В статье рассматривается актуальность экологического образования и воспитания в сознаниях студентов университетов, а также шаги, которые необходимо предпринять для решения этих проблем.

АННОТАЦИЯ

Мацолада университет талабаларининг онгида экологик таълим ва тарбиянинг муцимлиги, шунингдек, муаммонинг ечимида бажарилиши шарт булган цадамлар цацида маълумот берилган.

The first basic understanding of environmental education and upbringing begins in secondary schools. But for some reason, the work in this direction in higher education is lagging behind. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to develop the following strategies for the formation of environmental education and upbringing of students, namely:

1. Educate students in the spirit of loving the beauties of nature, enjoying them aesthetically.

2. To provide knowledge about the laws of development of animate and inanimate nature, the complex relationship between nature and society, as well as the consequences of human activities on nature.

3. Education of ecological culture in students.

Nurturing the ability to love nature, to use it properly and consciously is the basis of ecological education and ecological culture, it creates in people a sense of responsibility to nature. It starts with loving the homeland and loving the patriotic nature. Consequently, it is impossible to educate students in the spirit of patriotism without creating a true sense of love for nature in students. Being in the embrace of nature refreshes a person spiritually and increases his ability to work and creative activity -[2].

The issue of nature conservation, as mentioned above, is a complex, multifaceted issue, and its pedagogical aspect is one of the most important areas.

It is necessary to instill in children the ideas of love for nature, love of natural beauties and rational use of nature, and to continue this education in the process of studying in high school and high school. Only in this way can we instill in the minds of people a careful attitude to nature

Students 'feelings of love and care for nature are nurtured in the family and at school. Well-known progressive educators have emphasized in their works the need to start educating children in the spirit of love for nature, for example, the famous educator Ya.A. Comenius, who lived in the XVII century, wrote a book "Expression of significant things in pictures"

- [1]. This book is an encyclopedia that children understand and is written in a way that helps children to love nature and get acquainted with its life and structure.

In the protection of nature, the goals of humanity - humanism, that is, to do good and care for people - play an important role - [5]. All famous educators have emphasized the importance of educating students in the spirit of humanity and nature from an early age.

The student is in the direct embrace of nature, and the aesthetic enjoyment of its beautiful landscapes helps young people to awaken in them a sense of humanism towards nature. Without this kind of direct contact with nature, young people become indifferent to nature, its landscapes and riches.

In order to overcome such situations, it is important to conduct nature excursions with students outside of school hours. In such excursions it is necessary to collect various materials on nature protection, to carry out explanatory work, to acquaint students with animals and plants which are useful to man[4]. It is necessary to show with examples that negligence causes damage to nature. It should be explained to students that planting useful seedlings and setting up artificial nests for birds is a means of increasing natural resources.

It is also important to show short nature conservation films in universities. Works of art, paintings, poems and stories about nature and its beauty also instill in students a sense of a good attitude towards nature.

On the territory of the university should be an experimental garden, an area planted with flowering ornamental trees, shrubs. Conservation work is carried out on this experimental plot or garden, where students are engaged in its preservation and care.

The primary organization of the nature protection society should be established in the universities, and students and teachers should become members of it[6]. Special evenings dedicated to nature protection should be held, during which reports and talks on "Nature protection", "Society and its affairs", "Reserves of Uzbekistan and their activities" should be held.

Conclusions. Cultivating a love of nature, the ability to use it correctly and consciously, is the foundation of environmental education and ecological culture, creating in people a sense of responsibility to nature. It can be said that the highest stage of human thinking is ecological thinking. Because man understands himself and improves his attitude to the environment, that is, to anticipate the consequences of any action that may adversely affect nature in our daily lives and act accordingly, to have the appropriate knowledge and skills, each of us is an integral part of nature. we must not forget that we are part of it and its savior. Therefore, the development of ecological thinking of listeners and students at all stages of education should remain a sacred duty of each of us to nature.
