It is possible to report the facts of history, in order to make them example and the source of patriotic qualities, if innovative educational forms are used, as the instruments of solving the problem of social-educational reality. Innovative forms of patriotic upbringing use leads to new experience, is the mechanism of young generation’s consciousness transformation and development, an effective means of crisis stages of different genesis overcoming and as a result new cultural potential gaining of international communication among youth. Materials. New forms of patriotic upbringing determination, as the way of international communication culture formation among young people of different ethnic groups and societies. Social-methodological analysis of the components in the content of patriotic values, their changes during the transforming pedagogical forms use in upbringing of students, who are able to use humanistic guiding lines for ideological unity in held events of multinational Russian society. Research methods: scientific literature analysis and summarizing, analysis of organizational-activity-based game use as the instrument of innovative education, projection, experiment. Methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Military-patriotic events organization and realization involving young people of different nationalities demonstrates qualities of a patriot of multinational Russia in the consciousness of modern youth and proves the effectiveness of innovative playing educational technologies application using historical reconstruction forms of international culture formation. Conclusion. Playing pedagogical technologies use with the process, which pays great attention to each young person, who takes part in realization of uniting everybody patriotic idea, forms social humanistic awareness. A multinational content of the participants conditions experience exchange and the dialogue between the representatives of different world views and cultures, forms mutual creative thinking, friendship between the participants.

INTRODUCTION

Owing to great efforts and during many ages Russia was formed as the state, which is second to none according to its size, content and multinationality of people. People, who created a unique state, first of all have to realize the objectives of a hard work over own character, own intellectual, moral, civic development. Transmigration of peoples as a historic fact, other factors provided nationalities unity and mixing. Russia is a multinational state, on the territory of which live more than 180 nationalities.

Geographical location of Russia makes it's role special in historic development of humanity. Being between Europe and Asia, East and West, our country was formed under the influence of different cultures. European civilization and eastern wisdom influence conditioned powerful state formation with its own fate: vivid, tragic, but always triumphal and able to influence world processes development. This influence was formed during many centuries of historical development of Russia, which became a connecting bridge between the opposite cardinal points in the minds of many cultures. Very often Russia was a parlementaire: in the West as the representative of the East, in the East as the representative of the West and a

strong shield, which prevented conflicts of two different world views.

The sum of historical and geopolitical factors influenced the formation of a special world view of the Russians: thoughtful reconsideration of historical events, an optimistic point of view concerning world processes. Ethnic content of the nationalities of Russia constantly changes, as small groups of people mix into bigger nationalities and nations, nations mix in terms of mutual life of nations in one state. Russian people during the whole period of history development formed the base of multinational Russian state. Russian culture influenced the development of other nations culture, the Russian language is the second language for many nationalities of Russia.

In modern world the relations between nations are complicated, very often not tolerant and this becomes one of the main problems of our reality. In a multinational state this problem is especially urgent. It is necessary to create for young people a clear, strictly formed system of getting information about the way of life, traditions of the neighbouring nations, create the definite mechanisms of international conflicts neutralization.

Present period of pedagogical science and education development determines the importance of patriotic values renewal and systematic formation among modern youth and this idea is proved in the works of the following authors: N.A. Belousov, V.V. Butkevich, A.D. Zhiveyko, G.K. Zhukov, M.B. Kusmartsev, V.I. Lutovinov, P.S. Nakhimova, E.A. Patrusheva [2].

It is possible to report the facts of history, in order to make them example and the source of patriotic qualities, if innovative educational forms are used as the instruments of solving the problem of social-educational reality.

Research experience is presented in the works of the following scientists: Y.V. Gromyko, A.P. Zinchenko, G.R. Ivanitskiy, M.V. Klarin, S.I. Kotelnikov, R.G. Nadezhdina, S.V. Naumov, M.K. Mamardashvili, P. Feyerabend, I. Kheyzing, G.P. Shchedrovitskiy [3]. Innovative education provides new experience and presents the mechanism of all citizen categories of development transformation of multinational Russia, an effective means during crisis stages of different genesis overcoming and as a result new cultural potential gaining in a multinational communication.

The importance of patriotism and patriotic upbringing problems is obvious for every state and any historical epoch. These problems are especially important in modern society, which is full of military conflicts and contradictions between nations. Preserving the traditions and experience of the previous generations, we form the conditions for a gradual and systematic movement into tomorrow, and this is one of the main objectives of education as a process, which provides youth upbringing in patriotism and tolerance and influences the questions of stability preservation in the state and "peace of the world". An important factor of patriotism upbringing among modern youth is upbringing by the examples of the Great Patriotic War.

Historical urgency of knowing the events of the Great Patriotic War is conditioned by time, where constant military conflicts between the countries appear. Our grandfathers and great-grandfathers sacrificed their lives in order to let us, youth, state think about peace processes development. Patriotic values are the essence of nationalities unity realization not only in one separate country, but humanity in general.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

The process of patriotic values formation in the minds of young people provide correctly used upbringing forms, in particular, forms of playing thinking activity during organizational-activity-based game use as the instrument of innovative education, while using which there is young people involvement into the process of thinking activity realization ways, gaining personal interdisciplinary knowledge-guiding lines, knowledge-relations [4]. Information space projection and formation using the forms of historical events reconstruction is an organizational form of patriotic upbringing. Scientific-pedagogical literature search, study, analytical mastering, present results and experience transformation, integration, comparison and summarizing helped to define the way and chose playing technology using practical experiment, as a result of which, with the help of mathematical analysis method, it was possible to measure personal qualities change of modern youth, who took part in the research [5].

RESEARCH RESULTS AND THEIR DISSCUTION

Multinational population of Russia and Kazakhstan communication is based on the principles of tolerance, acceptance and respect, where society is united owing to integrated ideological desires and all spheres of life: education, culture, sport and mode of life are full of common to all mankind norms and rules observance. Upbringing, based on the principles of mutual understanding, democracy, tolerance, peace, ability to have dialogue, international communication culture

formation are the main for each educational establishment.

"Culture of international

communication is a difficult phenomenon, which includes the following structural components:

1. The norms of humanistic ethics knowing and understanding (honor, duty, conscience, justice and others).

2. Motivational- great interest and desire to know ethnic life peculiarities of many nations for free communication with each other.

3. Emotional-communicative -interactive complicity, life understanding and estimation.

4. Behavioral - objectivity of life processes and differences of different nations religion perception.

Listed above components, mainly, determine the content of international communication culture upbringing, which includes studying human rights and freedoms by young people, scientific knowledge gaining concerning nations and nationalities, religious confessions and their interrelations; citizenly feelings and consciousness formation, which condition behavior and communication between the representatives of different cultures. The unity of common to all mankind and national one is essential base of international relations between countries, in a state, region and separate communities, driving force of development and understanding between people of different religions" [6].

International communication culture formation in modern society gains a transforming character, new forms of upbringing appear with prevailing notions of patriotism, religious and national tolerance.

Multifactorial character of the upbringing process is conditioned, on the one hand, by outer influences (state, society, different forms of communicative consumption), on the other hand, by subjective characteristics (family, environment, personal peculiarities and the peculiarities of a student perception) [7]. All

factors, which influence a personality of a young man, condition the necessity to organize the upbringing process including personality training and introduction into society, in other words - socialization as a civil formation. "Upbringing in a wide social meaning is the influence on a personality of society in general. Upbringing is a purposeful activity, which should form the qualities system of a personality, views and beliefs among children", - said A.V. Mudrik [8]. A.S. Makarenko gave the following definition of an objective upbringing process: "Upbringing is a social process in the broadest sense. Everything can bring up: people, things, phenomena, but first of all and most of all people. Among these people first place take parents and teachers". "Upbringing is a gradual and purposeful influence on a person's behavior, in order to form the definite mindsets, notions, principles, axiological orientations, which provide necessary conditions for his development, training for social life and productive labor", -claimed A.V. Petrovskiy [9]. Summing up, we come to the conclusion that the upbringing process is a cooperative, complex process, which is characterized as "deliberately organized interaction of educators and pupils, pupils' intensive activity organization and stimulation connected with social and spiritual experience, moral values, relations mastering, which is personality formation both with the help of external influences and self-upbringing of a personality" [10].

"Patriotic upbringing is one of system forming upbringing components, which condition development level of a personality's worldview culture. Patriotic upbringing is the essential base of a personality's spiritualmoral formation, his civic consciousness, revealed in the system of the main values. It conditions behavior mindsets of citizens, directed at the interests of the country, readiness to protect it, including self-sacrifice" [11]. In RF Government Ordinance (December, 30, 2015) N 1493 On State Program "Patriotic upbringing of the Russian Federation citizens during the period of 2016-

2020" the aim and objectives of military-patriotic upbringing, the ways of the program realization are defined [12]. The main results of the set objectives are the following: "citizens' interest activation and increase in National History, including military History, historical past of the country, its heroic events; the level of necessity realization to remember great historical heroic deeds of Motherland defenders".

The main objectives of patriotic upbringing among modern youth are the following:

• the qualities of patriotism formation in consciousness of young people;

• the essence understanding of "Motherland" notion, devotion to Motherland;

• care of the state historical heritage;

• continuity of Motherland heroic past examples;

• national kinds of sport and military-patriotic events propaganda for young people.

The range of all components, used during upbringing process, will lead to health improvement of the nation, correct forms of communication and interaction between all categories of multinational Russia citizens.

Military-patriotic events organization is one of the most effective forms of international communication upbringing. Historical experience of the Great Patriotic War, in which participated the representatives of multinational Soviet population, including the Kazakhs, is a great example of common to all mankind tolerance and ability to unite thoughts and deeds. In Russian and Kazakhstan, we reconsider these events of history again and again, involving each following generation.

The world is developing, new educational technologies, innovative instruments appear, but our spiritual organization, which combines all nations of Russia, stays the same. Involving young people from different educational establishments, the representatives of different nationalities, different age categories

into military-patriotic events organization gives an opportunity to have interesting international communication, strengthen friendship between nationalities of Russia. New forms of educational process organization in a form of role and organizational-activity-based games,

historical reconstructions, are able to interest young people, involve them into patriotic events. Interactive character of military-patriotic events popularizes military history of the country, makes detailed study of multinational population experience possible. The example of the newest forms of patriotic upbringing among youth is "Remember the Act Of Bravery of Ural" event, organized in Ekaterinburg of Sverdlovsk region, dedicated to 75th anniversary since the beginning of the Great Patriotic War and which is held in a form of "Memory reconstruction 1941.. ,2016".The event involving students of Ekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region, students of specialized secondary educational establishments, schools and creative collectives unites young people of different ages in an organized creative space. A long-term and stage character of preparation for the event, which includes organizational, main, final periods, provides the sense of patriotism formation and understanding, which is the aim and a maximum effect of a mass military-patriotic event. The invited guests of the event are students from Kazakh female State Pedagogical University, who held a range of patriotic events on the base of their higher educational establishments. The best project playing blocks are demonstrated in Ekaterinburg in general concept of the research. The result of an effective work will become friendship between the participants, who are the representatives of different nationalities and religions. The idea of patriotism, which unites youth with the help of mutual events organization, is an interesting research experience, received from creative realization of the project, the base of Motherland well-being and stability of the Russian society development.

CONCLUSION

Playing pedagogical technologies use with the process, which pays great attention to each young person, who takes part in realization of uniting everybody patriotic idea, forms social humanistic awareness. A multinational content of the participants conditions experience exchange and the dialogue between the representatives of different world views and cultures, forms mutual creative thinking, friendship between the participants. Boys and girls analyze historical truth, percept accumulated knowledge, heroic experience, reconsider the essence of heroic deeds during the war.

The achieved result is able to show readiness of modern young people to unite in the face of danger, in spite of national differences between them. Commitment to traditional for all nations of Russia and Kazakhstan cultural, spiritual, moral, civic values is obvious. Unity during patriotic impulses is a pedagogical sphere, where the activity of national-cultural, social and religious organizations has a strategic meaning, irrespective of the location state. Patriotic ideological commitment has a world social community, it is one of the topics, the importance of which should be realized and estimated by each person.

GYMNASTICS IN THE CONTENT OF SCHOOLCHILDREN PHYSICAL UPBRINGING

Annotation. The article is about the variants of aerobics, calisthenics, aesthetic gymnastics use during physical upbringing of schoolchildren. Materials. The influence of different kinds of gymnastics on physical readiness of schoolchildren is considered. Research methods: scientific literature analysis and summarizing, analysis of different kinds of gymnastics use in physical upbringing, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing. Results. The results of aerobics,calisthenics, aesthetic gymnastics use are presented and they confirm their influence on the main physical qualities and the culture of the formed movements development. Conclusion. The opportunity to solve physical upbringing problems with the help of aerobics,calisthenics, aesthetic gymnastics means is presented.

INTRODUCTION

The law "On education in the Russian Federation"No 273-FZ says that one of the principles of modern education is the right provision to get education during the whole life. It creates preconditions for a continuous educational system introduction, the separate steps of which should be based on continuity of education stages. The system of personality's physical upbringing is not an exception, as its main orientation provides physical nature of a person transformation

during all his life. It makes the idea of studying physical upbringing means and methods continuity at different stages of a person's career very urgent. This problem is many-sided and has a great number of aspects. In this research work we will consider physical upbringing opportunities among female population of this country. In this connection we will see, which kinds of physical activity can be widely used for health improvement among girls and women and can solve the problem of motional skills and
