11Pain and promote healing soup with microwave therapy to promote hemorrhoids clinical observation of postoperative wound healing

Abstract: to observe the pain relief to promote more soup with microwave therapy to promote the hemorrhoids clinical efficacy of postoperative wound healing. 86 patients with hemorrhoid after operation were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 43 cases with pain and promote healing cream yarn microwave physiotherapy treatment with comprehensive treatment, the control group, 43 cases with traditional liquid potassium permanganate fumigation with microwave physiotherapy treatment. The result show that: the healing time of treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group (P < 0.01); Treatment group curative effect was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The result is that pain and promote healing soup with microwave therapy comprehensive treatment can significantly promote hemorrhoid postoperative wound healing.

The clinical observation of selected cases were from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital Anorectal Patients from 2011 to 2012 in October.
Hemorrhoid is a kind of common disease, frequently-occurring disease, is the end of the rectum submucous and anal hemorrhoids venous plexus varicose and venous soft ball. According to the hemorrhoids location can be divided into internal, external hemorrhoid and mixed hemorrhoid. Ancient have "ten nine hemorrhoids", shows the incidence of hemorrhoids is higher. The surgical therapy is paid great attention to by academic circles because of the long-term curative effect [1]. Due to rely mainly on natural healing wound, postoperative wound the hemorrhoid surgery therapy course is longer than the other. Developing an effective drug to promote wound healing is one of the ways to solve this problem. Promote wound healing, therefore, become the focus in the study of anorectal specialist. I department now with pain and promote healing cream with comprehensive treatment, microwave therapy has good effect.
1. Materials and methods
1.1 Clinical data
51 cases in 86 patients, male, female, 35 cases aged 15 ~ 72, an average of 38. Course of 5 ~ 20 years, the average (8.2 + 2.5) years. External piles of 21 cases, 28 cases of hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid 37 cases, adopt haemorrhoids resection under local anesthesia, with inflammatory skin flabby, shall be removed. All cases were ruled out other anorectal diseases. Using random Numbers table will be randomly divided into two groups: treatment group 43 cases, 23 cases of men, women, 20 cases, aged 15 ~ 64 years old, average 37.9 years, course of 2 months to 10 years, average 3.2 years; Control group 43 cases, 17 cases of men, women, 26 patients, ages 18 to 72 years old, average 38.1 years, duration of 3 months to 13 years, average 5.1 years. After statistics analysis, two groups in gender, age, course of open, mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound area and depth had no significant difference (P > 0.05), comparable.
1.2 Diagnostic criteria
With reference to the diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard related to the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria (1 disease of TCM syndrome diagnostic efficacy standards "M] Nanjing : Nanjing university press , 1994.) [2].
1.3 Exclusion criteria
(1) patients with acute or chronic diarrhea or anus week crissum skin diseases such as eczema; (2) with severe basic diseases, such as severe heart cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, poor control of blood sugar, tumor; By severe liver, kidney, hematopoietic system disease; (3) aged < 15 years of age or > 72; (4) during pregnancy or lactation women; (5) for solution used in the drug allergy or is currently engaged in drug research and treatment.
1.4 Method
1.4.1 The treatment group
Microwave treatment: the ECD of Nanjing "YIGAO" company - 100 multifunction microwave therapy apparatus on floor. Usage: in patients with left side, bend your knees, with a circular probe irradiation lesion area, power is 15 W, the probe from the diseased tissue is commonly 3 ~ 5 cm, with patients feel comfortable advisable, 2 times a day, every time 30 min, 7 d for a course of treatment. Pain relief to promote more soup: the formula for the dandelion 30 g, wild chrysanthemum flower 20 g, cortex phellodendri20 g, of sophora20 g, plantain 10 g, glabrous greenbrier rhizome 10 g, red sage root, 10 g. 2, 000mL of water, soak for 20 min, with high heat, boil again boiling gently for 5 min, first strike sat smoking, moderate temperatures took bath for 15 min, 2 times a day.
1.4.2 Control potassium permanganate
Potassium permanganate 1:5 000 heating boiling water, wait for after the melting, hot smoked first, for moderate temperatures took bath for 15 min, 2 times a day.
1.4.3 Statistical processing
SPSS 12.0 software was used to statistical analysis, counting data expressed as a ratio by chi-square test, with P < 0.05 for the difference is significant.
2 . Results and Discussion
2.1 Result
2.1.1 Curative effect of standard
With reference to the modern Chinese medicine anorectal epidemiology to determine the efficacy of standard judgment [3]. Recovery: wound epithelial complete coverage, scar solid; excellent : wound granulation tissue, fresh color bright red; Effectively: wound granulation tissue is fresh, the color red; Invalid: wound granulation tissue color dark, little growth, no significant narrowing trend.
2.1.2 Clinical treatment effect is shown in table 1.

Note: the t test, the treatment group than the control group obviously shorten the healing time, significant differences (P < 0.01). Indicates the pain and promote healing soup with microwave therapy in treatment group was better than control group in promoting wound healing.
2.2 Discuss
This research adopts the pain relief to promote the comprehensive treatment of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wounds soup with microwave therapy, the clinical practice, the curative effect is remarkable.
Chinese medicine fumigation bath method in the anorectal area wide, curative effect is distinct, simple, no adverse reactions. Both can be used for the treatment of anorectal diseases in itself and can prevent postoperative complications, promote wound healing. When actual use, should follow the four diagnosis and implementation of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, can obtain good clinical effect. In this study, the pain and promote healing soup is a effective treatment of hospital anus bowel division in the clinical application of hemorrhoid postoperative delayed wound healing, the formulas is gentleman medicine with aloe vera, a purging purge, liver, insecticidal, can treat heat knot, chronic constipation, irritable, infantile malnutrition product the disease; bletillastriata has convergence bleeding, swelling and the effect of the muscle, the disease can be cured carbuncle swollen ulcers; Purslane clearing away heat and toxic materials , cool blood bleeding; Two sides needle with pain, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, qi and functions of the effect of t2dm; Function of frankincense, myrrh, blood sedimentation scattered, menstruation pain, swelling and muscle; Tripterygium wilfordii with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, heat-clearing and detoxicating, hemostasis, detumescence fights, insecticidal effect and so on; Keel has latent Yang, calm the liver, the effect of convergence is acerbity; Oysters are plain dive liver Yang, the solid work of acerbity convergence; Calamine have refund "detoxification, improving eyesight, hygroscopic itching boils the effect; Borneol topical has clear heat pain, anticorrosive work of itching; Alum wet boils topical remedy skin conditions such as itching; Musk, begin to understand god wake up function, invigorate the circulation of menstruation and acetanilide detumescence; Coptis chinensis has clear heat dry wet, purging fire detoxification of work; PiaoXiao has spilled hot purge, with soft firm, the effect of detumescence powder poison; Angelica dahurica is scattered wind, nourish: pain, dry wet check belt, the effect of detumescence row pus. Microwave sterilization, the mechanism of microwave sterilization is the use of the heating effect of the electromagnetic field and biological effects of the combination of the results. Microwave thermal effect was to make the changes in protein of bacteria, the bacteria lose nutrition, breeding and the conditions of survival and death. The biological effect of microwave on bacteria is microwave electric field change in the cross section of the cell membrane potential distribution, influence the membrane surrounding electron and ion concentration, which change the membrane permeability performance, bacteria so malnutrition, cannot normal metabolism, cell structure function is disorder, growth is restrained and death. In addition, the microwave can make normal bacteria growth and stable genetic breeding of nucleic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), the number of hydrogen bonds is flabby, breaking and restructuring, so as to induce genetic mutations, or chromosome aberration and even rupture[4] .
3. Conclusions
the results showed that the pain and promote healing soup with microwave therapy integrated therapy can obviously shorten the hemorrhoid postoperative wound healing time, speed up the healing speed, reduce the pain of patients, improve patient quality of life, and this kind of treatment method is a good curative effect, no pain, economic and cheap, easy to accept, also found no side effects in clinical applications, and allergic reactions, is worthy of clinical application.

1 The introduction of Wrist-ankleneedle
Wrist-ankle acupuncture is a specific treatment method with subcutaneous stimulation at the hypoderm of the wrist and ankle parts to treat the diseases. Both sides of the body is divided into 6 vertical zones, 6 corresponding points in every set of wrist-ankle parts.There is no need to require the QI,the feeling ofsourness,dumbness,swollen,pain.This therapy is combined the characteristics of convenience ,blocking effect, wide used for many kinds of diseases together.Especially for the treatment for pains. Wrist-ankle is wide used for many diseases and its immediate effect is strong, and compared with other therapies we find that Wrist-ankle is more simple, retaining needle time is longer, safer and more reliable, with no side effects.
Wrist-ankle needle has its own unique principle when choose the acupuncture point : 1.when the upper body part is wrong,it will choose the down part; when the down body part is wrong,it will choose the upper part.And they are divided by septum transversum.2.when the left body part is wrong,it will choose the right part;when the right body part is wrong,it will choose the left part. And they are divided by the median line of the human body .3 When the area is not certain, select the upper point.
Acupuncture method of wrist-ankle needle is unique too,which pays more attention to the depth of acupuncture, direction and how to adjust needle. The suitable depth of wrist-ankle needle should be along the needle body piercing subdermal level, visible on the skin like a fish floating swim forward and the shape of fish can not be seen. And There is no need to require the QI,the feeling of sourness,dumbness,swollen,pain.when the patients get the feeling,needle should be retreated to subcutaneous tissues,and needle into again.
