Abstract: The article discusses the general issues of the formation and development of the international tourism market in the context of socio-economic transformations. In the course of the presentation of the work, the main conditions and potentials of the international tourism market are summarized and structured, its functions are systematized, the factors of its evolutionary development are classified, as well as the role of the international tourism market in the formation of a platform for sustainable development of the world economy and its constituent national economies.

Keywords: socio-economic changes, international tourism market, world countries, national economy, world regions, world regions, globalization processes, foreign tourists, tourism opportunities, knowledge-based economy, sustainable development.

The state of socio-economic development processes at the beginning of the 21st century is characterized by the increasingly rapid acceleration of globalization processes, in the context of increased interdependence of countries and regions of the world, the emergence and exacerbation of new problems on a global scale under the influence of scientific and technical development. One of the most important features of the development of intensification processes at this stage is the interstate mixing of various factors of production and the unlimited movement of financial capital. As a result, globalization appears as a process that covers all economic relations, causing all its elements to develop more harmoniously with each other.

In the context of globalization, the development of tourism in Uzbekistan has been determined by the government and is being carried out and is being carried out through economic relations, agreements and agreements with many countries. At the same time, we consider the following important work to be done in national tourism.

1. Wide use of mapketing activities in international tourism and striving to capture the international market;

2. To promote the tourism opportunities of Uzbekistan directly abroad through tourist agencies;

3. Training and training of specialists working in the field of tourism, providing quality services to tourists by creating opportunities for them;

4. Contributing to chronic poverty in the tourism industry;

5. Creating a brochure, prospectus, and report on the quality and scope of activities that are suitable for implementation in the national tourism market of Uzbekistan;

6. Establishing joint ventures, companies and enterprises that can work together in the field of tourism and widening their activities.

7. It is important to further strengthen the competitive relationship and other activities in the small-scale tourism complex.

The Republic of Uzbekistan, along with other commonwealth countries, is taking measures to develop international tourism and is working to create tourism based on its national model. It is emphasized that this model should be implemented taking into account the domestic capabilities, the mentality of the Uzbek people and the requirements corresponding to world standards. It is also necessary to take into account what are the circumstances that motivate people to tourism? Why do they sometimes get nervous and spend their money and energy on a tourist trip? The choice of where to go and for what purpose is very innumerable in the present conditions, from which only a few directions can be determined by one or another person. At the same time, the development of tourism according to the directions adopted at the international level is also an important issue.

It should be noted that in the conditions of globalization, the scientific-theoretical foundations of the management of the tourism network, the factors affecting it are changing in the process of formation of mega trends and knowledge-based economy. In particular, every enterprise of our national economy operates in conditions of internal and external competition. Due to the impact of innovations taking place in the world, the need to introduce innovative technologies based on new knowledge in production is increasing. In turn, innovations in production are causing the behavior of buyers to change in an unpredictable way. Such changes are especially characteristic of the tourism industry and its enterprises. In particular, there is a need to move from mass tourism to individual tourism in tourism. In such conditions, there is a need for a comprehensive study of the impact of global trends on the management of tourism enterprises, a systematic analysis of the activities of tourism enterprises in terms of quantity and quality, and in this process, a wide use of the Internet system, ICT and economic mathematical methods.

Research shows that the essence of the modern tourism network and complex, development criteria are fundamentally changing. Therefore, the tourism network or its business management methods, marketing strategies and development paradigms also require improvement under the influence of globalization. As a result, it is necessary to take into account the impact of the global financial and economic crisis, the complexity of the competitive environment, and the need to modernize production when making strategic decisions in the management of the tourism industry. In such conditions, it is necessary to further improve scientific approaches to the formation of marketing strategies in the management of tourism network enterprises [3].

The results of the research indicate that, in the development of the national tourism base, in addition to the hotel complex, it is appropriate to widely use the object that is not considered a hotel, but fulfills its function. Accommodation in hotels is not the only accommodation. Campsites, boarding houses, hostels, as well as

many private apartments and houses have the possibility to arrange accommodation for tourists. Increasing the number of private hotels in Uzbekistan is one of the important demands of the day. Its contribution is 5% of the total number of hotels in Uzbekistan. World experience shows that private hotels contribute more than 25 percent of tourism funds to tourist accommodation. When placing a tourist map, such an object is usually very convenient and simple, and the quality of the connection is high. Camping is a private apartment, holiday home, youth home, tourist accommodation, family club and a very convenient accommodation for tourists. In tourism, it is widely found in the bulap and camping. However, although there are ample opportunities for the brewing of kampinglap in the region of Uzbekistan, there is not much importance attached to the harvesting and use of kamplap. However, the use of accommodation such as camping is very convenient for tourists who are looking for tourism in the direction of folk tourism. Especially in times of economic difficulties existing in the current economy, it is convenient and convenient for our domestic tourists to use such accommodation. It is considered appropriate to open and use such an accommodation in a place that is usually crowded with people, not only national tourists, but also tourists, who are famous for Uzbekistan. For example, "Shahimapdon" is a place in the Faggona valley, which is a part of Shulap. During the summer months, this place is considered to be a relaxing place for many and many tourists visit this place to enjoy the natural scenery of mountains, rivers, lakes and hakozas. But the lack of modern cheap campsites here is a sign that it is a dead end for visitors from abroad. Although there is an opportunity to earn foreign exchange here every year and even in the winter months, great opportunities are lost due to the lack of a thorough approach to this issue, and neglect of business issues in this area. Mostly domestic tourists visit here. In many cases, there is not enough service for them here.

Uzbekistan is located at the crossroads of Eurasia and has convenient access to Asia and Europe. In the future, this situation will create opportunities for foreign economic activities of the republic with many countries, and it will allow inter-state exchange of technologies, investments, and cultural resources.

In Uzbekistan, the tourism industry and infrastructure, including the tourist service sector, have been reformed in accordance with the requirements of the nationwide privatization and transition to the market economy system. But there are still a number of problems in this field, even "obstacles" that are a hindrance to its development. One of the factors that has a negative impact on the rapid development of the tourism system of our country is that the tourist services market is not at the level of demand. This, in turn, limits the ability of the tourism industry to develop in areas with large tourist resources [5].

The economic reforms carried out in Uzbekistan lead not only to the acceleration of the development of the tourism sector, but also to the creation of new types of tourist services that were not possible before, due to the country's special place in the world community. In general, the tourism industry in Uzbekistan is still in the process of formation - t&p! can be considered tyoshyu. This situation requires

a comprehensively planned approach to the development and management strategy of the tourism service market, which follows the balance of interests of foreign and domestic tourism product suppliers. On the one hand, it is necessary to ensure the protection of the interests of Uzbek entrepreneurs, and on the other hand, to create a competitive environment with the participation of foreign entrepreneurs in the tourism market. All this, without a doubt, leads to stimulation of the activities of Uzbeks in the market. The continuation of the development of transport, telecommunications, and financial services, which form the basis of the economic infrastructure, is also of great importance for the development of the tourism service market. We should also mention that the tourism sector is one of the service sectors that does not require large expenditures, serves as a factor of social stability and ensures the creation of new jobs in the region.

The development of the international tourism market is directly related to the issues of restoration of caravan routes. Because Uzbekistan has been and still is at the center of these ancient roads, and its participation in the activities to restore them is very necessary. In particular, this process is related to the level of development of the road system. Considering this, great attention is paid to the construction of road networks in the republic.

At the same time, new road networks are being built and repaired for Uzbekistan to enter the world market. For example, the project of high-speed highways "Andijan - Tashkent - Nukus - Kungirot", "Tashkent - Andijan - Osh -Kashgar" forms the basis of the Great Silk Road restoration program and connects Europe with the People's Republic of China and all South-East Asian countries. As a result of the use of these roads, the development of international tourism through road transport, the establishment of inter-country trade will be ensured, and great opportunities will be created to raise the economy of the regions and improve the well-being of the population.
