INTRODUCTION
The problem of transdisciplinary educational environment formation is very urgent in the context of quality management, as the notion "quality", including all main directions of pedagogical higher educational establishment activity, starting from the quality of teaching, training and research till the quality of education becomes the "core" of transdisciplinarity [1]. That is why the main tendencies of high training level of students provision in the sphere of physical culture and sport becomes disciplines "combinations" in terms of general methodological ideology of transdisciplinary educational environment formation. That is why transdisciplinary can be considered as methodical-technological base of pedagogical control organization over the quality of training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Content-functional model of quality control over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment is based on the notions integration, which form the system of pedagogical control [2]. The structure of this model is based on its structural components, levels, strategies, functions of quality control integrity and interaction. Effective quality control over training students in the sphere of physical
culture and sport in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment is conditioned by cultural-historical context, presented in the following notions: "pedagogical activity" and "physical culture".
The components of the quality control model over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment we consider as relatively finished activity elements - actions.
We consider motivational-targeting, content-procedural, organizational-
methodical, information-analytical, self-actualization components as the components of quality control model over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment.
The first component is motivational-targeting. It includes functional aims of quality control in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment. In transdisciplinary educational environment quality control over training students gains new content, providing personal-notional attitude to the process of education [3].
Organizational-methodical component of the quality control model over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport is presented by a subsystem of transdisciplinary environment formation methods. As one of the methods of teaching,
which combines disciplines into integral transdisciplinary environment [1], we used multidimensional matrix method or the method of morphological box. The essence of morphological analysis test is all possible "knowledge, skills, abilities" interconnection into an integral system. The results of the method use can be presented in a kind of classification of all chosen variants, clusters of information, individual rout of transdisciplinary knowledge mastering.
Information-analytical component provides the system of criteria creation for the quality of training estimation. Quality of education estimation is connected with the aim (what is achieved), process (conditions for the aim achievement), result (level of aim achievement) of education understanding. The result of information-analytical component realization became effectiveness criteria determination of the quality control model over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment. Taking into account the peculiarities of quality control organization over training students, we defined the following criteria: autonomy of educational activity, importance and the level of competences achievement ratio, satisfaction with educational process organization. Educational activity autonomy as the criterion of created by us model effectiveness is demonstrated in the following: as the need for independent rout creation during the work with multidimensional matrix, reflects. It also reflects motivational and cognitive "sides" of educational process organization in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment and it is oriented at student's personality subjectivity development. Educational activity autonomy study was realized with the help of G.S. Prygin questioner ""Autonomy-dependence study of a personality in educational activity"." [4].
"The importance of competencies formation" criterion was studied using a modified V.I. Baydenko questionnaire [5], which offers to estimate the ratio of importance and the level of competencies
achievement according to 4 positions: competencies concentration, a low priority of competencies, excessive tension, support. Such kind of position helps us to provide flexibility of the model introduction in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment, as it is oriented at mutual strategies creation of transdisciplinary process organization.
Self-actualization component in quality control over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport helps to determine the degree of the third criterion "satisfaction with educational process organization", for the study of which a modified E.A. Lebedeva questionnaire was used [6]. Consumers' satisfaction is mainly subjective index, as it is based on the system of assertions concerning different educational process characteristics. Close connection of expectations and satisfaction of students with educational process organization influences motivational coloring of education, social-psychological statements, which condition motivation of quality as social aim of quality control over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport [2]. For the complex problem solution of the training quality increase at a pedagogical higher educational establishment, during transdisciplinary educational environment formation, transdisciplinary construction was realized on the basis of such disciplines as Physical culture history, Theory and methodology of bodybuilding and fitness, Theory and methodology of sports and outdoor games, Theory and methodology of physical culture, Physical-sports
development.
RESEARCH RESULTS AND THEIR DISCUSSION
Experimental work connected with the model introduction in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment was held during the following period: September, 2017 till May, 2018, on the basis of theory and methodology of physical culture and sport department of the Physical culture and sport higher school of South-Ural State Humanitarian-Pedagogical University in Chelyabinsk. 120 people at the age of 18-22
took part in the experiment. The groups of the respondents (EG-1, EG-2, CG), who took part in the experiment, had the same initial parameters.
After the forming stage of the experiment there was a qualitative indices change according to the criterion of "autonomy of educational activity". In the experimental groups after multidimensional matrix method use in the context of transdisciplinary educational environment the number of "autonomous" respondents in comparison to the stating stage of the experiment changed: EG-1(9*emp = 3,46 in case 9*cr = 1,64 (p< 0,05) and 9*cr = 2,31 (p< 0,01)) and EG-2 (9*emp = 2,74 in case 9*cr = 1,64 (p< 0,05) and 9*cr = 2,31 (p< 0,01)). In CG changes were not statistically valid (9*emp = 1,42 in case ф*сг = 1,64 (p< 0,05) and ф*сг = 2,31 (p< 0,01)). During the work according to multidimensional matrix "autonomous" students demonstrated great persistence, developed self-control [4], independence, confidence in educational activity.
The level of students' competencies formation in the sphere of physical culture, undoubtedly, reflects "functional competence" [3], the examples of activity and demands to their quality mastering, however, "importance" criterion of competencies formation helps to combine subjective experience of a student and integrity of transdisciplinary situation of education perception during multidimensional matrix method use. The tendency to excessive tension and low competencies priority change in the experimental groups is statistically valid EG-1(9*emp = 2,82 in case 9*cr = 1,64 (p< 0,05) rnnd 9*cr = 2,31 (p< 0,01)) and EG-2 (9*emp = 2,78 in case 9*cr = 1,64 (p< 0,05) and 9*cr = 2,31 (p< 0,01)). In the CG the index of low competencies priority change was defined in case p< 0,05 (9*emp = 1,08 in case 9*cr = 1,64). The number of respondents increase in the experimental group, who underlined the importance of competencies formation according to "support" index (EG-1 - by 22,5%, and EG-2 - by 22,2 %), leads to the conclusion that the model introduction
helps to increase the influence on students' subjective experience, as the importance of competencies achievement reflects personal essence of the received knowledge, skills and abilities system.
The results of the forming experiment show the change of students' satisfaction with educational process organization. In particular, in the EG-1 the number of the respondents, who showed a low level of satisfaction with educational process organization decrease, was 40,7%, in EG-2 -36%. The average and the sufficient level change in the EG-1 was 7,4%, in EG-2 - 8% and 4%. Statistically valid differences (p< 0,01) according to "satisfaction with educational process organization" criterion were revealed between the CG and the EG-1 (9*emp = 3,08, in case ф*ст = 1,64 (p< 0,0 5) and 2,31 (p< 0,01)), CG and EG-2 (9*emp = 3,35 in case ф*ст = 1,64 (p< 0,05) and 2,31 (p< 0,01)). Thus, we should acknowledge importance of criterion change at the forming stage of the experiment.
Thus, multidimensional matrix method introduction as the form of the quality control model realization over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment provides special educational process subjectivity importance, providing transfer from "knowledge based paradigm" to "competence based" one .
CONCLUSION
Conceptual model of quality control over training students in the sphere of physical culture and sport in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment fulfills the functions of one of the quality control "levels" presentation. The generalized model realization in pedagogical higher education practice helps to introduce innovative components into the content and structure of quality control over students training. In transdisciplinary educational environment students training quality control is not only very important, but it gains personal-notional attitude to educational process.
