INTRODUCTION.The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Information" al so pays special attention to this issue: "Formation of state information resources, crea tion and development of information systems, ensuring their compatibility and interac tion" with the passage of time and the expansion of the information world, it is appearing in new editions.

The process of forming elements of the Global economy is developing in several directions at once. The first of them is the sale of goods and services produced in the domestic market of the country, on the one hand, a significant increase in the scale of production, on the other hand, is due to the saturation of needs within the country precisely in relation to goods and services of national production.

On this basis, the gross product created in the country is external for sale in value and natural-material form the need to look for markets all the time arises. Another direction is its opposite, which ignores a large-scale exit to the world market due to the lack of all labor tools and objects that ensure the continuity and expansion of the production process in the national economy. But this does not mean that it only serves on the path of development, information commercialization in the context of globalization can cause a number of problems.

While information commercialization offers many advantages, a high level of benefits and opportunities for companies, there are not a number of difficulties and problems that arise from this process either: Intellectual property problems:

1. Information commercialization can lead to intellectual property disputes, including copyright infringement, patent disputes, and unauthorized use of proprietary information. Protecting intellectual property rights can be complex and costly.

2. Information overload: the abundance of commercialized information can lead to data overload, making it difficult for individuals to filter out large amounts of information and identify relevant and specific information.

3. Problems with quality and accuracy: commercial interests can sometimes prioritize profit in relation to the accuracy and quality of data. This can lead to the dissemination of inaccurate or nonlinear information that has negative consequences for consumers and society.

4. Access and low cost: commercialization of information can limit the use of valuable knowledge and resources, especially for individuals or organizations who cannot afford to pay for it. This can cause an imbalance in information access and hinder innovation and progress.

5. Ethical dilemmas: commercialization of sensitive or personal information can cause ethical concerns regarding privacy, consent, and data security. Companies must carefully manage these ethical dilemmas to maintain trust and reliability with their customers.

6. Market saturation: rapid commercialization of information can lead to market saturation, with the emergence of many products or services that offer market-like information. This can make it difficult for businesses to differentiate themselves and attract customers.

7. Regulatory challenges: information commercialization may be subject to various regulatory documents and legislative frameworks, such as data protection laws, consumer rights regulations, and industry-specific guidelines. Compliance with these rules can be complicated and time-consuming.

8. Impact on innovation: over-emphasis on commercialization can sometimes stifle innovation by prioritizing short-term profit over long-term research and development. This can immediately limit the study of new ideas and technologies that do not have commercial potential.

But the main thing is safety concerns. At the heart of information security lies the issue of information protection activities — ensuring its confidentiality, availability and integrity, as well as avoiding any compromises in a critical situation.

In recent years, computer technology has been deeply embedded in our lives. In our time, it is very difficult for people to imagine how they worked without a computer, they are very accustomed to them. With the availability of computers, people also began to actively use the services of Internet e - mail, the World Wide Web, Internet banking. Now, every morning of an ordinary person begins with a standard view of the news feed, checking the content of personal mail, visiting various popular social networks, shopping in online stores, charging for various services. The Internet has gradually, but without a doubt, become a constant assistant in our daily affairs. But along with all the benefits of the internet, it also involves a lot of risks. First of all, this is a threat to personal and state security. The Internet has been serving as a loophole where personal information, bank card information, can be easily stolen, where information wars are fought on the Internet, where information conflicts occur.

Solving these problems requires a balanced approach to the commercialization of information that takes into account ethical, legal and social influences, taking

advantage of the advantages of transforming knowledge into valuable products and services.

In conclusion, as they say, "fifteen of the Moon is light, fifteen is dark", it is clear that every step and behavior that is pressed for further development can also cause problems at the same time. We can express them as follows: intellectual property problems, regulatory problems, impact on innovation, ethical dilemmas, information overload, problems with quality and accuracy. In order to avoid the above problems, including the proper use of Information Communication Technologies in the organization of a sustainable economic process, it is advisable to carry out public policies to commercialize information and ensure security.
