PROFESSIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL STUDIES IN THE SUCCESSFUL ACQUISITION OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract: An important aspect of the orientation triangle for the choice of a profession is the availability of a certain amount of knowledge on the requirements imposed on the owner of various professions. His second feature is that he or she has embodied knowledge of the need for labor opportunities of society (Region, City, district)in relation to this or that specialty. Another distinctive aspect is that the knowledge on the diligence, ability, personal characteristics of the professional orientation is summarized and all aspects related to the choice of the profession are brought to a certain state.

Аннотация: Важным аспектом треугольника ориентации в выборе профессии является наличие определенных знаний о требованиях, предъявляемых к человеку различных профессий. Вторая ее особенность заключается в том, что знания воплощаются в потребности общества (области, города, района)в трудовых возможностях по отношению к той или иной специальности. Еще одна особенность заключается в том, что знания о стараниях, способностях, личностных особенностях профориентатора обобщаются и все аспекты выбора профессии сводятся в комплекс.

The psychology of the profession, which is one of the directions related to many psychology, did not arise by itself. Rather, it was formed in connection with the desire of mankind to meet their needs, to live well, and developed as a result of the search for opportunities to relieve their labor, to live a longer life. chose the path of independent development, the science of psychology in Uzbekistan has also begun to develop in a wide range of sectors. In various fields of Psychology, our scientists began to serve blessed. Also, the psychology of professional activity is developing as a network of Applied Psychology. As a result of the generalization of the same Studies, a special concomitant in psychotechnics led to the formation of a professional. The essence of this approach - the image of the profession in general includes the study of professionalism, the psychological description and design of the profession. In the professiography, the signs of objects that make up a certain labor process, the functions, means and conditions of the subject of Labor, the subject of Labor, are studied.
Implementation: To base and describe the requirements to be put before the professional Cor (craft) has a specific feature and reflects the following general and private frontstiradi:
1. Psychological description of the profession and its specialties;
The importance of profession (craft) for the economy of the country;
Social description of profession and specialization;

Psychological imbalance in the profession, or occupational disparity;
Self-activation and identification.
The complex of the requirements of the profession to a person covers the psychological, social, economic, technical and pedagogical fronts. Young people who hold professional and professional bases develop the ability to specialize by adapting to all students of these disciplines.
Orientation to the choice of a profession consists of a system of state measures and is chosen by a person, serves to ensure the scientific justification of his own way of life, he determines his place in life and is carried out in the following forms:

Giving professional information in school;
To engage in vocational education:
Propaganda on Radio, television, cinema, the press;
Tips on the profession;
Qualify by profession (according to abilities);
Professional adaptation (adaptation).
He conducted psychological research in this field.K.Platonov developed a certain scheme, which is called a "triangle of orientation in the choice of profession", which, by its compactness, is distinguished from others. Therefore, it can be used more efficiently when making a choice of profession, reorientation.

The Triangle, which is oriented to the choice of profession, embodies the materials of the person's interest, desire, self-assessment, Prestige etc.
One of the basic principles of professionalism is the principle of a differential approach to the study of professional activity. The essence of this principle is that it is subject to the solution of certain practical issues of professionalism. For example, for professional consultation and professional selection, it is necessary to distinguish such professionally important signs that they should differ according to the professionalism of the test takers. To determine the level of qualification, the description of labor duties, professional knowledge, qualifications, skills is important. In order to study professional fatigue, such symptoms are used, with the help of which they determine the factors that can lead to professional fatigue. Thus, the differential principle of professiography determines the methods of study of the profession by its description, content, as well as the sphere of application, that is, the features of conducting professiography are determined by its goals.
The objectives can be attributed to the following areas of activity:
Attestation of workers.
Design new professions specialties.
Improvement of professional training and professional development.

RESEARCH RESULTS AND ANALYSIS:
Professiography when speaking, the complex of describing the requirements for a person by professions and their specialties, which differ from each other, is understood.
The results of the professiography are reflected in the professiogram, it includes the image of working conditions, the rights and obligations of the worker, important professional qualities, as well as contraindications to health. An important component of the professiogram is the psychogram, which is a description of the motivational, willpower and emotional sphere of a specialist. Psychogram is a psychological portrait of the profession, which is clearly manifested by a group of psychological functions that are relevant to the profession.
Y. A.According to Klimov's views, the professiogram is this:
- load sensor channels, types of ustivor signals the scale and general characteristic of information in the process of activity (vision, hearing, etc.);
-feature of mental activity associated with the storage and processing of information;
-memory, contemplation and participation in speech and description of some actions;
-nervous-psychological tension at work, labor activity, the presence of tension;
-the need for attention management;
-qualities and qualities of the person leading to success at work;
-integral psychophysiological indicators that characterize the structure of labor activity.
In our opinion, in addition to the above comments, it is worthwhile to put the following requirements before the professional:
1. How the work is named and what is its structure (the name of the work, the specialty, the profession, the position, the possibility of the place of work, the characteristics of the kind of Labor and the description of its important characteristics);
2. Information about the purpose, effectiveness of the work;
3. What is the application as a labor weapon;
4. Composition of the subject of Labor and their specific facets;
5. What methods of labor activity are carried out with the help of;
6. What is the basis of work (labor, activity; implementation);

7. Criteria for the evaluation of labor productivity;
8. Features of what specialty the work will require.
9. What is the possibility of doing the work with the help of tools and its motivation:
Terms and conditions of performance of work;
Forms of Organization of labor (activity) ;
Cooperative of Labor (who?, What?, In cooperation with whom?);
Information on the intensity (intensity) of Labor;
What moments (cases) of responsibility and risk in labor activity are encountered;
What benefit does Labor bring to its subject, Nafs (salary, reward, spiritual feed, privilege, social predisposition, altruism trait, praise, public assessment, etc.));
What are the requirements and limitations according to the specifics of the work or activity.
The profession is a special form of social organization of the working members of the society, united by the general type and professional consciousness of the activities of the members of the bunda. Among people there will be competitors in the profession due to their interests, and this interest rarely acquires a romantic character. The chosen profession is difficult for itself, it often leads to various obstacles and in some cases has to change its profession. In such cases, the choice of a profession depends on many conditions. But before all it is necessary to draw attention to the choice of a profession. Many, selected activities are in accordance with the abilities and inclinations of a person.
There are different views on the process of formation of a person as a specialist. In contrast to the views that the formation of a previously developed person as a specialist depends on his age characteristics and work experience, the author showed that the professional skill of a person is not considered a function of these parameters, but rather is determined depending on at what stage of the professional formation of the individual. The description of the professional formation criteria, as well as the outlines of specialists who have mastered professional activity to a different level, is mentioned.
The need for continuous development of a qualified personnel training system and the inability of a person with many years of work experience working in various production sectors to fully realize his / her capabilities has caused the problem of self-expression in all professional activity of the individual. problems, it is impossible to carry out successful quality education and planning in the future professional activity. The practical significance of this problem has shown that it is important to study it even within the framework of psychology among different science circles.
It is difficult to study the process of professional formationchiliklar in which skills and professional abilities are directed to normative activity based on a particular method of doing the job. Therefore, not only the degree of professional maturity is distinguished, but also only the age attribute and the time when it is considered as a specialist are taken into account. The question of the professional formation of an individual has been studied by many authors. This is a process that is often encountered in human development. Often the full analysis of a specialist's personality falls, while the stage of professional formation of an individual is considered in accordance with the stage of the way of life. Therefore, it remains strictly limited in time.
In the study of the professional formation of a person operating in the social sphere, it is important to attach importance to the various types of social relations between the subject and the social environment, which fully reveal the possibilities of a person. To the subtypes of each social connection, again, such as humanism and sociability
division is important to us. In the first type, the subject is characterized by the fact that he "found" himself, does not want to change himself in himself and in his activities. The second type is explained by the "search" of the subject itself. This transition is an intermediate state. An individual (or society) leaves one form and reaches another higher level of society.
The question of the professional maturity of a person is the direction of activity, which occupies an important place in his life. This leads to the correct selection and designation of the direction of activity, solving a wide range of personal problems. Accordingly, it is much more important to pay attention to the following feedback.
Choice of profession-means the choice of a profession according to the priority of personal characteristics and qualities, among many options, depending on the requirements of the profession. Choosing a profession is a somewhat more complicated process than professional orientation. Because it is necessary to determine the presence in the person of the level of professional characteristics - the level of preparation for the acquisition of a certain profession (knowledge, experience,
