Programs, customs, and other forms of social relations in society, as well as the main means of education, along with the demonstration of the level of culture, are an important means of public control and integration of people.

If there are more than two thousand nations, peoples, and peoples on earth, each of them has its own programs and customs, and ignoring them will lead to the pride of that nation.

Programs develop as the economy of the people, the culture of the people rises, the melts disappear, the bases merge with the new.

What we mean by a program is a tradition, a common order, a moral standard that is passed down from generation to generation and formed on a historical basis.

A good program is a lifeline, and with it, the contribution of each nation to the common human culture.

The most important common function of programs is to ensure self-sustaining and evolving stability among people. There can be no development without stability. This means that without programs, the development and change of public relations is impossible. By ensuring sustainability, programs create the basic conditions for community existence. At each new stage of history, public relations are not only preserved, but also changed and renewed. As time goes on, the edges of the programs begin to reproduce, and the current and future ratios begin to emerge from the old ratios. For this reason, each new generation is influenced by the heritage of past centuries and is forced to obey the masjid.

Respect for the historical memory of nations, peoples, and peoples finds its light in the processes that have become a program in the first place. Programs are shaped by the historical development of nations. People's lifestyles and cultural conditions influence the formation of various programs. Because they make people's lives better, richer and richer. It strengthens and shapes in a person the valuable quality of manners, such as a sense of responsibility for one's duties. The participation of the general public in important events in the lives of lonely people shows a great respect for the person, who sees the importance of his work.

Our people have always been accustomed to celebrating important events in society and in private life in a solemn way, and for centuries they have formed their own programs and traditions and hold them in public life. These programs, subconsciousness, customs and traditions, in turn, affect the worldview of these people, their virtues. Programs, consciousnesses, customs and traditions are the shores of the spiritual character of the people, the level of cultural development, the type of symbols that distinguish them from other nations. This is the essence of the saying, "Every man is different."

In general, programs, customs and traditions are the population, and their social ratios, types, religious beliefs, moral sense, and morality are the basis of morality.
