installation of signs in accordance with the rules) to ensure safety at the places of repair work on highways.

• Because the surface preparation of the repaired part requires special attention, careful work is carried out, because when the surface of the coating is affected by traffic and natural climatic factors, the composition of the product used for repair is more depends on the resistance to distortion.

• Defective surfaces in the coating are marked.

• Requirements for the preparation of the repaired concrete surface depend on the degree of their deterioration and the material used in the repair

Excess water is removed from the surface to be repaired using compressed air or rags before laying.

Results

In order to eliminate the existing problem on our cement-concrete roads, I considered it expedient to use the following technological repair method when carrying out repair work to prevent the movement of cement "cream":

When the depth of the fracture is more than 10 mm, the previously damaged concrete layer can be torn off using diamond-toothed round disc cutters, which was obtained by (teacher) I. Mutalibov, the surface is treated on the basis of the specified technological process and repaired using high-strength fast-setting reinforced concrete (reinforced mesh installed according to the diagram below). When the depth of fracture is up to 10 mm, the Cement concrete coating is leveled by pre-milling the surface to a depth of 10 mm and a width of more than 0.6 m. For this purpose, special milling machines with a working body with a set of diamond discs with a total width of 0.6 - 1.5 meters of the milling shaft are used. Diamond disc cutters, unlike finger milling cutters, cut unevenly without disturbing the concrete microstructure remaining at the base. Cement concrete is made of epoxy glue for repairing coatings.(table 1)

High-strength concrete, which hardens quickly, is used to move the cement layer on the concrete surface with a repair layer value of 10 mm, and to repair the broken edges and edges of the slab.

Conclusion

In conclusion, we can say that if we start repairing cement concrete pavements, we will be able to repair cement concrete pavements in our country. Because this has not been done in any country in the world today, due to the declining service life of our roads, the service life of cement paved roads is longer than that of asphalt paved roads, and in most developed countries, the demand for cement paved roads is growing. In particular, if we introduce the repair of cement concrete pavement, we will achieve the following results:

- Facilitate the repair of the coating surface;

- Eliminate the migration of cement "cream";

- Increased longevity of the coating:

- Increase good adhesion of asphalt concrete to cement concrete;

- Increased ability of the cement concrete coating to adhere to the temperature joints.
