В соответствии с Трудовым кодексом РА заработная плата - это установленное законом, иными нормативными актами или трудовым договором вознаграждение, выплачиваемое работнику за выполнение работ. В рыночной экономике различия в заработной плате неизбежны, но возникает вопрос, какие именно факторы влияют на разницу в заработной плате. Эти факторы могут сильно различаться в каждой стране или организации, но есть ключевые факторы, влияние которых всегда следует оценивать в ходе подобных исследований. Данная статья направлена на оценку различий в заработной плате в Армении в зависимости от различных экономических и социальных факторов. Для решения поставленной задачи был проведен регрессионный анализ на основе модели зарплат Минсера. Исследование проводилось на основе трех баз данных, что позволило сравнить влияние факторов, определяющих заработную плату работников с разным уровнем образования.

EVALUATION OF FACTORS INFLUENCING SALARY BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE RA

In a market economy in general, wage differences are inevitable, but the question arises as to what factors in particular affect wage differences. Those factors may vary in every country or organization, but there are key factors, the impact of which should always be assessed in this kind of research. The aim of this research paper is to assess the wage differences in Armenia depending on various economic and social factors. To meet the objectives of the paper, a regression analysis was performed based on the Mincer model of salaries. The research was conducted on the basis of three databases, which allowed to compare the effects of factors determining the salaries of workers with different levels of education.

Оценка факторов, влияющих на уровень заработной платы (на примере РА).- В соответствии с Трудовым кодексом РА заработная плата - это установленное законом, иными нормативными актами или трудовым договором вознаграждение, выплачиваемое работнику за выполнение работ. В рыночной экономике различия в заработной плате неизбежны, но возникает вопрос, какие именно факторы влияют на разницу в заработной плате. Эти факторы могут сильно различаться в каждой стране или организации, но

есть ключевые факторы, влияние которых всегда следует оценивать в ходе подобных исследований. Данная статья направлена на оценку различий в заработной плате в Армении в зависимости от различных экономических и социальных факторов. Для решения поставленной задачи был проведен регрессионный анализ на основе модели зарплат Минсера. Исследование проводилось на основе трех баз данных, что позволило сравнить влияние факторов, определяющих заработную плату работников с разным уровнем образования.

Evaluation of Factors Influencing Salary by the Example of the RA.- In a market economy in general, wage differences are inevitable, but the question arises as to what factors in particular affect wage differences. Those factors may vary in every country or organization, but there are key factors, the impact of which should always be assessed in this kind of research. The aim of this research paper is to assess the wage differences in Armenia depending on various economic and social factors. To meet the objectives of the paper, a regression analysis was performed based on the Mincer model of salaries. The research was conducted on the basis of three databases, which allowed to compare the effects of factors determining the salaries of workers with different levels of education.
