Инновационные программы физической культуры и спорта предназначены для того, чтобы быть более всеобъемлющими, динамичными, подвижными, открытыми, чем традиционные занятия физической культурой и спортом. Это помогает выполнять физические нагрузки и производить приверженность здоровому образу жизни, осуществлять занятия физической культурой и спортом самостоятельно, научить различные слои населения двигательной деятельности, подчеркивая психологическое воздействие физических упражнений на состояние здоровья. Инновационные виды двигательной активности, воплощенные в новых программах, позволяют специалистам физической культуры и спорта развивать у подопечных различные двигательные навыки и способности работать в команде, при этом воспитанники чувствуют себя более комфортно в двигательном среде.

INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY AS THE MAIN STRATEGY OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT

Innovative physical education and sports programs are designed to be more comprehensive, dynamic, mobile, open than traditional physical education and sports. It helps to exercise and develop a healthy lifestyle, exercise and play sports on their own, teach different segments of the population physical activity, emphasizing the psychological impact of exercise on health. Innovative types of motor activity, embodied in the new programs, allow specialists in physical culture and sports to develop in the wards different motor skills and abilities to work in a team, while students feel more comfortable in the motor environment.

INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY AS THE MAIN STRATEGY OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT

Аннотация

Инновационные программы физической культуры и спорта предназначены для того, чтобы быть более всеобъемлющими, динамичными, подвижными, открытыми, чем традиционные занятия физической культурой и спортом. Это помогает выполнять физические нагрузки и производить приверженность здоровому образу жизни, осуществлять занятия физической культурой и спортом самостоятельно, научить различные слои населения двигательной деятельности, подчеркивая психологическое воздействие физических упражнений на состояние здоровья. Инновационные виды двигательной активности, воплощенные в новых программах, позволяют специалистам физической культуры и спорта развивать у подопечных различные двигательные навыки и способности работать в команде, при этом воспитанники чувствуют себя более комфортно в двигательном среде.

Abstract

Innovative physical education and sports programs are designed to be more comprehensive, dynamic, mobile, open than traditional physical education and sports. It helps to exercise and develop a healthy lifestyle, exercise and play sports on their own, teach different segments of the population physical activity, emphasizing the psychological impact of exercise on health. Innovative types of motor activity, embodied in the new programs, allow specialists in physical culture and sports to develop in the wards different motor skills and abilities to work in a team, while students feel more comfortable in the motor environment.

Today the educational space of Ukraine is actively filled with pedagogical innovations. In this regard, the system of higher education faces the task of transition to active learning using innovative tools or technologies. The new paradigm of education development necessitates appropriate changes in the professional training of future physical education teachers in higher education.

In modern pedagogical science there are the following interpretations of the concept of "innovation":

- updating, changes, introduction of new [5, p. 72];

- the process of creating and using innovations [1, p. 59].

The introduction of such innovations changes the results of the educational process, creating improved or new: educational, didactic, educational systems; the content of education; methods, forms, means of personal development, organization of training and education; technologies of management of educational institutions, system. Innovative activity - a systematic type of activity aimed at implementing innovations based on the use and implementation of new scientific

knowledge, ideas, approaches; transformation of known results of scientific research and practical developments into a new or improved product [6].

Innovation is a system or element of the pedagogical system that allows to effectively solve the tasks that correspond to the progressive trends of society. Innovative learning - a process organized for the future, focused on training professionals to work in new conditions [3]. Innovative pedagogical process - a holistic educational process that reflects the unity and relationship of education and training, which characterizes the joint activities of cooperation and joint creativity of its subjects, contributing to the fullest development and self-realization of the student's personality [3].

The innovative activity of the teacher is aimed at transforming the existing forms and methods of education, creating new goals and means of its implementation, so it is one of the types of productive, creative activity of people. The teacher's skill in the lesson is manifested mainly in the successful mastery of teaching methods and education, creative application of the lat-

est achievements of pedagogy and advanced pedagogical experience, rational guidance of cognitive and practical activities of students, their intellectual development. It has a complex, multifaceted nature, embodies the unity of scientific, technological, organizational measures [6].

In the context of our study, the main feature of innovative pedagogical activities in terms of effective physical education can be considered positive changes that occur in the work of CEE as a result of specially organized innovative activities of physical education teachers. The following general requirements for a modern lesson of physical culture [6]:

- health orientation;

- transfer of conscious, deep, strong knowledge to students;

- formation of students' strong skills and abilities that help prepare them for life;

- to increase the educational effect of learning in the classroom, to form students' personality traits in the learning process;

- to carry out comprehensive development of students, to develop their general and individual features;

- to form students' independence, creative activity, initiative as stable personality traits, the ability to creatively solve problems that occur in life;

- developing the ability to learn independently, acquire and deepen or supplement knowledge, master skills and abilities and creatively apply them in practice;

- to form in students positive motives of educational activity, cognitive interest, desire to learn, need for expansion and acquisition of knowledge, positive attitude to physical culture and sports.

In addition to the concept of "innovation", there is also the concept of "technology", which arose in connection with technological progress. Translated from the Greek "techne" means art or craft, and "logos" - a doctrine, a concept that is a set of knowledge about the methods and means of processing materials. The concept of "pedagogical technology" is defined as a systematic method of planning, application and evaluation of the entire process of learning and assimilation of knowledge by taking into account human and technical resources and interaction between them to achieve a more effective form of education [10].

Innovative pedagogical technologies are newly created or improved pedagogical systems that provide a high level of educational process. In other words, innovative pedagogical technology is an active scenario of the organization at the modern level of the educational process of students in order to achieve a certain goal. In its specific form, pedagogical technology is a model of the system of actions of teachers and students, which must be performed during the optimally organized educational process in order to obtain a high level of student development [10].

It is logical to conclude that in today's demanding and fleeting socio-economic environment, the level of education, the effectiveness of higher education institutions in the training of highly qualified competitive professionals largely depend on the effectiveness of innovative learning technologies. It is possible to prepare a

creative teacher only with the use of new methodological principles, modern didactic principles and psychological and pedagogical technologies.

Therefore, we briefly describe these studies.

The latest learning technologies in the field of training and retraining of personnel in physical culture [8, p. 43] are considered:

1) not just as a form of acquiring knowledge, but as a process of developing students' creative abilities, which allows them to turn knowledge into a part of personal life and human consciousness;

2) as the formation of a teacher-innovator, who must introduce into the educational process new innovative technologies, master the system of knowledge, form a personal attitude to any problem, considering it from different positions.

Scientists see the essence of innovation in the implementation of new ideas, changes brought to the stage of practical use, and also consider them as activities that stimulate the progressive development of the information component through semantic, structural and organizational renewal and technological modernization of all processes [15, p. 133].

Particular attention is also paid to the use of interactive learning technologies in the system of pedagogical education of physical education teachers. Researchers [13, p. 17] emphasize that work in an innovative mode requires the teacher to build an educational space based on the ever-changing interests and educational needs of children, as well as the implementation of an individual approach to each participant in the learning process.

Innovative pedagogical technology includes the technology of teaching and education, which is a means of organizing the educational process and focuses on a wide range of methods and teaching aids used in the educational process with students [7, p. 50], and the fullest goal of innovation in higher education is realized through raising the level of:

- information support and information support of educational and scientific processes through organizational innovations;

- technological innovations;

- quality of new information products.

The use of innovative technologies in the educational and pedagogical process of training physical education teachers involves the inclusion in the curriculum of new teaching methods, techniques, methods, planning and organization, monitoring, adjusting and evaluating educational activities, which allows students to form a culture of learning [210], creates new opportunities for improving learning, activation of thinking, various forms and means of assimilation of information [2, p. 41].

As a factor in the formation of the creative personality of the future sports teacher, scientists distinguish animation - a complex system, a continuous process that takes place in a particular area of cultural and creative development of the individual [170]. An animation specialist must be a person capable of performing, first of all, pedagogical, psychological, health-improving activities, as well as medical, legal and research [16, p. 51].

At the same time, due to the significant number of scientific papers, innovative learning technologies have not yet gained widespread use in the professional training of future physical education teachers. In the field of physical culture and sports still prevails passive form of organization of student learning [4, p. 93].

Thus, the analysis of scientific research on the problem of innovative pedagogical activities of physical education teachers allowed us to draw the following conclusions:

1) innovative technologies of physical education of schoolchildren should be understood as rational methods, forms and means of physical education, created in the process of creative activity of mankind and which meet the demands of society at the appropriate stage of its development;

2) innovative professional activity of a physical education teacher should be understood as a complex, integrated education, a set of different in purpose and nature of the types of work aimed at creating and making changes to the teacher's own system of work;

3) innovative professional activity of future physical education teachers is possible provided the diversity of content, forms and methods of professional activity and their optimal combination in the process of cultural development of students in the field of physical education and sports.

Therefore, for further research, we will identify and analyze some of the modern types of innovative professional activities that have been successfully implemented by teachers and educators of physical culture.

Among the many sports that are studied in the curriculum [11] in physical education classes, football is one of the leading places. The availability of this game, the simplicity of inventory (examples are a football ladder used in the lesson) and equipment, the huge emotionality of game situations, the need to show will and courage in overcoming the actions of rivals, make football a valuable means of physical education. Football allows without high material costs to achieve a high level of physical fitness and develop physical qualities, to cultivate confidence, perseverance, determination, courage, discipline, the ability to make the right decision. Such technologies researchers [14] also include health systems of different peoples of the world (hatha yoga, karate, bushido, sumo, oriental dances, etc.).

Today, innovative types of motor activity are gaining popularity in the world, which in the future claim to be included in the official program of various large-scale and prestigious competitions of today. Such types include workout, parkour and others that have emerged at amateur festivals and competitions and are gradually gaining the features of official competitions. Until recently, young people were almost not interested in this group of gymnastic exercises, but recently the situation has changed dramatically. Youth fashion includes new forms of physical activity of health-improving direction, the most famous and widespread among them are workout, parkour, strainflex, crossfit, breakdance, capoeira and others.

Among the advantages of movements of this type

- no need for special equipment;

- sports movement, which is interested and engaged in all social strata of youth, looks very impressive and quickly gains popularity;

- low trauma of those involved (the basic principles of the training process - safety and discipline, it all comes down to minimizing the risk of training in the development of the most effective and safe elements);

- comprehensive training of pre-conscription youth;

- prevention of extremism, alcohol and drug addiction in adolescence;

- patriotic upbringing of youth, where the principles of the youth movement coincide with the basic principles of human morality.

Workout includes several currents - freestyle, battles, power triathlon, Jimbarr, yard gymnastics [14].

Freestyle - Each participant performs a free program consisting of several elements, which he is best able to do on a horizontal bar or beams in any scheme [14].

Battles 1x1 - in this format are involved simultaneously or alternately two athletes in freestyle. The competition is held for elimination.

One of the directions of the workout is Jimbarr - a street direction based on dynamic exercises on a horizontal bar, which are focused on the development of strength, more flexibility and agility, as well as joint mobility. He was born in Colombia (Bogota) more than 55 years ago. One of the most spectacular species, however, and the most traumatic, especially for untrained athletes. There is a misconception that the whole point of a workout is to perform specific elements on a list of sports shells.

Some workout enthusiasts choose yard (street) gymnastics for themselves. The spectacle of the elements is due to the complexity of execution and high dynamics. The purpose of athletes in this case is to study and perform gymnastic elements. When performing complex elements, such as, for example, "sun" (rotation on the crossbar) of great importance are the ability to coordinate their movements and understanding of physiology.

You can also find other classifications of street gymnastics: pull-ups on the crossbar; two-handed exits on the crossbar; squeezing from the ground / floor; push-ups on bars; front height

Innovative pedagogical activity has three levels [12, p. 183; 13, p. 17]:

Level 1 - introduction of educational innovations;

Level 2 - improvement and dissemination of educational innovations;

Level 3 - development of educational innovations.

It is clear that the process of creating pedagogical innovations, the highest third level, is a creative process based on:

- deep understanding of the processes of cognition and transformation of the world around;

- personal qualities of the person who carries out these processes, such as possession of consciousness and will, ability to act purposefully, initiative, constant display of research interest, etc .;

- pedagogical experience of a teacher as a subject of pedagogical innovation.

In this regard, students, future teachers of physical education, should be prepared for the first level of innovative pedagogical activities, ie the use and dissemination of innovations, discussion of the content of innovation and changes that may occur with other members of the pedagogical community. Then, in the process of gaining experience in teaching, including innovation, the readiness of a physical education teacher to create innovative technologies is formed.

Thus, we emphasize that in our study we will consider the innovative professional activity of a physical education teacher at the first level, ie the level of implementation of pedagogical innovations. Thus innovative professional activity of the teacher of physical culture we will consider a set of various types of works directed on application in own system of work of such kinds of physical activity: skateboarding, streetstyle, freestyle, parkour, workout, various dancing and rhythmic exercises (types of aerobics: step-, taibo, aqua, bailey dance, shaping, etc.), the use of basic aerobic fitness programs, fitness programs aimed at developing muscle strength, extreme sports, recreational games and technology and tourism.

We believe that such new types of physical training in the professional activity of a physical education teacher can not only increase the efficiency of the educational process, but also increase students' motivation to engage in physical education, desire to lead a healthy lifestyle, physically develop and improve.
