Abstract: this article focuses on the benefits of using ICT in foreign language teaching. Here is said that the use of ICT makes it possible to rationally organize the working time of the teacher and students in the class.

Keywords: infocommunication technology, benefits of using ICT, to implement, Animation, video, sound.

Infocommunication technology (ICT) is a term the beginning of the XXI century, the term of the new information society, which is building humanity. Every age of human history is characterized by a word-symbol expressing its essence. For the past XX century such symbols are industrialization, scientific and technological revolution. The coming century is associated with the word INFORMATION. The transfer of information over a distance, its distribution is provided by means of communication (telecommunication devices). Information and communication of the XXI century, united by the concept of INFOCOMMUNICATION, are based on the latest achievements of science and technology [1, 23]. The modern teacher of the 21st century just needs to integrate new technologies in teaching. Among the benefits of using ICT in class can be identified the following:

The interest of the student to this activity is increasing. Psychologists note that modern children of the information society are children of on-screen dynamic information. The information on the screen of the monitor, projector or TV is perceived by them much better than the printed book information. Of course, it is sad to realize that modern children read very little, however, when preparing for a lesson, this factor should be taken into account. Information computer technologies make it possible to implement the principle of visualization of education at a qualitatively new level. Animation, video, sound make the studied events and phenomena more visual, and therefore accessible, thus making the learning process more comfortable for the student.

The use of ICT makes it possible to rationally organize the working time of the teacher and students in the class, as the teacher will not need to write on the blackboard with chalk, turning away from the students, hang out the illustrations, change the material being demonstrated, etc. Pre-prepared information for a lesson appears at the right time, in an aesthetic form, at a premeditated pace and volume. Time saved in a lesson can be used to increase the amount of information or training exercises. A lesson with the use of ICT allows the use of various new forms and types of learning activities. The search, creative and independent activities of students are activated. Using ICT, the teacher acquires powerful tools for creating highly aesthetic design classes. However, he does not need to have the special skills of an artist, photographer or printer. Suffice it to possession of one or other software tools. The teacher gets the opportunity to provide students computer development to their studies. Students at home can repeat the learned material from not only the textbook, but also using a home computer. Computer support of students 'learning and cognitive activity allows to significantly increase the activity of the teacher's communication with the students among themselves, thus significantly increasing the role of the teacher in managing the students' learning and cognitive activity, teacher often has to discuss various issues with students situations that arise during training, respond to various questions of students in solving problems, the

number of which, subject to the use of ICT, can be much more than with traditional training. Competent use of computer technology in the classroom, in addition to the huge educational, developmental and motivational advantages over traditional teaching, is also of great educational importance. Current trends in the teaching of foreign languages are associated both with a radical change in the methodological paradigm, and with technical and technological renewal of the learning process, which is expressed in the massive onset of new teaching aids, first of all, multimedia co mputer programs. From our teaching experience, the following resources can be noted: http://www.britishcouncil.org/learnenglish http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/ http://www.esl-lab.com/ http://www.lingual.net http://www.real-english.com/ http://www.eslvideo.com/ http://www.efl.net/

However, the use of ICT requires training on the part of the teacher. Special attention should be paid to: evaluation and selection of websites, choosing web resources; first, you should consider reliable, proven websites and only in the case when the required subject block is not found, use the advanced search. The choice is also important and technical indicators, such as image quality, sound, accent speakers, background noise, etc. Integrating web resources into the teaching process. Teacher should pay attention to the words that can cause difficulties for students and consider exercises before and after using the appropriate resource for maximum integration into the learning process. In this way, ICTs bring in innovative features: the openness of learning to the future, the formation of the capacity for anticipation based on the constant reassessment of values, the formation of the ability to work together in new situations.
