MORALITY: AS A SOCIAL-SPIRITUAL PHENOMENON
Annotation:The article analyzes ethics and its essence as a social phenomenon, historical aspects of the emergence of human society, social relations that serve the needs and interests of communities and individuals.

Introduction
The moral life of society is the relationship that occurs in the organization of the production process of people, in their socio-political and legal activities, in their family and in their daily life; their behavior, walking - standing; refers to the set of relationships such as justice, loyalty, duty, happiness. Based on this, the concept of "morality" reflecting the multifaceted and complex moral life of society can be defined as a category as follows.
Morality is a social phenomenon, and humanity has emerged as a social relationship that serves the needs and interests of communities and individuals at the same time as society.
LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGY
In fact, if we look at its historical development, it performed the following
tasks:
• universal human culture that changes the human nature
component of the form of activity;
• perfecting every person living in the society
one of the foundations of the spiritual-social factor;
• improving people's inner feelings and emotions, understanding universal material and spiritual values, preserving them and delivering them to future generations is the best;

The driving force of spirituality, its creator is the spirituality of a person. The higher the individual spirituality, the more universal and national spirituality will be eternal. The spirituality of a person is that everyone considers himself a child of humanity, a representative of a certain nation, a citizen of the state, and protects the soil, water, air, and total resources of his homeland like the apple of his eye, its freedom, prosperity, prosperity, respect for the rights and freedoms of every citizen, and dignity. It refers to the set of inner spiritual and intellectual world aimed at carrying out activities with true conscience, faith, faith, loyalty, trust, honesty, kindness, altruism, respect, great dedication and intellectual depth. Thus, the spirituality of a person: firstly, emotionally and intellectually, to understand who he is, that is, to be more precise, to understand which person, nation, country he is a child of; secondly, to be proud of one's family, nation, homeland; thirdly, to acquire knowledge and education for the development of family, nation, and Motherland, and to serve it with loyalty and faith; fourth, to respect the rights of any human being; fifthly, it includes a number of inner spiritual and mental feelings, views, profound knowledge and actions, such as recognizing science as a tool that ensures the development of humanity and relieves the burden of hard working people, as well as paying deep respect to the memory of ancestors. A person is first of all a human being, a human child, the highest value. His spiritual maturity today depends to a large extent on the influence of universal, national and personal values. Ethics and moral norms do not apply only to a specific field of human activity, but penetrate into all aspects of people's life. The field of moral qualities includes many issues, that is, from the attitude to the moral standards of civil society, the moral views of the conditions of the market economy, and others, to the rules of modern life, to personal behavior. This expands the possibilities of moral education in the reconstruction of consciousness.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
It is known that the inner beauty of a person is directly related to moral qualities and moral relations. Because morality, first of all, as a socio-spiritual phenomenon, is important in human development. In this regard, Academician E. Yusupov says: "Ethics is a person's independent assessment of the events and phenomena that are happening in concrete conditions, and expressing his attitude towards them." - In general, morality is the form and norm of self-management of people existing as individual persons in the field of social relations, the manifestation of the level of spiritual maturity characteristic of
them in mutual communication and relationship. The second is bad, ugly behavior. It includes vices such as selfishness, envy, greed, hypocrisy, fraud, provocation, slander, malice, vulgarity, malice, pettiness, greed, indifference, disloyalty, cruelty, extortion, lewdness. These lead a person to the abyss and impoverish his spirituality. In the masterpieces of Eastern wisdom, ten signs of good behavior are shown separately. These are:
1. Avoid arguing with people.
2. Honesty.
3. Not looking for someone's fault.
4. If an unworthy act happens to a person, putting him on the path of goodness
to send
5. To forgive the guilty if he admits his guilt.
6. Taking care of the needy.
7. Lending a helping hand to others.
8. Being able to control one's ego.
9. Treat others with an open face.
10. Always speak well.
Among these good manners, the three signs are, "Do not quarrel with people unless it happens", "Treat others with an open face",
"Always speaking well" is a moral phenomenon that is realized not by human actions, but as a result of beautiful, sweet words. Also, attention to words, especially sweet words, in management and communication is considered an ornament of oriental manners. In this regard, the thoughts in "Nightmare" are worth noting: "When you speak to the people, speak with a good face, so that you are acceptable and the people know that you have a high position with your words.
In general, thinkers have not lost sight of the incomparable role of sweetness in human life in the proverbs and wisdom of the peoples of the East. It will be appropriate for us to continue these traditions and draw appropriate conclusions from them.
In conclusion:The main criterion of human spiritual culture is moral maturity. Moral maturity embodies such moral qualities as honesty, integrity, conscientiousness, generosity, compassion, and kindness. Therefore, in today's process of Globalization, the culture of interaction between people is becoming more and more important.
