Oxunov L.Q. Head chair Surgery and obstetrics Kokand Medical College Uzbekistan, Kokand city PROCEDURE FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PERSONS Annotation: When the heart stops, the person becomes emotional, the color becomes white, the pupil expands, the pulse is not detected, the arterial pressure decreases rapidly, the tone is not heard, and the breathing is broken. In such a case, immediate medical attention should be provided.
Key words: Terminal state, agonies, clinical death, social mortality, biological death, resuscitation, intensive care.
Terminal state is the state of life and death. It consists of three stages: Phase I - The state of the agonies. At this stage, the activity of internal organs is gradually halted. This can take 1-2 hours, sometimes 1-2 days.
II stage - state of the agrochemicals. In this case, the patient feels good for a short period of time and his condition is improved. This takes only a few minutes.
III stage - death. Death will be three:
1. Clinical death.
2. Social mortality.
3. Biological death.
Clinical mortality - begins with a heart attack and lasting 3-5 minutes. At this point, brain cells are dead, so patients can be recovered. The main symptoms of clinical deaths:
1. Anesthesia.
2. The absence of pulse, ie heart failure.
3. Stopping breathing.
Additional symptoms of clinical death:
1. Expand eye contraction.
2. Archeology - lack of reflexes.
3. Reduced body temperature.
4. Skin color swelling.
Social Disease - The brain cells are dead but breathing and blood circulation
are not stopped.
Biological death is an irreversible process, and brain cells also die. Biological Measuring Signs:
Sign 1: Cat eye sign. The brain is dead if the pupil becomes oozy when the eyelid is pressed from the side and does not return to its previous state.
2 Symbol: body wound. As the body dies, the body becomes cold and weak.
Sign 3: The appearance of dead spots. In the skin capillaries and blood vessels, the blood clot causes sebum to form on the skin.
In the case of clinical death, patients undergo rehabilitation procedures. Primary care examines the vital activity of organs. The inquiry is conducted in five stages:
1. Security. Prior to first aid, the patient should be safely placed on a solid and straight place (on the floor, ground, couch).
2. Inspiration. We'll take the patient to his forehead and pull it on his shoulder and ask, "Do you need help?" If there is a reflex, the patient will not be emotionally disturbed or shy.
3. Restore respiratory tract permeability. If the neck of the patient is not broken (at the car accident, when heading to the water, high falls, elecrtotrauma, the neck may break down when the patient hangs himself), lower the head and raise the lower jaw. If the neck is broken, only the lower jaw is raised and the breath is opened and the tongue is pulled. Finger cleans the napkin and cleans the mouthpiece.
4. Breathing checks. The patient's breathing is monitored within 5 seconds by means of vision, hearing, and sensation.
5. Check the pulse. The pulse is examined within the sleeping artery, ie 1015 seconds from the neck.
The artificial respiration is injected into the mouth of the patient by napkin or napkin, mouth and mouth through the tube through the nose. If the foreign body is obstructed, breathing twice a day will not lift the chest.

Note: Massage is not available in children aged 1 to 8 years and adults when the heart is working. If the pulse is below 60 in children under 1, the pulse massage will be done if the pulse is lower than 80 in babies.
Cardiac resuscitation is stopped when the patient has mechanical breathing and pulse, as soon as the ambulance arrives or signs of biological death.

Annotation: Type of neurosis that is characterized by psychoanthropic characters, that is, constant suspicions, fears, fuzzy concepts and ideas, various movements and aspirations.
Key words: neurosis, psychoasthenia, phobia, cancersophobia, cardiomyopathy, claustrophobia, agarophobic, obsessional, neurasthenia, hysteria.
This kind of neurosis has been known since ancient times, also called psychoasthenia. The term psychoasthenia was proposed by French scientist Pierre Jane, and that brain drainage is the main symptom of this disease.
If we look at history, the Oriental scientists especially mention the clinical features of neurasthenia, hysteria, and psychoanthia have been mentioned often in the books of Ibn Sina. Several centuries later, almost all diseases such as neurosis and psychoanthropy have been systematized by European scientists, have been named and classifications have been made.
