LITERATURE ANALYSIS FROM TOPIC SURFACE

Problems in the primary education system •Problems with the teacher

We all know that parents send their children to a certain school and class based on teacher recommendations. "In the future, school 109 1" A "Zilola Rasulova does not shout and calmly explains!" - this is for parents to entrust their child's education to this particular teacher. At this point, it should be said that it is rare to trust young teachers, although modern education In order to implement its principles, it is clear that the work of personnel who received education during this period is superior.

A special feature of primary school is that the effectiveness of education depends more on the teacher than on the curriculum. Even if the curriculum has a lot of redundant requirements or irrelevant tasks, a qualified teacher tries to minimize it, and on the contrary, some teachers force everything to be done as written. Negative incidents with a teacher in elementary school leave traumatic memories for life, and the student quickly loses interest in learning due to stress. may fall

• Factors that weaken the natural interest of students in the traditional school system

A characteristic feature of primary school pupils is the desire to learn new knowledge and skills. A lot of unknown and interesting things are happening around him! As soon as they come to school, if they have acted according to their wishes without telling them some restrictions of the parents until they come to school:

• At school, he must always sit at the table and look at the back of his classmate

• You can't run during recess, and you can only talk in class when you raise your hand.

• Go to the kitchen in a row, do not draw the notebook with markers.

• When you're 6-11 years old, it creates boredom and the boy doesn't want to bother adults with questions anymore.

Demotivation

One characteristic of teaching in primary education is that the student is often not perceived as an individual. The teacher inspires pessimistic prophecies to the lagging child: "math is not for you", "You don't try at all", and the child's hard work, time and effort, written work, carefully written letters, are returned as full of errors in red.

RESULT AND DISCUSSION

A special feature of elementary school programs is that the number of hours for first graders and second graders can reach 21-23 hours per week. It is difficult for young teachers to hold five lessons at the desk. Such learning is not always effective -children get tired, get bored and count birds outside the window. You can't rest even after school - the evening is spent on homework.

International characteristics of the educational process in primary school Specific features of the lesson:

• Classes continue 5 days a week depending on the class;

• In the first grade, a "step system" is used: three 35-minute lessons in September-October, usually from the second grade, starting in November - from four minutes to 45 minutes;

• Organize the class to go on frequent excursions in the surrounding world, watch natural phenomena in real time;

• In the first grade, they do not grade, do not keep diaries, and check all homework only by recommendation;

• Students of the first grade will have an additional week of vacation in the middle of the third quarter;

• The introduction of a foreign language, usually English, from the second grade;

• Introduction of the basics of religious culture and secular ethics in the fourth grade.

Features of the pedagogical process:

• The teacher should record the extracurricular activities of each child;

• Conducting psychological tests at the beginning, middle and end of the school year, identifies difficulties in adaptation;

• A teacher can manage an extended group (GPD).
