ABSTRACT

On the use of raw materials and industrial waste for construction materials. The most important tasks of the building materials industry are the extensive use of local raw materials and the development of production, improving their quality and reducing construction costs.

INTRODUCTION

The construction industry is one of the most materially and energy-intensive sectors of the national economy. It accounts for about 50 percent of humanity's energy consumption and 60 percent of material resources. Compared to other industries, the production of building materials consumes industrial waste.

The most important tasks of the building materials industry are the extensive use of local raw materials and the development of production, improving their quality and reducing construction costs. In recent years, the production of building materials has increased several times. The quality of products has improved, the range has increased and new technological methods have been introduced. Today's construction materials companies are equipped with high-performance domestic machines. Almost all technological stages of production are mechanized.

LITERATURE REVIEW

We have large reserves of raw materials to develop the production of building materials. The abundance of mineral resources and raw materials (oil and gas products, precious stones, iron ore, limestone, gypsum, etc.) opens up vast opportunities for the development of construction materials production. At the same time, the widespread use of industrial waste in the production of building materials is one of the main tasks. For example, slag, which is a waste of the metallurgical industry, is used in the construction materials industry to produce various dense, porous and fibrous materials. The modern production of synthetic polymers and parts has revolutionized the field of building materials. The advantage of using synthetic materials in construction is that the construction equipment is lighter and less labor-intensive to manufacture, saving wood, cement, non-ferrous metals and other building materials.

DISCUSSION

Along with the expansion of the raw material base for construction materials, it will also provide an opportunity to clean up the environment, clearing much of the land occupied by waste is to improve the quality of products derived from it. For example, silicate concretes based on lime and sand, which are local raw materials, and various ceramics from local clay soils provide great economic benefits.

Complex use of raw materials and industrial wastes, norms of consumption of raw materials, heat and electricity in production, reduction of transport costs, etc. The use of scientifically based norms in the consumption of raw materials, the economy of capital construction, the reduction of the cost of construction and repair work. CONCLUSION

The quality of products has improved, the range has increased and new technological methods have been introduced. Today's construction materials companies are equipped with high-performance domestic machines. Almost all technological stages of production are mechanized.
