The work culture has taken a special place in all stages of human development, so it is impossible to imagine the development in the market economy. Nowadays, when the world experiences a period of globalization, we can see that the attitude to both work and occupation in the world, including our country, is changing. In particular, the fact that young people and young people have a negative attitude towards their labor activity for various reasons today need to conduct research to address this problem and apply their results in practice.
It is natural that subjective and objective barriers exist for young people to admit and develop their working culture skills. Objective barriers are associated with the minds of young people, their knowledge, vision, experience, and objective barriers to external influences, such as government institutions, taxation, irresponsibility in banking and other systems, and impotence. Subjective barriers are mainly attributable to young people, and objective barriers are seen in cigarette inspections by external forces. How can you overcome these barriers? To do that, you need to change people's outlook. The use of national values and traditions related to labor and employment is a good way to do so. In Islam, the first buds of these traditions are based on Muhammad's life and activities. As you know, Muhammad was a young merchant who took part in the trade with Hatice's caravan. As a young man, Muhammad was honored with the two qualities of Hatice: the first is the sincerity, the sophistication, the thoughtful deeds, and the second one -honesty, fairness, piety. The Prophet Muhammad reflected the working culture and the requirements of the following: For my followers, after three things, abstaining from nervous and sensual emotions; I am afraid to do the work of the unbelievers while I have knowledge.
The following ethical principles are considered sacred tasks for every human being as the foundation of labor culture: Avoid haram in the worship of men; Satisfaction with the Divine subsistence - you become the favorite of the people; you will be good to your neighbors; Do it for the people whom you love, and be safe. The above-mentioned beliefs from the hadiths point out four essential aspects of labor culture: honestly receive sustenance; to please neighbors; Sharing Your Rich With Others These are not just statements, but the truth of life, not just moral principles, but also its consequences. The shorter hadith, "The best profession is the one who has produced it with his own hands," refers to the essence of labor culture.
Thus, the virtue of a worker of culture is evident in his workmanship and attitude toward work.
Looking back on history, labor culture has been acknowledged as a sign of high talent in Central Asia, including Uzbekistan. Business, entrepreneurial people were respected in all aspects of life, in agriculture, in crafts, in trade, in applied art. That is why ideas about labor culture have a special place in the entire system of economic thought of Central Asian peoples. It is written in the Kabusnama: "Do not make friends with a person who is foolish or inexperienced ... O children, be aware that a person who is not a rational person is always useless and does not benefit anyone". According to "Tuzuklar", the great Amir Temur paid special attention to providing employment to people, providing them with employment, and investing in entrepreneurship, commercial investment, and housing. Supports entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in agriculture, mining, handicraft, trade, and livestock. It is well-known that our forefathers have a great responsibility to work culture and occupation. The work was considered as the main creator of his work. This was a major factor in achieving great successes. In summary, the key to eliminating any obstacles in the system of labor is to encourage young people to develop their own work culture and to encourage them to pursue a diligent search. The well-developed work culture successfully overcomes such artificial barriers.
