"Gymnastics, exercise, walking should firmly enter the everyday life of everyone who wants to maintain working capacity, health, a full and joyful life." The ancient saying of Hippocrates in our age of penetration into all areas of scientific and technological progress becomes highly relevant. A sedentary lifestyle makes the human body defenseless with the development of various diseases. This is particularly worrisome with our children. For example, every tenth child suffers from obesity. In order for children to grow up healthy, proper physical education is necessary, as well as adherence to a healthy lifestyle. For knowledge workers, the systematic exercise of physical culture and sports takes on exceptional importance. It is known that even in a healthy and not old person, if he is not trained, he leads a "sedentary" lifestyle and doesn't go in for physical training, breathing becomes more frequent with the smallest physical exertion, and heartbeat appears. On the contrary, a trained person can easily cope with considerable physical exertion.
The strength and performance of the heart muscle, the main engine of blood circulation, is directly dependent on the strength and development of the entire musculature. Therefore, physical training, developing the muscles of the body, at the same time strengthens the heart muscle. In people with undeveloped muscles, the heart muscle is weak, which is revealed during any physical work.
Daily morning exercises are a mandatory minimum of physical training. It should become for everyone the same habit as washing in the morning. Exercise should be performed in a well-ventilated area or in the open air. For people leading a "sedentary" lifestyle, exercise in the open air (walking, walking) is especially important. It is useful to go to work in the morning on foot and walk in the evening after work. Systematic walking has a beneficial effect on a person, improves well-being, improves performance.

Thus, daily stay in the fresh air for 1-1.5 hours is one of the important components of a healthy lifestyle. When working indoors, a walk in the evening, before going to bed, is especially important. Such a walk as part of the required daily workout is useful to all. It relieves the stress of the working day, soothes excited nervous centers, regulates breathing. Walking is best done on the principle of cross-country walking: 0.5-1 km walking slow pace, then the same - fast sports walk, etc. The social essence of free time is that it turns the one who possesses it into another subject, and as this other subject he then enters into the immediate process of production. In man, the object and at the same time the subject of the activity of free time, as well as the subject of the labor process are imprisoned together.
Certainly, the distinctive features of a person's personal relationship to work, on the one hand, and to leisure time activities, on the other, differ. If in the first case necessity is the decisive factor, then in the second case, free will plays a dominant role in the choice of forms and activities. Society in the historical process of development has identified and defined the values of free time, which are necessary for further social progress. The society is interested in the fact that such values, and in particular physical exercises, sports, are selected and included by the individual, of course, with personal voluntariness, as part of free time activities. Conscious acceptance of the necessary types of social behavior by the individual is the essence of free activity in free time. Free time is used by an individual mainly in accordance with his individual ideas about the expediency of his spending, which are formed, as a rule, empirically. The social and psychological phenomena of tradition and conformism in accepting the norms of behavior of the directly surrounding public environment have an impact on human behavior in free time, including in exercises, sports, tourism, games. An important element of a healthy lifestyle is personal hygiene. It includes a rational daily regime, body care, hygiene of clothes and shoes. Of particular importance is the mode of the day.
With proper and strict compliance with it, a clear rhythm of functioning of the body is produced. And this, in turn, creates the best conditions for work and recovery. The unequal conditions of life, work and life, the individual differences of people do not allow us to recommend one version of the daily regime for all. However, its basic provisions must be respected by all: the implementation of various activities at a specific time, the proper alternation of work and rest, regular meals. Particular attention should be paid to sleep - the main and irreplaceable form of rest. Constant lack of sleep is dangerous because it can cause depletion of the nervous system, weakening the body's defenses, reduced performance, deterioration of health. Today, almost every person living in the countries of at least some kind of technical progress has a lot of affairs and responsibilities. Sometimes he does not have enough time even for his business. As a result, with a mountain of petty technical problems, a person simply forgets the main truths and goals, becomes confused. Forgets about his health. He does not sleep at night, does not go on hikes, does not run in the mornings, travels by car (through the streets

with dangerous air), eats with a book. Therefore, it is necessary to think through your life goals and goals, thereby allocating time to improve your health.
