RENOVATION METHODOLOGY OF CADASTRAL DATABASE OF ULAANBAATAR SITY AT SCALE 1:10'000, USING QUICKBIRD IMAGE
МЕТОД ОБНОВЛЕНИЯ БАЗЫ КАДАСТРОВЫЕ ДАННЫЕ ГОРОДА УЛАН-БАТОРА В МАСШТАБЕ 1 : 10 000 С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ КОСМИЧЕСКИX СНИМКОВ СПУТНИКА QUICKBIRD
Аннотация
В настоящее время для обновления информационных базов данных широко применяются данные космических снимок. В ходе разработки кадастровой информационной базы города Улан-Батора (КИВ УБ) в масштабе 1:10000 искажение в метрических значениях достигло 80 метров. Основной целью нашей работы было уточнение несовмещенности данных результатов дистанционного зондирования и информационных данных продуктов цифровой картографии.
Introduction
We developed Cadastral Information Database (Figure 2) of Ulaanbaatar capital (UBCID) at scale 1:10000 using MapViewer v2005.1.0. MapViewer v2005.1.0. is very easy to use & possible to manage with different software satellites products such as LANDSAT, SPOT, SAR etcetera.
Actually MapViewer v2005.1.0 managing UBCID at scale 1:10'000 jointly with MapInfo Professional (19 wor. files) & Arc View ( 19 apr. files).
Studies of UBCID at scale 1:10000 is following:
1. Digital map compilation for topographic maps (Figure 1) of Ulaanbaatar capital at scale 1:10'000.
2. Developing attributes (Figure 3) for each topographic elements of topographic databanks (Figure 2) of Ulaanbaatar capital at scale 1:10000.
3. Remote sensing of QUICKBIRD image (Figure 4), resolution 65 sm.
Accordingly 19 lists of digital topographic maps Ulaanbaatar city at scale 1:10000 can be served as a basic Topographic Information Database for Cadastral Information Database Ulaanbaatar City. UBCID at scale 1:10000 includes 1071 files, 40 folders, 19 topographic information databank, size on dick 619998 K. Digital maps for each topographic elements geocoded at Gauss-Kruger (GK) projection zone 18 & figured as the matrixes, attributes for each topographic elements correctly compiled. Digital photogrammetry for remote sensing at SAR image developing in Universal Transverse Merkator (UTM) projection zone 48.

Our country located in middle of northern hemisphere, so at GK projection, whithin central longitude error=0, whithin latitude 0.0001, at UTM projection whithin longitude and latitude that error is grow up double.

While of superposition digital photogrammetry product to UBCID, divergence in each coordination x & y for line elements come on 80 meters.
Therefore, neutralize that divergence first have to geocoding QUICKBIRD image at similar projection, lake cartographic source. The mathematic systems of Mongolian topographic maps goes from small scale 1:500000 to large scale 1:5000, that conformai projection Gauss-Kruger zones of 6° & scales 1:20001:1000 conformai projection Gauss-Kruger zones of 3°, datum Pulkovo-1942.
