The resume: Time of regenerating of cells of an epithelium of a trachea and large bronchuses of rats proceeds much faster, than in distal departments of a bronchial arbor. And at young animals rate of regenerating of epithelial cells of respiratory pathes higher.

The regenerative medicine is a new stage in evolutionary development of medical technologies. Despite of achievements of modern medicine, in treatment of some diseases, allotransplantation remains the basic method in struggle against them. But, despite of the positive takes, the given method has set of problems, basic of which shortage of donor members, high frequency of complications, and also by-effects long immunosuppressive therapies is. Therefore, now many scientists of all world are engaged in the researches directed on studying of an opportunity of regeneration of lost frame and function of damaged members and use of cellular frames. It is known, that regenerative ability of different members and tissues is various, also it depends on set of factors. The reclaiming potential of a respiratory organs, in particular epithelial surface a mucosa of pneumatic pathes, now is investigated insufficiently.

Materials and resrch methods. The experimental part is executed on not purebred white rats (Rattus norvegicus), group Rodencia. Researches carried out on 20 animal various age-grades (10 animal - 1-2 months, 10 animal - 12 - 15 months). Object of research the epithelium of a mucosa share, segmentary and intralobular bronchuses was. Paraffin sections have been painted by a hematoxylin and aeozine, semithinsections methylene dark blue on method Sato. Ultrathin sections were investigated on the transmissionsupermicroscope Technai G2 Spirit TWIN (Holland). Basal cells and their localization determined taping activity alkaline phosphomonoesterase a method of an electron histochemistry. Morphometric gaugings carried out on semithin the sections painted methylene dark blue. Calculation of cells carried out 100 microns of length of an epithelial layer.

Discussion. Cells of a pluriserial vibrating epithelium are short-lived. It fixed, that in pneumatic pathes, a mitotic division basal cells have mainly. Of them are formed goblet, and appear ciliated cells later. It allows to count basal cells awakely proliferating fraction of founder cells, and they basically are a source of recruitment of a population of cells of a pluriserial vibrating epithelium of proximal departments of respiratory pathes. Cells Clara - the most wide-spread phylum of precursors in distal departments of a respiratory organs. In the present research for studying cambium cells reaction on alkaline phosphomonoesterase - a marker of founder cells was used.

Basal cells of an epithelium of a mucosa have the oval form and is close located to a basal membrane. They never reach a lumen of respiratory pathes. Cytoplasm has well-marked a cytoplasmic reticulum, contains many ribosomes, some from them settle down bunches as the policy. Mitochondrions are sparse on all cytoplasm. On a pole, located to a basal membrane, in

cytoplasm cambium cells the set of microfibrillar frames is determined. The appreciable part of volume of a cell is occupied with a nucleus of the oval form. A lobe of basal cells in a trachea and large bronchuses rather high. In distal departments the role of a cambium, in opinion of lines of authors, carries out cells Clara having the cubic or cylindrical form, posed on a basal membrane and beads keeping in cytoplasm. Series of these cells have not identified ultrastructural organization. Interestingly conducted with cells Clara in conditions of damage of an epithelium, losing a part reticulum endoplasmicand beads, they enter a transitive phase and further participate in neogenesis of an epithelium, subsequently being differentiated in ciliated cells. The mitotic index of activity in different departments of pneumatic pathes is various. And, the greatest activity shows at animals of 1-2 months. With augmentation of age the level of proliferative activity is reduced. Thus, it is revealed, that time of regenerating of an epithelium on the average and intralobular bronchuses occupies more appreciable time, than in large bronchuses. At young rats rate of regenerating of cells higher. At rats in the age of 12 and more months in epithelial surface bronchuses enough frequently meet involutive changes and a level of a proliferation lower.

Summary: The article presents the results of a study of the clinical course and the dynamics of structural and functional cardiac parameters in 38 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and coronary heart disease (CHD) due to the treatment, and supplemented with rosuvastatin therapy, which excludes receiving this drug. That the combination of rosuvastatin comprehensive therapy of COPD and coronary artery disease contributes to better control the symptoms of comorbid disease (reduces dyspnea, sputum, cough, frequency of anginal attacks), reduces the need for taking nitroglycerin (1.8 times), slows down the process of cardiac remodeling
