INTRODUCTION Teaching in the 21st century entails the application of latest educational technology; it requires significantly different pedagogical skills compared with teaching in a traditional classroom using the whiteboard (chalk and talk). However, teachers' pedagogical skills in using educational technology and its alignment to learning content have yet to be determined. In addition, the characteristics of the 21st century students have changed in terms of focus, motivation, and intelligence in learning. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the 21stcentury pedagogical skills of teachers in using the recent educational technology [1]. The highest mean of pedagogical skills constructs includes improving students' thinking, adapting material, and evaluating information.

REFERENCES AND METHODS

The research process used the methods of objectivity, logic, analysis and synthesis of scientific knowledge. During this study, the importance of pedagogical technologies and pedagogical skills was objectively revealed.Today, the steps of teaching Boom taxonomy to students using innovative technologies have been explored in a logical sequence.

The implication is that, teachers should continually update their pedagogical skills for teaching and learning in the 21st century, in order to support students' learning and impart knowledge effectively; such efforts are necessary to counter students' declining interest and motivation, especially for the theoretical part of technical subjects in the school. Teachers have observed an increased frequency of students helping each other when they're using technology in the classroom. Many technology-based tasks involve other aspects, and this leads to situations where students need to seek help from their peers or the teacher. Additionally, when students are assigned to small groups, the students who are more technologically advanced can assist their inexperienced peers. Technology can help teachers form a better relationship with their students and their colleagues [2-4]. For example, 84% of teachers report using the internet at least weekly to find content that will engage students. Integrating technology into your lesson plans as well as using it to expand your own knowledge of subject matter can make a significant difference in the classroom. Technology will undoubtedly continue to evolve, and it's important to adjust your classroom style to align with its advancements. Greene offers some advice to fellow teachers: "Take the risk. Try something new. You never really know how effective a tool or approach will be until you try it. Using technology in your classroom also encourages critical thinking skills. Just dive in."

In the mid-50s of the last century, the educational process in world pedagogy was completed. There is an approach to organization in a completely new, unique "technological" way had come. And in the '60s, the sheer variety of teaching methods taught them acknowledging that the process is difficult to use in the organization started. Therefore, it is a scientific basis that is common to all methods, it was necessary to create [5]. As a result, pedagogical technology or teaching process organization technology, i.e. 'learning technology' was born. The journal "Pedagogical Technology" was published in the United States in 1961. Also in the UK, "Pedagogical Technology and the Learning Process" (since 1964), Pedagogical Technology in Japan (since 1965), similar in Italy magazine (since 1971). UNESCO

Education since 1971 publishes a bulletin of the International Bureau of Educational Technologies]. In the Russian Federation, since 1997, "School Technology" magazine was established. It should be noted that "pedagogical technology" is called "teaching technology". It is necessary not to equate it with the concept. Because learning in pedagogical technology from setting specific learning objectives of the process to the final the process is designed to control the achievement of learning outcomes [6]. The essence of pedagogical technology is the traditional oral tradition of teaching encouraging students to learn more independently by abandoning the method of doing so consists of. In this case, the teacher is the director of student learning, counselor, acts as the sender of the final result. The effectiveness of pedagogical technology lies in the fact that it is diverse teachers have the same (almost the same) final in a particular subject (specialty) will be able to achieve the result. This is the same for all educational institutions [7].

Pedagogical skill is a high pedagogical thinking, a conscious, creative approach to the educational process, the ability to effectively apply methodological knowledge, which is constantly improving pedagogical knowledge, the values of the past, the creative heritage of Central Asian thinkers. information on the training of coaches, as well as information on modern information technologies, portal news, in the process of theoretical study of teacher training technologies in advanced foreign countries. The pedagogical skills of young teachers, as well as those with several years of work experience in an educational institution, are enhanced by the fact that they meet a number of conditions in order to improve their professional skills [8-10]. They can be further developed on the basis of the following tools: independent study (with new literature, Internet materials, portal system, information published in periodicals, as well as advanced technologies that provide information about the latest developments in the field of pedagogy) to get acquainted, to generalize the ideas put forward in them, to prepare independent projects on the basis of the conclusion). The study of the activities of experienced teachers (organized without leaving the educational institution and is effective in terms of time and cost. The study of the activities of experienced teachers is carried out on the basis of observation and analysis of the lessons organized by them). it is expedient to draw a conclusion on the basis of the generalization of the impressions received in this regard).

Currently, the Republic of Uzbekistan is actively working to constantly improve the professional skills, knowledge and abilities of young teachers. In particular, within the framework of the project "Education Sector Development

Program" implemented jointly with the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan and the Asian Development Bank, "Education Resource" Centers for distance learning have been established in the regions of the country. As a result, young teachers have the opportunity to improve their professional skills abroad. The Republican Association of Young Teachers was established in 2009 to attract young teachers to schools and provide them with comprehensive practical assistance, assistance in the introduction of advanced and modern technologies in the educational process. The identification and promotion of advanced and enterprising teachers among secondary school teachers will instill in young teachers respect and esteem for their profession. Since 2006, the Science Teacher of the Year competition has been held. The "School of the Year" - Republican competition creates conditions for teachers to promote the achievements of the community-based educational institution. This goal is achieved through the regular performance of the following tasks by future teachers:

1. Prospective teachers are equipped with theoretical and methodological bases of pedagogical skills.

2. Acquire a system of knowledge about the components of the subject of pedagogical skills, such as pedagogical technique, pedagogical cooperation (communication), pedagogical delicacy, pedagogical ability, pedagogical skills, management of the educational process, speech culture, educational technology, pedagogical creativity, reflection.

3. Future teachers will develop the need and desire to independently master the secrets of pedagogical skills, reflected in our national traditions and customs and the rich creative heritage of Central Asian thinkers.

4. On the basis of the acquired pedagogical-psychological and methodical knowledge, skills and abilities, each prospective teacher forms the personal pedagogical skill.

5. Regularly master the theoretical and practical foundations of the organization and management of the educational process on the basis of the latest modern methods and forms of world standards.

6. Teachers acquire forms, methods and tools of personal and creative development to improve their professional skills.

7. Teachers are constantly learning about the nature, function, and structure of educator skills.

8. Develop their professional skills on the basis of high access to modern information technologies and the portal system.

Addressing these goals and objectives will teach teachers and educators to keep pace with the times, to live with the pain of educating young people, and to see the future clearly. Each teacher teaches to use their abilities, knowledge and experience to conscientiously imagine and accurately implement the current problems, goals and objectives of our country, as well as to develop the skills of a creative approach to pedagogical activity [11]. Pedagogical skills - a feature that determines the personal (childhood, kindness, humanity, kindness, etc.) and professional (knowledge, intelligence, dedication, creativity, ability, etc.) qualities of teachers, which are reflected in the educational activities of teachers. is an activity that provides an opportunity to achieve a high level, to constantly improve their professional skills. It is reflected in the professional activity of every teacher who knows his subject perfectly, has pedagogical-psychological and methodological training, conducts practical activities to find optimal ways of teaching, educating and developing students. Thus, in order to acquire pedagogical skills, a teacher must know his subject in accordance with the requirements of the time, have pedagogical and psychological knowledge, as well as humanity, inquisitiveness and dedication [12]. Describing pedagogical skills as a part of pedagogical art, Rachenko writes: "pedagogical skills are the teacher's perfect acquisition of pedagogical and psychological knowledge, professional skills and abilities, interest in their profession, advanced pedagogical thinking and intuition, It is understood that he has a moral and aesthetic attitude to life, confidence in his own opinion and determination.

Today, our independent republic is recognized by the world community, and its further development and prosperity depends on today's youth. This means that today's young people must be well-developed, able to express themselves, other people, society, nature and labor, to act independently, to be creative, enterprising and entrepreneurial. The development of these qualities in a student undoubtedly depends on the teacher, his ability to properly manage the educational process and the relationships and interactions he can establish with students. Communicative ability is the ability to communicate, which has a special appearance in the field of pedagogical interaction. Psychological literature distinguishes several types of communicative abilities: 1) the ability to understand a person (to assess a person as a person, his individual aspects, motives and needs, to consider external behavior in relation to the inner world, face, face 'l, the ability to "read" the movements of the body) 2) the ability to self-understand a person (to assess their knowledge, abilities, character and other aspects, how a person is perceived by others and assessment through the eyes of others); 3) the ability to correctly assess the state of

communication (to observe the current situation, to distinguish more information about the symptoms of its manifestation, to pay attention to them, to understand the social and psychological nature of the situation) settings perception and evaluation).

Analysis encompasses all actions related to epistemology, cognition, and practical activity in psychology, while in pedagogy it is expressed as a cognitive process that reflects the laws and methods of breaking down the things being studied into individual components. According to O.O. Kashenko, self-analysis in philosophy and psychology is based on self-awareness, self-knowledge, self-management, self-awareness. it is not used as an independent category even if it is reflected as an integral part of self-assessment. However, it is important to remember that the formation and development of self-awareness takes place on the basis of self-analysis. Because it is in pedagogical reality that the importance of developing self-analysis skills is one of the main internal factors driving the development of the "I-concept", which is understood as a system of perceptions, interests, motives, needs about themselves. There are specific systems of pedagogical ability in the teaching profession. The ability system is distinguished by the following features: •main features; •basic features; •leading features; •auxiliary features.

A main feature of pedagogical skills is observation. It means being able to see the individual aspect of something, the starting material for creative activity. It is obvious that the artist's observation differs from the observation of a natural scientist. Because of their different perspectives, each has its own way of thinking and thinking. A leading feature of talent is creative imagination. This feature applies not only to the artist, the teacher of mathematics, the literary critic, but also to all teachers of science. It takes skill to master the secrets of any profession perfectly. Pedagogical ability is formed only in a healthy teacher. However, it can be high, medium or low. Among the traits and characteristics that are embodied in these different levels of ability, some play a supporting role.

To sum up, there is a growing interest in interactive methods of teaching (using innovative pedagogical and information technologies, increasing the effectiveness of education. With the use of modern technologies, teachers are able to search for their own knowledge), in the process, the educator creates the conditions for the development, formation, acquisition and upbringing of the individual and the

team. At the same time, it acts as a manager, a guide. The educator becomes a key figure in the learning process. The use of any pedagogical technology in the educational process depends on the individual, who is teaching the listener and who the teacher is teaching. Classes based on pedagogical technology increase the desire of young people to express their attitudes to important life achievements and problems, give them the opportunity to think, to justify their views. Technology of educational processes development of projects for teachers and educators to set tasks for self-realization and implementation, management of harmonious relations of internal and external activity plans; the combination of universal and unique capabilities of the individual.
