- Одним из важнейших вызовов в условиях нынешних стремительных технологических изменений является обеспечение организаций, действующих в сфере ИКТ, высококвалифицированными ИТ-специалистами. Учитывая несоответствие спроса и предложения ИТ-специалистов на рынке труда в сфере ИКТ, организации часто предпринимают шаги по организации процесса обучения с использованием собственных ресурсов. В рамках изучения указанной проблемы в статье раскрыты современное состояние и тенденции на основе данных 29 организаций, действующих в сфере ИКТ в Армении. В частности, было выявлено, что в большинстве организаций учебные курсы проводятся в основном или только внутри организации. В результате проведенного эконометрического анализа было установлено, что производительность труда ИТ-специалистов в результате обучения в большей степени возрастает в организациях, где в той или иной степени присутствует внутренний компонент обучения.

PECULIARITIES AND EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEARNING AND TRAINING IN ARMENIAN ICT ORGANIZATIONS

One of the key challenges facing the current rapid technological change is to provide highly qualified IT professionals to ICT organizations. Given the mismatch between the supply and demand of IT professionals in the ICT labor market, organizations often take steps to organize the training process on their own. In the framework of the study of the mentioned problem, in the paper the current picture and trends based on the data of 29 ICT organizations in Armenia were revealed. In particular, in most organizations, the training courses are conducted mainly or only within the organization. As a result of the econometric analysis, it was found out that the increase in the productivity of IT specialists due to training takes place to a greater extent in the organizations where the internal component of training is present to some extent.

Особенности и оценка эффективности обучения и повышения квалификации в организациях, действующих в сфере ИКТ в Армении.- Одним из важнейших вызовов в условиях нынешних стремительных технологических изменений является обеспечение организаций, действующих в сфере ИКТ, высококвалифицированными ИТ-специалистами. Учитывая несоответствие спроса и предложения ИТ-специалистов на рынке труда в сфере ИКТ, организации часто предпринимают шаги по организации процесса обучения с использованием собственных ресурсов. В рамках изучения указанной проблемы в статье раскрыты современное состояние и тенденции на основе данных 29 организаций, действующих в сфере ИКТ в Армении. В частности, было выявлено, что в большинстве организаций учебные курсы проводятся в основном или только внутри организации. В результате проведенного эконометрического анализа было установлено, что

производительность труда ИТ-специалистов в результате обучения в большей степени возрастает в организациях, где в той или иной степени присутствует внутренний компонент обучения.

Peculiarities and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Learning and Training in Armenian ICT Organizations. - One

of the key challenges facing the current rapid technological change is to provide highly qualified IT professionals to ICT organizations. Given the mismatch between the supply and demand of IT professionals in the ICT labor market, organizations often take steps to organize the training process on their own. In the framework of the study of the mentioned problem, in the paper the current picture and trends based on the data of 29 ICT organizations in Armenia were revealed. In particular, in most organizations, the training courses are conducted mainly or only within the organization. As a result of the econometric analysis, it was found out that the increase in the productivity of IT specialists due to training takes place to a greater extent in the organizations where the internal component of training is present to some extent.
