Leadership is considered as something that directly creates the motivated environment around the leader person. Leader is a person who easily could influence people in a needed for him way that will help him to achieve his pointed out goals. Leadership qualities needed in absolutely all specialties and types of activities that directly or indirectly have their followers and wards who, after a while, will also follow the path of a leader. The present study analyses the importance of leadership qualities in a field of teaching according to teachers of general educational schools.

LEADERSHIP AS A PERSONAL QUALITY OF TEACHER IN SECONDARY EDUCATION SCHOOL

Abstract

Leadership is considered as something that directly creates the motivated environment around the leader person. Leader is a person who easily could influence people in a needed for him way that will help him to achieve his pointed out goals. Leadership qualities needed in absolutely all specialties and types of activities that directly or indirectly have their followers and wards who, after a while, will also follow the path of a leader. The present study analyses the importance of leadership qualities in a field of teaching according to teachers of general educational schools.

Intoduction

In this study we will talk about leadership in the teacher's profession. In our society the teacher who is a leader takes an important place. Being the first person of education and an example of growing up for a young child, to give the right instruction and inspire the student to good achievements in life and study falls into the role of the first teacher of this child. Teaching leadership is not meant to be a leader only for the students, but also to be a leader for your colleagues and other teachers. To be a source of inspiration for them and motivate to achieve their teaching goals.

The significance of the study:

The significance of the work is based on the understanding of the peculiarities of leader's quality in a teacher, especially taking into account the factor of working with young children.

Purpose of the study:

This work is aimed at exploring the importance of improving leadership qualities on the development of teachers' personal qualities.

Research Question

What are the main personal qualities related to teacher-leader emergence?

Methods

In order to reach answers to the research question following research methods are used: qualitative approach, for collecting data and analyzing them in order to succeed the results. This approach means using non-statistical method to analyzing the literature according to given specifics of the chosen research question.

The content of this study is organized as follows. Firstly there is given information about qualities that refer to personality and leadership. Then there is part of the key roles of teacher-leader. This is followed by emergence of leadership qualities and essay is provided by conclusion

Personality and leadership qualities

Before speaking about personality of a person and his qualities that could defined as leader's qualities it is important to state that the main part of it is using interpersonal communication skills in a right way, because first of all leadership is described as a relationship between leader and his follower. Without this relationship

and a follower there is no opportunity to influence someone and lead him. mention that using leadership skills someone could influence others' behavior and have an ability to maintain their actions sin order to achieve some aims in particular situation [1, p.297].

On the other hand there are state the styles of leadership that differ one from another in the leader and follower's needs. There are several types of leadership styles and a leader can choose which one to use by the situation and his character. We already know from the heritage of Kurt Lewin [2, p.110] about such styles as democratic leader, when leader guide his team but allows to his team to make a final decision or authoritarian leader, which always independently takes decisions and likes to control every member of his team [2, p.107]. Also there is a delegative leadership style according to which leader mostly gives all power to work and taking important decisions to his team [4, p.8]. Nowadays there is big variety of this kind of styles and leader can easily found the style that suits him. For example we can define styles such as transformational, transactional, charismatic leadership styles as effective ones.

Speaking about qualities that a person must have in order to become a good leader we can maintain the ability to fast analyze every situation and give effective solutions to the problem, being emotionally intelligent, a person who can be trusted with responsibility and also it should be maintained about extraversion. It is believed that this is one of the highest indicators of leadership when a leader is conscientious and open to new acquaintances, communication and circumstances [5, p. 320-325].

Key roles of teacher leader

Increasing interest in teacher leadership proves that this branch of leadership is real and brings good results. In our time, a teacher is not only one who perfectly knows his subject, but also one who can offer his students a share of motivation and interest in education as a whole, which in the future will help them set correct goals for themselves and easily find ways to achieve them [6]. Becoming a teacher a leader will help to increase the teacher's motivation to be involved in

the learning process, to take responsibility for their duties, and try to help promote the success of their students and their school. The teacher-leader is always ready to help his colleagues with advice, instruct peers in new endeavors and opportunities, will have high-quality organizational skills, which will significantly improve his value in the workplace.

Emergence of leadership qualities

To develop leadership qualities in himself, teacher needs to try to learn more about leadership. Finding a person who will inspire him to follow his path is also a good way to practice leadership qualities from this coach. Analyzing the mistakes of others, try not to make the same mistakes and even try to suggest to others how they can avoid such failures. Leadership skills emerge when you learn to cope with your emotional personality, develop your empathy, and work on your patience. studying the intricacies of leadership from additional sources, trying to use what has been learned in your environment as often as possible and, if possible, find a person who could be a mentor for you and who would prompt you to analyze your actions and help develop leadership qualities will also bring you closer to achieving the goal of becoming a teacher leader.

Conclusion

In conclusion I want to say that leadership is one of the most significant qualities that we can develop in ourselves. Trying to reach steps one by one, working on your leadership style and being motivated for becoming a leader teacher that will inspire his students, his peers for better results in their learning and teaching environment is the components of that distinguished aim. As it is mentioned before leadership contains a lot of benefits and opportunities in life not only for you but also in developing other people's personality and achievements. Especially in the field of education for teachers, leader-

ship takes on a high importance in teaching entire generations and in providing information correctly influencing their motivation and desire for a good education which later helps them to achieve future goals.
