PHYSICAL READINESS OF 13-15 YEAR-OLD STUDENTS ON THE BASIS OF TESTS
OF THE IV STAGE OF RLD COMPLEX

Annotation. Nowadays one of the forms of checking the level of physical readiness and the level of base physical abilities and skills formation among schoolchildren is "Ready for Labor and Defense" (RLD) normative. Evaluation criteria of physical readiness among schoolchildren according to all control tests (trials) are held on the basis of APSC (All-Russian physical-sports complex) RLD norms fulfillment for badges of merit (gold, silver, bronze, without a badge), according to set state demands. Materials. This work presents the results of comparative analysis of physical readiness among 13-15 year-old schoolchildren on the basis of tests of RLD complex of the IV stage. Research methods: scientific literature analysis and summarizing, tests of RLD complex estimation among 13-15 year-old schoolchildren using created online-technology www.rosinwebc.ru, badges of merit estimation, comparative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. In order to solve the set objectives physical readiness of 13-15 year-old schoolchildren was studied on the basis of RLD complex tests of the IV stage. The received results about physical readiness of3395 pupils (1974 boys and 1421 girls) prove that the part of boys, who are able to fulfill the tests of RLD complex getting a gold badge, is 9,1%, silver badge - 25,0%, bronze badge - 6,7%; among girls: gold badge -5,8%, silver badge - 18,3%, bronze badge - 8,0%. Conclusion. Comparing the received results of physical readiness study among 13-15 year-old schoolchildren with state demands of RLD complex of the IV stage, we revealed that the most problem forming tests among boys are the tests, concerning speed-weight-lifting and speed abilities

Introduction. Since 2016 all educational establishments have been carrying out a preparation for RLD complex introduction. One of the forms of checking the level of physical readiness among schoolchildren is presented by "Ready for Labor and Defense" (RLD) normatives. This system of normatives (tests) provides a complex estimation of schoolchildren in accordance with their age-related characteristics (abilities) [1,6]. Also APSC (All-Russian physical-sports complex) RLD norms possess eligibility according to age-related periods and include organizational-methodical recommendations of general character for physical upbringing educational process organization [2,3,]. On the basis of the received results according to the tests we can compare both physical readiness of the separate schoolchildren and group readiness, form teams for taking part in RLD festivals, realize pedagogical control over schoolchildren's conditions, reveal drawbacks and advantages of the used forms, methods and means in training pupils for RLD normatives fulfillment [4].
The aim of this research work is objective information gaining about physical readiness of 13-15 year-old schoolchildren in Surgut on the basis of RLD complex tests of the IV stage.
The objective of our research work is physical readiness estimation of 13-15 year-old schoolchildren in Surgut on the basis of the tests of RLD complex of the IV stage using online-technologies.
Research methods and research organization. Created online-technology is formed for the problems solution, concerning optimization of results handling of physical readiness testing among population, taking into account state demands of RLD Complex, held online by the organs of population physical readiness control and organization, and also for conditional profile creation of physical qualities development among citizenry, taking into account state demands,
claimed on the level of physical readiness of population according to the normatives of RLD complex for further automation of individual training programs creation of service users' physical qualities development in terms of training for RLD Complex normatives fulfillment and own physical state improvement.
The fulfillment of the IV stage tests (RLD complex) by 13-15 year-old schoolchildren in Surgut was held since January, 1, 2017 till December, 31, 2017. The trials (tests) were held by the center of testing a municipal budgetary establishment center of physical training "NADEZHDA" on 32 grounds for normatives fulfillment at educational establishments in Surgut. The received results of RLD Complex were handled with the help of online-technology www.rosinwebc.ru [5]. Test sampling was 1976 boys and 1422 girls, who voluntarily took part in RLD Complex tests fulfillment according to the program of the IV stage.
Research results and their discussion. Picture 1 presents the results of physical readiness among 13-15 year-old schoolchildren in Surgut according to the results of tests of the IV stage of RLD complex. In speed abilities test (60 meters running) gold badge received 37,8% of boys or 481 respondents and 24,4% of girls, or 189 respondents. Silver badge was received by 552 boys (43,3%) and 386 girls (49,7%); bronze badge was received by 73 boys (5,7%) and 85 girls (11,0%). 168 boys (13,2%) and 116 girls (15,0%) didn't manage to fulfill this normative of RLD complex.
In power abilities tests 647 boys got gold RLD badge (56,1%), 273 boys (23,7%) had silver badge, 363 girls (49,7%) got gold RLD badge; 170 girls (23,3%) got silver RLD badge. Bronze badge got 130 boys (11,3%) and 76 girls (10,4%). 103 boys (8,9%) and 121 girls (l6,4%) didn't cope with the tests.
In endurance tests gold RLD badge received 1217 boys (98,9%) and 614 girls (80,9%). Silver badge received 9 boys (0,7%) and 55 girls (7,3%). Bronze badge got 2 boys (0,1%) and 29 girls (3,8%). Endurance test wasn't fulfilled by 2 boys (0,2%) and 61 girls (8,0%).

In the test, which characterizes flexibility, the following results were received: 680 boys (55,1%) and 764 girls (100%) got gold badge; silver badge got 553 boys (44,8%). 2 boys didn't fulfill this normative (0,2%).
In speed-weight-lifting test the following results were received: 546 boys (38,2%) and 270 girls (30,1%) fulfilled the normative of gold badge; 347 boys (24,3%) and 281 girls (31,4%) got silver badge; bronze badge had 286 boys (20,0%) and 148 girls (16,5%). 252 boys (17,6%) and 197 girls (22,0%) didn't cope with the test.
In applied abilities and skills test gold badge got 816 boys (56,8%), silver badge got 304 boys, or 21,2%. Among girls 623 respondents (77,8%) got gold badge, 70 respondents (8,7%) got silver badge. Bronze badge got 88 boys (6,1%) and 27 girls (3,4%). 228 boys (15,9%) and 811 girls (10,1%) didn't cope with the test.
Picture 2 presents the results of physical readiness among 13-15 year-old boys in test fulfillment of the IV stage of RLD complex.
From them gold badge got 9,1% of boys, silver badge got 25,0%, silver badge-6,7%. 59,2% of general number of respondents didn't cope with the normatives.
Picture 3 presents the results of physical readiness among 13-15 year-old girls. Gold badge got 5,8% of girls, silver badge got 18,3%, bronze badge got 8,0%. 67,9% of general number of respondents didn't cope with the normatives.

Conclusion. Thus, received during the research results about physical readiness of 13-15 year-old schoolchildren prove that the part of respondents, who are able to fulfill the tests of RLD complex getting badges, is the following: among boys - 40,8%, from them gold badge got 9,1%, silver badge got 25,0%, bronze badge got 6,7%; among girls-32,1%, from them gold badge got- 5,8%, silver badge got- 18,3%, bronze badge got - 8,0%.The most problem forming tests among boys are the tests, concerning speed-weight-lifting and speed abilities estimation, among girls problem form the tests of speed-weight-lifting and weight-lifting abilities estimation. Physical culture teachers should correct educational process concerning "Physical culture" subject in order to train 13-15 year-old pupils for the normatives of the IV stage of RLD complex fulfillment.
