INTRODUCTION
One of the urgent tasks in strengthening the foundations of our independence is the proper organization of educational work in the transformation of Uzbekistan into a great state. Because science, culture and spirituality elevate any country and nation, ensure its development and predict its future. [1]
The pedagogue is responsible for the comprehensive development of the younger generation on the basis of the requirements of national ideas and ideology, that is, mentally, morally, physically mature, aesthetic culture, artistic taste, worldview, devotion to national and universal values. Puts new and more responsible tasks before coaches [2,3].
The proper attention while teaching any subject is, surely, vital so as students to have interest and future capability on the subject. While problems related to teaching are different, such as lack of instrument or the different character and level of students the most effective and important factors in teaching process would be consistency and discipline; consideration of student interest, actives and perception level; the fixed knowledge on the previous subject learned. Teachers should also be aware of any possible mismatch between the levels of the material and the student's age.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
As a social requirement for the formation of music education on a national basis, the curriculum from the first grade of secondary schools includes songs of the Uzbek
folk music heritage, works based on folk music, works of composers in modern genres and styles, as well as Uzbek classical music. At the same time, in the process of teaching "music culture" in secondary schools, the question arises as to how well students are introduced to the classical melodies included in the curriculum and textbooks, to form the right attitude to this art form. In the process of listening to, singing, analyzing classical works, their ideological and artistic content, imagining artistic images, understanding the interdependence of melodies and lyrics, synchronicity, the qualities that define the classic nature of the work, which is the product of perfect creativity and rare talent [4,5]. The lessons are designed to be theoretically, practically and methodologically expedient in terms of students' ability to correctly understand, comprehend, differentiate, evaluate elements of national performance, such as ornamentation, mourning, and to feel the unique nuances of the performance of national instruments. Pedagogical observation and analysis show that in most secondary schools "music culture" lessons are not conducted at the level of educational standards, and the qualification of music teachers is unsatisfactory, especially in Uzbek folk music, its most perfect and complex form of classical music. It is worth noting that the lack of ownership remains the main problem. After all, music teachers are the main subjects in music lessons, the theoretical and practical understanding of the national musical heritage, its genres, methods of performance, the unique artistic features of classical works, their professional skills in this area play a crucial role and ensure the elimination of shortcomings [3,6].
To speak about pedagogical technologies, the first attempts were made in the 1950s to give a technological character to the learning process in the theory and practice of education. They are reflected in the creation of a set of technical tools for traditional teaching. At present, "pedagogical technology" is not considered as a technical means of teaching or research in the use of computers, but through the analysis of factors that increase the effectiveness of science, the creation and application of methods and materials, as well as the methods used through assessment to clearly define the principles of the educational process and to develop the most optimal ways.
CONCLUSION
There a number of technologies being used at schools that need looking through:
1. To study the importance of the use of new pedagogical technologies in the lessons of music culture, in the education of students' musical thinking;
2. Identify opportunities for spiritual education of students In the lessons of music culture of the use of pedagogical technologies;
3. Determining the content, form, methods and means of using pedagogical technologies in the process of educating young students in the qualities of music, determining their effectiveness and making recommendations. The work on the basis of this project is explained by the fact that in the course of music culture lessons developed methods of educating students in the qualities of music education, the use of pedagogical technologies.
