INDICATORS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF OUR COUNTRY
Abstract. This article provides suggestions and recommendations for the educational processes established in current higher education institutions and their disadvantages, the educational processes introduced in developed higher education institutions, their comparison with local higher education institutions, and the development of quality higher education and educational process. The information provided is enriched in the form of a modern indicator table and an annotated dictionary on education.

Introduction. From scientific sources and practical experience, it is known that regulatory legal acts are important in the introduction and improvement of educational and methodological activities in each higher education system. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the Constitution of an independent State and serves as the fundamental right of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, "the new Uzbekistan development strategy for 2022-2026, developed by the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan with № PD-60, sets out 100 goals for human value. According to it," goal 46: to bring the level of coverage with higher education to 50 percent and improve the quality of education", and for the 47th purpose," targeted training of 10 potential higher education institutions to enter the international ratings of QS and TNE by 2026 "[1] is an urgent issue.
In accordance with the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on strategy "Uzbekistan-2030" dated September 11, 2023 No. 158 PD-158, "improving the organizational and management activities of higher education institutions, strengthening their material and technical support"[2] is considered one of the goals. The aim is to " transform 5 higher education institutions into national research universities, build additional 120,000-seat teaching facilities and 150,000-seat student housing, fill libraries with at least 1 million modern literature" [2] and fully digitize the library stock.
Thematic literature analysis. The education system, including the issues of quality education in higher education institutions, has been studied by many foreign scientists. In Particular, the works of ffl.B.TarapoBa, E.C.KoHOBanoBa, A.A.EropoB, M.A.CyxoMHHHOBa, E.ro.fflnSaHOBa is attentionally paid to the management of the educational sphere and the improvement of the information base in the scientific work of the realm.
In this regard, in the study of economic development and structural changes in the effective management system in higher education in Uzbekistan, A.O.Ochilov, Sh.DJ.Ergashkhodzhaeva, J.Khamraqulov, X.He.Umarova, A.Makhmudov, F.U.Nazarova, E. Abdusattorov and others studied in the scientific research of higher education institutions
Research methodology. When conducting research on the topic, research methods such as observation, comparison, conversation, questionnaire surveys were used.
Analysis and results. According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2020 "on measures to improve the system associated with the organization of the educational process in higher educational institutions"No. 824, further expansion of the academic independence of higher educational institutions is consedered the main goal. According to him, the regulation"on the procedure for introducing a credit-module system into the educational process in higher educational institutions " was developed. This regulation applies concepts related to the organization of the educational process in the higher education system (1-draw).
GPA (GRADE POINT AVARAGE) - average value of the student's points earned by the program;
academic mobility-the departure of students of a higher education institution for the purpose of studying for a certain period of time to another higher education institution in the territory of the Republic or abroad;
mobility program-is an academic mobility program established by mutual education agreement between two or more higher education institutions;
credit - is a unit of measurement of the educational load mastered by the student in a particular subject according to the results of Education. Credits can be expressed in whole, fractional numbers according to the rule;

higher education system
Higher education institution-an institution that provides a document on education and qualifications, taking into account the recognition of a fixed number of loans;
Granting loans - is the process of officially providing loans to a student or other educational institution according to the results of obtaining education achieved in accordance with the requirements for the qualification or its individual parts;
Transfer of credits-transfer and recognition of credits earned under one higher education institution education program to another higher education institution in order to ensure the academic mobility of students;
Credit collection-accumulation of credit units provided as a result of mastering educational elements and achieving other achievements;
The student's personal educational trajectory - is the orientation (route)chosen by the student and giving him the opportunity to accumulate knowledge in the sequence and have the sum of the competencies he wants. Educational trajectory can be structured using institutional documents and guidelines, and different educational trajectories can result in the same qualification;
Educational program — the main features of Education (size, content, planned results), organizational and pedagogical conditions, general requirements poured into science programs, as well as a set of information and resource and
educational and methodological guidelines necessary for the organization and implementation of Education;
Educational program catalog-information on the description of the institution of Higher Education, introduction to the credit-module system, description of existing undergraduate educational areas and master's specialties, services and resources, educational science programs, elements of specific educational programs;
Educational results-a description of the skills acquired by the student and the ability to carry out them in practice, reflecting the level of qualifications approved by the student, having successfully completed the educational process;
Training load-the volume of hours required by the student to achieve the expected academic results based on all types of educational activities — Lecture, practical training, seminar, laboratory work, course project (work), internship and independent work;
Registration Service-services that provide for the formation of a database on the educational process on professors, employees and students using information systems and software products to control the educational process, as well as the registration of all educational results of students, control their knowledge and the organization of all types of calculation of their academic ranking;
Educational elements-a type of training that is part of the educational program and promotes the achievement of educational achievement and the acquisition of knowledge specified in the educational program;
A transcript - is a document of a fixed form containing a list of subjects in which the expression of credits and grades acquired in letters and numbers during the corresponding period of education is indicated.
In conclusion, the importance of radical reform of the higher education system arose with the declaration of Uzbekistan as an independent state. The reason is, in previous years, the higher education system was not in demand. Also, the obsolescence of the material and technical base of Higher Education, the absence of innovative educational technologies negatively affect efficiency, as well as the management system. The higher education system and the training of highly qualified personnel are desirable to use the experience of developed foreign countries. Today, the Democratic and legal reforms carried out in our country, the high requirements for the formation of civil society and the further improvement of the system of training highly qualified personnel, which meets modern international standards, necessitate the radical reform of the educational system and deepening the processes of modernization, the introduction of advanced pedagogical technologies, innovations into educational processes. World experience, the experience of highly progressive countries repeatedly prove this fact. For example, countries from developed countries such as the United States, England, Germany, France, China, Korea, Japan are the leading countries in the world in ensuring the quality of education and further improving the system of
their assessment and introducing advanced experiments. The need to reform the higher education system, the countries that have always sought innovation, the development, implementation of the normative legal provision for reforming the higher education system, the provision of the relevant structures of higher education institutions with regulatory legal acts and the theoretical and practical analysis of the issues of their improvement are on the agenda.
