Introduction

Each Agricultural Organization, as an active market entity, must develop its own scientifically based development approaches that take into account the innovative processes taking place in the industry at all levels of management and allow it to respond appropriately to natural changes in agriculture. implementation of the predicted line of economic behavior. At the same time, the most important priorities for the development of agricultural organizations are innovative processes and scientific and technological progress, which make it possible to constantly qualitatively and quantitatively update agricultural production by introducing and applying products that require science in practice. At the same time, the underdevelopment of the innovation sector should predetermine the development of an effective mechanism for the formation of an innovative environment in agriculture, which can increase innovative activity and ensure the economic security of agricultural organizations. A prerequisite for the effective and sustainable development of Agriculture is to invest in them in sufficient quantities. An important task of agricultural policy is to create favorable conditions for increasing the level of investment in agriculture. Investment is the long-term investment of money (capital) in the economy for the purpose of generating income (profit). They reflect creativity, the expansion, reconstruction and Technical re-equipment of the main funds, as well as the change of working capital associated with them. Additionally, investments-obtaining patent intellectual property rights to securities, etc. Investments-are included in the objects of entrepreneurial activity that generate income (profit) or achieve a certain social effect. Investments for economic categories have the following characteristics: it depends on the economic development of industries and agriculture; provides efficient use of resources; risk of return on investment; there is a (usually long-term) temporary (unit of measurement) accuracy between resource consumption and efficiency. Investment activities in agriculture are a set of practical actions of a legal entity, farmer and farmer, citizen and state on the implementation of investments.

increase its export potential for the development of farms[9]. E.I. The main assessment of the competitiveness of Agrarian network farms in the scientific article of Ergashev one of the criteria focuses on the level of entrepreneurship as he.S. The low economic efficiency of agricultural-oriented investments is significantly determined by the factors of the second group. These include: crises, price imbalances, high credit interest rates, interest rates on producers in the village. The state is considering measures to increase investment in production.
