INNOVATIVE DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRY OF TURKMENISTAN
Abstract
The features of the innovative type of diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, located in the west of Turkmenistan, are considered. Products called "Hydro Plus" are distinguished by a low level of harmful substances in exhaust gases and an expanded temperature range of fuel use, which has a positive effect on increasing the power of diesel engines.
Keywords
refining of petroleum products, diesel fuel, innovative fuel additives.

Among the industrial sectors of our country the chemical industry, represented by the production of mineral fertilizers, iodine, sodium sulfate and other types, received the most intensive development. The intensification of the production of mineral fertilizers is associated with the construction of an ammonia-urea complex in the city of Mary for the production of ammonia and urea, as well as the largest facility in the country's industry - a mining and processing plant in Lebap velayat for the production of potash fertilizers with a capacity of 1,400 thousand tons of products per year. In the future, this enterprise will fully meet the needs of the country's agricultural sector for potash fertilizers, as well as diversify the commodity structure of chemical product exports. The growth of investment activity in Turkmenistan has led to the accelerated development of the construction materials industry. The commissioning of cement plants in Ahal and Balkan velayats, as well as the construction of a cement plant in Lebap velayat in the coming years will almost completely meet the needs of the country's construction industry for cement. New directions in the development of the country's building materials industry were the commissioning of a metallurgical plant producing reinforcement and metal products, and a plant for the production of aerated concrete. The prospect for the development of the building materials industry is also associated with increasing capacity for the production of glass, non-metallic, wall materials, expanded clay and other types of products [1].
The basis of Turkmenistan's industry is the fuel and energy complex, the development of which ensures the country's complete energy independence. In recent years, a significant number of important production facilities have been put into operation in the fuel and energy complex, large investments have been made in its infrastructure - pipelines and field development facilities, well equipment, compressor stations, power lines, terminals, reservoirs and utility networks. Today, oil refining industry products form about 20% of Turkmenistan's export turnover.
Possessing the largest natural hydrocarbon resources, Turkmenistan is among the top ten countries in the world in terms of proven natural gas reserves. It should be noted that the structure of domestic oil and gas production includes large industrial complexes consisting of enterprises for the production, transportation and storage of oil and gas. Currently, the country has large oil and gas processing facilities. Taking into account the predicted doubling of demand for A-95 gasoline by 2030, a set of measures has been developed to increase the capacity of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TKNPZ). The technical and economic feasibility of producing benzene, necessary for the production of Euro-5 gasoline, the production of high-quality synthetic oils and the production of polystyrene and rubbers, is also being studied. In addition, at the Turkmenistan Oil Refinery Plant, in partnership with the American company Westport Trading Europe Limited (WTL), a number of investment projects are being implemented, aimed at producing highly profitable and competitive products on world markets, including those not previously produced in Turkmenistan [2].
As a result of the use of the latest technologies, the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries is expanding the range of petroleum products. Hydrotreated diesel fuel "Hydro Plus" is a new product that is predicted to take a leading place among domestic petroleum products that are recognized in the country and in foreign markets. In the fourth workshop, three thousand tons of modern fuel were produced at the diesel fuel hydrotreating unit of the Turkmenistan Oil Refinery Plant. The new product is called "Hydro Plus".
The fuel's compliance with international quality standards has already been confirmed by the technical control department of the enterprise. The produced fuel has a number of advantages. By increasing its lubricating properties, the degree of protection of engines from mechanical wear, corrosion and deposits has been increased, fuel consumption has been optimized, the level of harmful substances in exhaust gases has been reduced, the temperature range of fuel use has been expanded and other parameters that affect the increase in diesel power have been improved. This effect was achieved with the help of special additives -
chemical substances that change the properties of fuel, obtained from Germany.
In strict proportions, TKNPZ specialists used depressant-dispersant and other innovative additives, which caused the effect of anticoagulants, preventing the crystallization of paraffins and, accordingly, the formation of soot and carbon deposits in the circulation systems of operating engines, increasing the anti-wear coefficient of moving parts. In the very near future, "Hydro Plus" will be included in the commodity register of the range of products of this industrial complex. References:
