In this article a new platform for distance learning in universities, colleges and schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan is examined. Capabilities of the new platform are also described.

In this article a new platform for distance learning in universities, colleges and schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan is examined. Capabilities of the new platform are also described.

Today it is difficult to make progress without the broad use of information and communication technologies. In Uzbekistan much attention is devoted to raise informativeness of education. President Islam Karimov's Decree «On measures for further implementation and development of modern information and communication technologies» of March 21, 2012 is an important factor in the

formation of distance learning, the creation of modern educational resources and portals, as well as in further education informatization.

Modern society requires a transition to a fundamentally new level of high quality education. The trend of development of society requires urgent solution to the problem of outstripping the development of the education system on the basis of information technologies. Computerization involves essential changes in the content, methods and organizational forms of education.

Only with the advent of modern internet technology it became possible to acquire education of a whole new level of quality. Visual aids now are not just maps and pictures on the board, but variety of movies, presentations, as well as many other projects that support audio and video. It is worth noting that for children in schools such benefits make it easy and simple to awaken interest in learning.

The development of new information technology entails the establishment of a new educational system that can ensure the provision of educational services to millions of people in reducing expenditure of education. Internet-education is especially directed to reach these goals, which can be defined as the educating wide range of population, obtained with the help of information of educational resources on the Internet.

Internet technologies in education in Uzbekistan are now being used on a variety of levels. This refers not only to institutions of higher education, but also in schools and colleges, as well as home schooling. It is impossible to overestimate the benefits of this phenomenon, because these technologies enables a look from another perspective at the whole system and make it more convenient and enjoyable; furthermore, the learning process itself will take place effectively.

Internet technologies make educating in any distance possible. This was a real discovery for many people. First of all it saves a huge amount of time, and it is impossible not to note the comfort and convenience of just such a system. Finally, this is the only chance to get an education for certain group of population; for example, people disabled people who cannot attend regular schools.

There are three main characteristics of a quality distance education program for adult students:

1. High-quality distance education program does not simply copy a program of lectures, providing an opportunity to read them on a computer screen. Instead of simply duplicate the program full-time study, the course must be carefully organized so as to purposefully engage students. At the same time, many students are beginning to feel that they are more involved in the learning process than they ever have been involved, studying full-time. Course structure should provide you with more control over the learning process than would be possible with the fulltime education. The course should focus on the learner, allowing the student to establish the course content according to his personal needs and objectives.

2. Distance education program can involve a range of methods of information delivery, including regular mail, phone | and fax, Internet, e-mail, interactive

television, teleconferencing, as well as audio and video conferences. communication methods must comply with the most convenient for your learning style. Cur-riculums can be synchronous or asynchronous.

Synchronous courses require the simultaneous participation of teachers and students and their interactions in real time. Means of delivery of information in this case includes an interactive TV and video conferencing. Asynchronous methods, as opposed to synchronous, are more flexible and allow students to choose a convenient time for him to work on the course material. Programs that use asynchronous interactions suggest ways to use the Internet, e-mail, video and regular mail.

3. In contrast to the views of many students studying at a good distance education programs should not feel isolated from each other. Quality program includes a variety of ways and methods to create the atmosphere of this interaction. Choosing a program of distance education, ask how the students get help and support from their instructors. Good distance learning creates a feeling of being more easily accessible faculty than the usual form of training. Verify the existence of the online support chats and forums, online information boards, online stores and other means of counseling and support to students.

Platform «PIAZZA.UZ» was created based on the «PIAZZA.COM» but not exact copy of this platform. The platform «PIAZZA.UZ» took into account the system and the structure of education of Uzbekistan. The platform is designed for students and teachers of higher educational institutions, and for the college students and teachers. Special approach was taken for pupils and teachers of schools, which takes into account a variety of educational games for children. The platform is designed not only for students of higher education, but for any internet user who can take and advantage platform without any problems.

Key features of the platform for teachers:

- the creation of own account;

- the possibility of the creation of several courses;

- the creation of free courses;

- the creation of paid courses;

- the creation of blogs;

- direct mailing of lectures, homework, etc.

- creation of tests;

- holding online live lectures;

- message exchange;

- subscriber statistics.

In addition, lots of useful supplements for the teachers were taken into account in the platform, additional tools and components will regularly be developed on further teachers' request.

Main features of the platform for students and pupils:

- the creation of own account;

- enroll to free and paid courses;

- testing;

- message exchange;

- enroll on the online lectures;

- participation in the quiz;

- educational games, puzzles;

- subscription to a newsletter.

A lot of useful and informative content who wants to learn and loves to work on themselves.

The platform was developed by CMS 1C-Bitrix, it possesses a tremendous features to create a very complex web sites. It has a number of advantages, such as the different components, services, Web antivirus, analyst and lots of useful stuff.

This platform provides the opportunity to study different subjects, materials, not just one university, but also of all existing subjects, courses on the base of platform, since each student has limited number of subjects in higher educational institutions.

A complete version of website will be available for the new school year in September 2016. In July and August 2016 the site will be tested and teachers will have opportunity to prepare and publish their courses. The platform provides statistics for instructors to observe.

Distance education has more to do with education. Although, it is technology led to the growth of distance education, making it possible for many people to continue their education - this applies to people living in remote areas, people with physical challenges, as well as those whose schedule does not allow them to attend the traditional based on the presence in the classroom sessions.

At that distance education may involve the location of the participants on different continents, many affirm that they receive much more individual attention and opportunities to interact with the instructor and classmates, than was possible under normal conditions. Quality remote program involves students through group projects and online discussions. At the same time teachers promptly answer your questions and assess your work regularly, and students have many opportunities to interact with each other.

Despite the widespread belief that the classroom - this is the best place to study, research shows that distance education can be as effective, and sometimes - more effectively than full-time education with regular visits to the classroom.

If a higher education program quality assessment is very important to understand the scheme of accreditation of the institution you are interested in. In this case, one and the same accreditation scheme can be applied to remote and traditional universities, which means that both of these institutions meet the same standards.

Thinking about the quality of programs that take into account one more thing which factor: because of their nature, quality distance higher education programs require a higher level of self-discipline and motivation than most traditional programs. Therefore, the degree obtained from an accredited university distance education indicates that the student is highly organized and purposeful.

Distance education imposes certain responsibilities on the student. In the context of the classroom, the need to maintain standards in the face of fellow students is in itself a motivating factor. With distance learning of the stimulus is not present - the courses and the successful completion of the course entirely depends on the student. Distance education suited motivated adult students who are willing to engage responsibly without further reminders from fellow students and a teacher.

In order to ensure effective interaction in distance learning using a variety of tools, including interactive computer programs, Internet, email, phone, fax and regular mail.

Distance learning is becoming an extremely popular form of education because of its convenience and flexibility. It removes the main barrier that keeps many professionals and business people from continuing their education, eliminating the need to attend classes on a set schedule. Students remotely can choose convenient for training according to their own time schedule.
