Education is a key point of success, a main achievement of government, and of course, a source of pride for every country. It prepares individuals intellectually for mature life. Because of this, education should be strictly protected and monitored by departments. According to Article 45 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Status of teaching staff and guarantees of their activities" the followings are shown: "The status of teaching staff is recognized by society and the state. Teaching staff is provided a social support and organizational and legal conditions for carrying out professional activities, increasing their social status and standing, and guarantees for the exercise of their rights and legitimate interests. The rights, honor, dignity and professional reputation of teaching staff of educational organizations are protected by the state..." Education in Uzbekistan has undergone significant reforms in recent years to align with international standards and improve the quality of education. Such as: the textbooks are renewed, new technologies are provided, adaptive learning platforms are created. But still majority of students are showing their apathetic temper to study and choosing professions where academic knowledge will not be needed. Then where is the problem? Most of the teachers justify this situation with the students' psychology or with the bad conditions in their family. The real problem is that we are making pupils learn theories, dates, and formulas without teaching them how to apply this knowledge in real life. We are obligating them to stay silent when they want to express themselves, making them sit for six hours a day when they want to expend their energy. The teaching system mostly relies on theory-based lessons rather than practical training. According to Harry Wong: "In an effective classroom, students should not only know what they are doing, they should also know

why and how". So, the main thing we should do to enhance productivity is to bring creativity to our school lessons. Incorporating creative thinking in education can improve students' problemsolving skills, critical thinking abilities, and overall academic performance. It also helps students develop important skills such as communication, collaboration, and adaptability. Educators can promote creative thinking in education by assigning team projects to students. This helps classmates become friendly with each other, stimulates cooperation, and provides an opportunity for them to identify their strengths and understand which field they excel in. Moreover, teamwork fosters healthy competition among students. They strive to do their best in order to succeed, inadvertently acquiring even more knowledge than the school program alone can offer. We also should eliminate excessive homework, discouraging students from taking notes just for appearances, and relying solely on textbooks for information. In the 21st century, we have easy access to information on science, math, and geography through the internet. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to overload students with extensive readings, as it can lead to disinterest in the subject. Instead, teachers can enhance learning experiences by showing scientific or documentary films, organizing museum visits, and conducting hands-on experiments with students. As William Arthur Ward once said: "The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires". By fostering a culture of creativity in the classroom, educators can empower students to become innovative thinkers and lifelong learners.

The second aspect of making lessons more interesting and productive is using artificial intelligence in it. AI can generate educational content, such as quizzes, study guides, and lesson plans, based on specific learning objectives and student needs. It also can automate the grading process for assignments and exams, saving educators time and providing students with immediate feedback. "One of the leading writers on the benefits of artificial intelligence in education, Matthew Lynch ("My Vision for the Future of Artificial Intelligence in Education"), is careful to explore the potential pitfalls along with the benefits, writing that "the use of AI in education is valuable in some ways, but we must be hyper-vigilant in monitoring its development and its overall role in our world." Nowadays, the majority of teachers believe that using phones or tablets can disrupt lessons and have negative effects on learning. As a result, many schools prohibit the use of mobile phones. However, by banning something to children we only strengthen their interest on it. Instead, educators should teach students how to use the internet in a responsible and beneficial manner. Then it will yield greater results.

The third and the main aspect in developing qualified personnel in our society is improving reading skills among school students. Literature plays a significant role in education and it exposes students to diverse cultures, perspectives, and experiences, helping them develop empathy, tolerance, and a broader understanding of the world around them. By reading literature from different time periods and regions, students can gain insights into the values, beliefs, and traditions of various societies." Students who are highly engaged in a wide range of reading activities are more likely than other students to be effective learners and to perform well at school. Research also documents a strong link between reading practices, motivation and proficiency among adults. Proficiency in reading is crucial for individuals to make sense of the world they live in and to continue learning throughout their lives." Reading books urges students to analyze texts, interpret meanings, and engage in literary criticism. Also, it sparks creativity and imagination by exposing students to imaginative worlds, characters, and narratives. As Albert Einstein once said: "I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." All successful individuals

read extensively because through reading, they find inspiration to create inventions. Literature is the art of creation, and creativity is essential for the advancement of all countries. Valuable knowledge can be gained even from reading fiction or romance books. That's why teachers should organize book clubs where students can discuss books, share their thoughts, and engage in meaningful conversations about literature. This collaborative approach can foster a sense of community and make reading a social activity. Moreover, promoting the best readers at the end of the academic year also stimulates others to learn and research more. Because today's reader, tomorrow will be a leader.

Modern education should incorporate AI technologies, innovative teaching methods, and enhance critical thinking skills. It should also emphasize the importance of lifelong learning and prepare students for the rapidly changing world and workforce. School days are the most important and beautiful chapter in everyone's life book, and only teachers can make this period unforgettable as they play a crucial role in shaping pupils' future.
