With the development of science and technology, the living standards of residents have gradually improved, and the medical demand for medical innovative products has been increasing. Medical innovation products are increasingly reflecting their medical value and role. It is gradually compared with drugs in social life. .
Medical device organizations attract consumers through the implementation of innovative activities, and strive to make their companies stand in the industry.
Keywords: innovation activities, medical innovative products, medical devices
The development of Chinese medical institutions has experienced a development process from nonexistence to pass into existence. Products are gradually innovating from simplified products to complex products. The number of product categories is constantly increasing. According to the data query results of the State Food and Drug Administration, China's medical device market has more than 100,000 different manufacturers, types and specifications of products, including more than 20,000 imported medical devices and more than 80,000 domestic medical devices. [1]Due to the complexity of medical devices, the diversity of medical devices determines the diversity of product standards. In addition, specific products can only treat specific diseases compared to drugs. The diversity of treatment methods determines the diversity of medical device products.
The medical device industry is creating high value-added development. In order to grow and develop, medical device companies continue to integrate and improve equipment in order to improve the company's competitiveness. Many medical device companies have begun to independently develop and put into production high-tech, high value-added products while ensuring the market share of traditional medical products such as medical devices, disposable medical supplies, electrocardiographs and B-

ultrasound. The high risk and high investment of the industry will inevitably require the support of high returns. The average distribution ratio of R&D personnel in high-tech enterprises has reached 20% of the total number of enterprises. Therefore, the high investment in research and development expenses in the medical device industry will inevitably bring high added value of new medical device products.
As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure. The development focus of medical institutions is to establish the concept of "prevention of disease". Preventive medicine is the future direction of medical development. At present, more and more medical institutions focus on the dissemination of scientific knowledge. For example, community health education has always been one of the key tasks of Cilin Hospital. The medical institution has sent employees to the village several times to carry out the task of the Cilin Health Lecture Hall. On June 22, 2018, Luo Xuefeng, director of the oncology department, came to Shenshuiqiao Village in Guanhaiwei Town to talk with more than 100 elderly people about how far the tumor was from us. [2]They taught a lot about preventing and treating cancer. It is reported that as of the end of June, the Cilin Health Lecture Hall has entered the community for 24 health tasks, averaging one week. Because the content of the mission is practical and close to life, the professional style of the lecturer's mission is profound and simple, so it is welcomed and affirmed by all communities.[3]
Medical device organizations are increasingly focusing on improving service levels. Many organizations have carried out a series of personalized services. The lobby has a comprehensive service desk, sofa chairs, TV, water dispenser and wonderful music. Flowers are placed on each window sill. The unique style of landscape hangs on the walls of the hallways and aisles. The manufacturer develops barcode coding and production of all medical devices in accordance with national standards, and develops an information management system with automatic barcode recognition technology. With the bar code supervision of medical devices, the information represented by the bar code symbol can be used to quickly and accurately trace the production company, production time, expiration date and other information of each batch product. Conversely, according to the medical device usage record, the product can also be used. Basic information, patient information and sales information to track the information and quality of medical device products.
The medical device industry is moving in the direction of relative monopoly. The global demand for medical device products and the concentration of production make medical device products one of the most widely traded products in the world. Due to the high technical content, high risk and fierce market competition in the medical device industry, the medical device manufacturing industry is monopolized by a few large pharmaceutical companies, making a few developed countries and some developing countries occupy an important position in the global pharmaceutical market. Especially since the 1980s, the wave of mergers and acquisitions of medical equipment companies around the world has intensified, and the mergers and acquisitions of multinational companies have further aggravated market concentration.[4]
In terms of innovation, patient-oriented self-management programs are increasingly appearing on the market, with a primary focus on chronic disease products. Domestic companies are beginning to explore innovative solutions in the field of chronic diseases. These devices are typically targeted at a large number of people, such as diabetes, respiratory diseases and sleep disorders. There are many kinds of chronic diseases, and the most popular direction on the market is metabolic chronic diseases such as diabetes. There are countless companies on the market that manage diabetes in a platform-like way. Because chronic diseases are conditional and suitable for self-management. For example, Ji Kang Pharmaceutical Company has set up offices in Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Hunan, Shaanxi and other provinces, relying on medical device research and development centers, production bases and Hebei Province evidence supply chain management advantages for more than 10 years. For the treatment of stroke and cardiovascular diseases with the highest mortality and disability rate of chronic diseases, the resources of intelligent detection equipment with more than 80 patented software rights and the resources of top medical experts in China. Based on the health assessment and early detection services of intelligent testing equipment, It also provides diagnostic and therapeutic systems for stroke and cardiovascular disease. The solution includes posthospital health management services such as rehabilitation, training, physical therapy and return visits for chronic disease management services.
Telemedicine services are increasing. The development of the network and the development of imaging technology have made it possible to popularize telemedicine. "Difficult to see a doctor" is one of the main contradictions in Chinese society. Limited medical resources are unevenly distributed, 80% in cities and 20% in rural areas. Telemedicine is an effective way to solve the imbalance of medical resources allocation in China. The telemedicine industry chain is gradually improving, and the market prospects in the future are generally optimistic. China's telemedicine started late, but it is growing very fast. After more than 40 years of development, the necessity of telemedicine has been fully recognized by more and more countries. As the core technology of telemedicine, computer technology, communication technology, digital medical equipment technology and hospital information management technology have reached or are close to the international advanced level. The development of time has also accumulated the development experience and lessons of various telemedicine models. According to statistics, the scale of China's telemedicine market has increased from 1.9 billion yuan in 2012 to 5.5 billion yuan in 2016 [5].
Mature telemedicine services can include chronic counseling. For example, psychological counseling, detailed product use, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other considerations. It can also include data transmission and storage, such as image data, and obtain second advice. As more and more doctors participate in the telemedicine process, the company's sales level will increase dramatically. The strong support of the new medical reform will certainly promote the further development of telemedicine with broad prospects [6].
