PHYSICS

Abstract: The methodology is the result of the need to address various specific issues of education and is based on the best practices of creative teachers based on the methodology of education. Not all educators can apply the same pedagogical experience to the same author, and the results will be different for everyone.

Key words: pedagogical methods, cycling, physical activity, training process.

This article discusses the relevance of pedagogical methods of sports training for human health, as well as the specialization of primary sports in the process of training a healthy body, the construction of training and competitive loads during training and competitions. Each teacher achieves a predetermined goal at different levels, depending on their abilities. As for the non-traditional methods of teaching, their variety (number) has greatly increased. Among them, some of which are widely discussed and recommended for practice in the pedagogical community today ("Small groups", "Debate" teaching, "Design", "Problem situation", "Brainstorming", "Role-playing games" methods).

The research process used the methods of objectivity, logic, analysis and synthesis of scientific knowledge. In the course of this research, the importance of Bloom's taxonomy was objectively revealed. Today, the steps of teaching Boom taxonomy to students using innovative technologies have been explored in a logical sequence.

Among the non-traditional methods of teaching, the problem-based method of teaching ...

DISCUSSION AND RESULTS

This method is of particular importance when students have the skills to think logically. When using it, the following actions are performed:

Formulate a system of concepts that serve to reveal the essence of the subject under study;

from the formed system to the subject, there are four (five, six,...) and achieve the place of a single concept that is not synonymous;

find out the task for the students to identify the concept that is not relevant to the subject and remove it from the systemshirish;

encourage students to interpret the essence of their actions (in order to strengthen the subject, it is necessary that the students also comment on the concepts preserved in the system and base the logical connection between them).

This method requires the reader to conduct an analytical review on the subject (or chapter, chapter) under study, as well as to express the most important base concepts.

When applying the method, the following actions are organized:

Students identify key concepts relevant and irrelevant to the topic (section, chapter) and exclude key concepts that are not relevant;

students explain the essence of their actions.

The method can be used individually, in groups and in groups to ensure that students master the topic and to determine their knowledge.

Collaborative, designed to increase student engagement, to help students listen to, understand, respect the interests of others, to consider the interests of others, to learn from them, to teach them, to influence, to feel, feel, and feel the "I" of themselves and others. 'interactive' teaching methods aimed at teaching management, the ability to express their thoughts concisely and clearly, are developing rapidly and are yielding positive results.

Interactive methods create a competitive environment between small groups in the group, inspiring and motivating students to move, and as a result, students begin to learn to collaborate. It teaches learners to think independently when any interactive method is used correctly and purposefully.

The use of interactive methods and educational games, modern information and communication technologies in the primary grades helps students to think independently, expand the scope of creative research and logical thinking, as well as connect them with what they learn in class, increase their interest. The quality of the educational process is guaranteed by the effective use of the conditions created by

teachers on the basis of such modern requirements, the organization of lessons on the basis of advanced pedagogical and information and communication technologies. In our opinion, the main requirements for educational games are:

1. Educational games should be age-appropriate;

2. The theme of the games should be proportional to the content;

3. The time of educational games must be clearly defined;

4. Educational games should have both educational and pedagogical value;

5. The purpose and significance of educational games should be determined. Only when the above requirements are met will the effectiveness of the course

increase and modern technologies will serve the effectiveness of education.

In the annual cycle of the training process of athletes of initial sports specialization, specializing in sports with a cyclic structure of activity, the wave-like distribution of the training and competitive load is widely used.

In the course of the pedagogical experiment, two variants of the distribution of the training load of high intensity with different volume of distribution in the annual cycle of training of cyclists-shosseniks of initial sports specialization were compared. The option provides for up to 20% (of the total volume) of the intensive load with its even distribution at all stages of the annual cycle is set as optimal.
